Consumer Complaint: I would like to complain about dealing with a company licensed in the state of Maryland under XXXX ID # XXXX, Coinbase Inc. of XXXX XXXX, CA. I have had an online account with this Coinbase, Inc. since XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX after I reported a possible threat to the safety of my account Coinbase Inc. disabled my account and notified me via email. On XX/XX/XXXX Coinbase Support wrote - We will keep your account disabled until you are certain your mobile number, devices, and online accounts are secure. Please reply back to this email when you are ready to restore access to your account. If you no longer have access to your mobile device or original phone number, please let us know so that we can assist you with additional steps for account recovery. I did follow their instructions and after requesting help from XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX on resetting my Coinbase account password I started requesting to enable my account right away so I can check the status of my funds. On XX/XX/XXXX Coinbase support indicate the following We received your inquiry, and because you've previously written in about this same issue, we're consolidating your cases into this email thread. We've passed all new information on to an account specialist who is reviewing your case they'll reach out to you here ( review generally takes 4-5 business days ). All future questions about this issue should be directed to this email thread so that our account specialist can better support you. Thanks, Coinbase Support After waiting the allotted 5 days I kept emailing them using the Coinbase Case # XXXX as they specified but did not get a response. Subsequently according to their User Agreement I filed a complaint with them on XX/XX/XXXX Coinbase complaint case # XXXX just requesting my account be enabled I took all the necessary security precautions including resetting my Coinbase password On XX/XX/XXXX Coinbase support responded requesting information about the Phishing email and again advised taking all the security precautions. I did respond with the information requested and again stated Ive followed all the suggested changes and want my account enabled. After this last email from Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX my XXXX Authentication no longer works. When trying to sign on it still says my account is disabled. To date still no response and all I wish is for them to enable my account. Can you please help me reach this conclusion. My funds are tied up and I am locked out of my account. I am counting on this account for my retirement which will be in 4 years at the age of XXXX. I am currently XXXX years old, XXXX in a wheelchair and this has been very XXXX for me. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, I attempted to load my account with XXXXUSD from my bank account. I was given the funds but was later told through email that my withdrawal from the bank failed and I had 5 days to pay. Well on XX/XX/2021 the funds were recovered from my account but they took far more than what I owed. I made a complaint I was receiving responses then its just been silence for the last week. I received an email stating that XXXX Cardano had been recovered for my debt. However when I checked my coinbase pro account I had 9 withdrawals from XXXX am XX/XX/XXXX. Four transactions were from my cardano for XXXX each. Another from Cardano at XXXX totaling over XXXX Cardano. There were four more transactions from my etherium. Two were for XXXX and another two for XXXX totaling XXXX ETH. My account has security which requires a verification number being sent to my phone in order to make withrdrawals. The email confirmation they sent matches the time exactly of the withdrawals. I only want whats mine and what i payed for with my own money. I understand that I had a debt that needed to be collected however far too much was taken from me.

The company debits and removes money from my bank account each month but I can not get into my coinbase account and the company has been totally unresponsive. Ive gone through their process for complaints and I only get robot replies and I cant get into my account. This has been going on for months. I need to get into my account. Help. This company needs to be shut down.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir / Madam, I initially learnt about a Cryptocurrency called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I may have purchased approx. XXXX XXXX or more through XXXX, It showed that the number of my coins increased in amount to XXXX, when I continued to make purchases it showed a different XXXX with number of coins at XXXX, the total value keeps fluctuating based on the value of the coins at currently shows approx. XXXX but when i try to exchange or swap the coins for USD it only shows/allow to me to exchange XXXX, worth approx XXXX currently, I want to be able to withdraw the entire value of my portfolio and earnings otherwise I believe this is a pure scam on a legit company like Coinbase to allow these coins to be stored on their XXXX. Attempted 8 times with no resolution Contacted XXXX they stated no transfer was ever attempted by Coinbase Many Coinbase users are now starting to complain on forums like XXXX with same exact issue on this date XX/XX/2021. Not certain if actual amount of people in could very well be in the hundreds of Coinbase users. Although my amount is small {$100.00} There are complaints by some claiming they have lost thousands of dollars.
