Consumer Complaint: In recent publications XXXX XXXX, thats published on the CFPB websites states more evidence in what I been claiming towards CAC ( Credit Acceptance Corporation ) that the loan agreement was fraudulent and certain documents wasnt disclosed to me nor mailed and they denied helping me understand my Truth In Lending. I came to find out about the hiding interest fees they sent me after months of me disputing my contract. They mailed me a payment document that prove that I had no idea on these hidden interest fees. Also in the contract I asked about the security interest and stated in my complaint I wasnt informed about any of this which is more proof I was uninformed when I signed this agreement. I also arise with this company about their fiduciary responsibility that was also breached after they denied my IRS approved 1099a, also other instruments Ive submitted in Good faith to clear the debt and CAC denied me of the goods and services that they were contracted to provide to me. They have violated the TILA, FDCPA, GAAP, and my Civil Rights discriminated against me for using my rights. Credit Acceptance Corporation violated the Martin Act by engaging in fraudulent and deceptive practices making false and misleading representations and omitting to disclose and concealing material information in disclosures it made and cause to be made to investors and other in the course of the issuance and sales of securities in California and elsewhere. Credit Acceptance Corporation also took their time waisting my time sending me a identity complaint packet for the forgery of XXXX XXXX name on contract by XXXX XXXX XXXX and Credit Acceptance Corporation.
