Consumer Complaint: This correspondence is regarding Convergent Outsourcing, which claims I owe a balance of {$2400.00}. I have requested validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, along with the corresponding local state laws. Please note that I have requested validation ; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay. Any and all negative mark found on my credit reports ( including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and any other credit reporting agency they have reported to ) for a debt that I dont owe, is a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA. I have been harassed by calls daily. Each time I ask for verification and ownership of the debt, and nothing has been provided and if they can not validate the debt, Convergent Outsourcing must delete all entries with all credit reporting agencies. Consumer Complaint: I was at the end of my 2-year contract with XXXX XXXX , I told them I didn't want to commit to another contract, I would pay month by month, since i had them for a while already, after one month they told me I must sign a contract. I refused and returned their equipment in the box they sent me. It took six months for them to remove that from the bill, I was willing to pay one month 's usage, but refused to pay an earlier contract fee. My 2-year contract ended XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022, Convergent Outsourcing added a derogatory mark on my credit report ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ). After I did some research, this account was sold/transferred and I am no longer responsible for this account. The debtor creditor never certified this collection. Also, there was no written document or form of communication, a contract or signature for this debt that I am being accused of at all. If there was a bill without a signature, that does not validate this debt which anyone can send a bill and say that it is mine. It is written in the FCRA ; that according the regulations, this collection agency has violated my rights as a consumer and I am exercising my rights to that legal action to remove this account immediately.
