Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX - Landlord set up my account with XXXX XXXX without my knowledge, only mentioned I needed to have electricity set up to move in. XX/XX/XXXX - Utilities were disconnected without notice. Spoken with a XXXX XXXX supervisor over the phone that because I did not set up the account, they would close the account and I do not owe anything. XX/XX/XXXX - Debt collection company Convergent Outsourcing called that I owe {$66.00} debt to XXXX XXXX. I tried to verify the debt but they were unable to do so. Due to constant harassment, I called up XXXX XXXX to pay the {$66.00} but they were unable to offer a receipt, although I have it recorded on my bank statement posted on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - Same debt collection company called again that I owe {$330.00} this time. I called up XXXX XXXX but they are still trying to charge me for that account and sent the amount to debt collection behind my back, despite what the supervisor said on the phone on XX/XX/XXXX. Ridiculously petty and deceptively company XXXX XXXX and unprofessional debt collection Convergent Outsourcing always unable to verify any form of debt and constantly harassing me through phone calls even when I asked for them to stop. I do not want to make another payment again because it seems the utility company just kept asking for more by sending larger and larger amounts to a shady debt collection company.

Consumer Complaint: I had a phone plan with XXXX I had 2 lines & a XXXX XXXX. Each line was approximately {$45.00} per month. The watch line was an additional {$10.00} per month. In XXXX before my new billing cycle, I ported out one number from XXXX to another carrier because the other carrier 's coverage worked where I needed it to. XXXX continued to charge me for that line. My bill was on auto-pay. When contacting XXXX they only offered a bill credit when I said I wanted a refund so I ported out the remaining lines before the next billing cycle. XXXX charged me for all 3 lines the next cycle. I contacted XXXX and was told they would refund me the last payment only because I had a bill credit. I said that I had no more lines with them so I am due a refund. They said they issued a bill credit. I had no way of getting my money back that they overcharged so I disputed the charges on my credit card statement. The disputes are still pending, but the credit card issued temporary credits on the card. XXXX then billed me directly for the amounts that the credit card company credited, added reversed payment fees & sent the bill to collections. When I called XXXX they said the bill was not in collections. I've received a letter and phone calls from a collections agency. XXXX representative could only file a dispute on my behalf for the bill, but can not fix it even though they see that I was overcharged for months for lines that I no longer have. Meanwhile collections is saying I have an unpaid debt that needs to be collected. I don't understand how a bill can end up in collections when it was only generated on XX/XX/2023. The last bill in XX/XX/2023 had a bill credit of XXXX. So somehow I went from having a bill credit to having a past due amount of {$270.00} in less than a month & the bill sent to collections

I have never received any documents from them or any type of communication regarding this account. Here is the tracking to prove they received my dispute, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I took it upon myself to look up some of the credit laws and saw that it is illegal to ignore a consumers request to dispute an account on their reports.
