Consumer Complaint: This debt is paid with a settled amount of {$1800.00}. I have been told by numerous agents that as soon as the payment processed from my bank account, they would send an automated email with a receipt of payment. I have called them 8 times from XXXX and continue to be given different information by each agent. They have processed my payment and have told me they show a {$0.00} balance on their end but will not provide me with an email showing I have paid this debt. I have been told I need to wait longer, I need to wait until XXXX ( XX/XX/10 ) by Noon, to call back at a different time, that the email was coming today, there is no one who can just use a company email to send this information, a different department handles the emails but I can not talk to that department because they dont handle phone calls, and then most recently have been told that their systems are down and they can not provide me with a letter. I legitimately am just asking for proof that they have received the payment I have made. I have attached a photo of my bank statement showing the payment has processed.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX & Convergent Outsourcing. I returned all the equipment and paid all my bills but they can't tell me what I'm being charged for nor why this is still on my credit report as a collection. Furthermore I'm sure this is at least if not more than 7 years old. I have not had XXXX in some years but they keep placing it on my credit report and it's costing me thousands of dollars as a consumer. It is the only derogatory comment on my credit account and is affecting me more than anything. There is no money owed to XXXX at all and I'm not sure where they are getting this information from. I spoke with convergent outsourcing and they have no idea other than they just want me to pay. I don't know what I'm paying for and it almost seems scamish.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX says I opened some account for XXXX dollars on XX/XX/22. Ive XXXX XXXX XXXX for 10 years I never opened any account with XXXX. Im confused as to where this is coming from and I disputed the collection. But it came back the infor was accurate which is 100 % false so I would like this looked into further because I am totally getting scammed on whatever this collection could be considering {$6100.00} dollars for any mobile or any cable is just absurd and definitely was never agreed soon by me. I would like to see what copy or contract they are claiming I signed stating or agreeing to this.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX is reporting a debt on my credit report although notices were sent stating that the debt should not be in collections yet. I was sent four separate debt notices by the company XXXX XXXX and their affiliates. The first notice received was on XX/XX/XXXX from a company called XXXX XXXX. A debt validation letter was sent to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, but no response was received from XXXX XXXX. The second & third notices were received on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX sent both of these notices. The notices stating that a debt was due by XX/XX/XXXX, but mentioned nothing about a debt collection being reported on my credit. The debt notice was answered on XX/XX/XXXX. A debt validation letter was sent to the company but no response was received from the company. The forth notice was received on XX/XX/XXXX from a company named Convergent outsourcing, Inc. Once again this letter showed a debt balance but explicitly states that this debt will not be reported if written notice is sent to XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. A debt validation letter was also sent to Convergent on XX/XX/XXXX. I currently have a debt collection on my credit showing that the company XXXX XXXX closed an account that they say I owe. The closing date is XX/XX/XXXX. How is XXXX allowed to tarnish my credit report by submitting a debt as closed and late even though a notice was sent stating that the debt can still be paid until XXXX XXXX XXXX? Also how is XXXX allowed to tarnish my credit report by submitting a debt as closed and late even though a notice was sent stating that the information will not be reported on my credit unless I do not respond to them by XX/XX/XXXX? The notices were answered by the consumer on time and the debts were addressed/ attempted to be resolved. XXXX XXXX still decided to report negative information on my credit even though contact was made to try to resolve the issue.
