Consumer Complaint: Convergent Physical Address are charging me a money what I dont owe from XXXX XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX to tell them what they are charging me a money what I dont owe because I return the equipment to the XXXX and XXXX Store XXXX XXXX what they connect everything in the system with XXXX to cancel everything with them because XXXX XXXX was the company what offered me a line for XXXX with a XXXX sold by XXXX but I dislike the phone and I returned the XXXX to XXXX and they told me what they cancel automatically on the system the line because I never used it, look my receipts proof what show what I received my refund from XXXX and they canceled the line with XXXX because they was the company in charge to do it, I let them know it to XXXX XXXX it and XXXX XXXX is washing them hands telling what collection company is the company in charge to delete the account. And at this moment I dont know who was the irresponsible company : XXXX XXXX XXXX? Or the collection company? The true is : I never used the line because I returned the phone and line directly to the XXXX XXXX. They are charging {$150.00} and it is a crazy thing because like I am saying you I never used the account the line never used everything was returned to XXXX XXXX with line and everything.

Any accounts Ive had in past years ( XXXX ) was closed in good standing. Have requested itemized documentation to their claims and they have failed to provide it. I have disputed for a second time as well. Any help to have them remove their false reporting on my credit report would be appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: Convergent Outsourcing, a collection company assigned from XXXX reports my account as current and delinquent. This was a XXXX Account that was closed XX/XX/2015. My payment on this account was never late. I closed the account and returned my phones. XXXX reported my account in bad standing before they issued me a final bill or gave me credit for my returned phones. Every year I dispute this on my credit bureau reports. Every year they report payments history like this was a current or recent account. My complaint is that the credit bureaus allow this. My perspective creditors don't see a 6-year-old account. They see a newly delinquent account. This is incorrect. XXXX 's name has been completely removed from the history. I never conducted business with Convergent.

Consumer Complaint: Today, XX/XX/22, I was notified about a debt sent to collections ( Convergent Outsourcing inc. ) for a bill incurred from XXXX XXXX which was reported XX/XX/22. I have never lived in Texas. I have never cosigned any loans/utilities. The amount owed is {$560.00}. My wife had a fraudulent claim from XXXX XXXX as well ( we both have never lived in Texas. ) I have pulled credit reports from all three Bureaus and am working with my identify theft service to get this addressed. This claim is to further address this.

Consumer Complaint: I have attempted to contact CONVERGENT OUTSOURCING on numerous occasions, asking that they provide validation that this debt is owed by me. The company has not responded to any of my letters and have not been able to provide validation that the debt is rightfully mine. However, every week or so, they go in and flag the collection to the credit bureaus. They are clearly operating unethically.

Consumer Complaint: I've received repeated robo calls from this company on XXXX area code numbers every day for the past week. I answered a call this week to find out the person at the agency was looking for a XXXX male, can't remember the name she asked for. I told her she had the wrong number and to stop calling my number. She promised to take me off the list but apparently hasn't. I've received calls from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX & XXXX today. The next day I got another call this time from someone claiming to look for me. They always attempt to argue the point rather than follow the law. The woman swore she " knew '' the law but really doesn't. I repeatedly asked her if she understood that she had to notify me first in writing, so I would know what the call was about. She never answered. I reminded her the law states NO robo calling without written notification first. These rough house collection agencies keep breaking the law repeatedly by making repeated and harassing robo calls rather than sending written notification with contact information, prior to making sporadic all day harassing robo calls with no messages left. The only thing they're doing is XXXX me off and forcing me to look for attorneys to sue them! I've blocked every number they've called me from and will continue to do so! I got another robo call from someone named XXXX at XXXX a few minutes ago, asking for XXXX XXXX, that's the 2nd time they've contacted me for a male XXXX who I don't know! I told XXXX if they call me again I'll file suit! She hung up on me but you can bet they'll call again! I want them to! Just so I can sue them and make an example out of them!

I have also disputed this account in the past, it was removed, and then added again. Additionally, XXXX successfully acquired XXXX as XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, becoming one company and the XXXX brand is officially no more. Since the company of XXXX is closed, this makes the account void.
