Consumer Complaint: I was trying to buy {XXXX} worth of Bitcoin from Coinbase. I was charged three times for the Bitcoin so roughly around XXXX {XXXX}. I have not received any of the cryptocurrency but have been charged. The part that is odd to me, is that my three transactions do not show up on my recent history when on the Coinbase application. I have read online there are others with a similar story. I have contacted Coinbase but havent heard back from them since I filed a complaint with them on Thursday. I want the cryptocurrency or my money back ASAP. Thank you!

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase is the company Im having an issue with. My ticket number for the complaint with coinbase support is XXXX. They have locked me out of my account, in which I have {$32000.00} since XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX when their system experienced a crash. They have no phone support and I have contacted email and XXXX support multiples times. Each time, I get the same messages from what appears to be a bot or someone sending templates. These emails tell me to do things that dont work and never lead to resolution. They send the same responses over and over. I have not experienced any fraud, of which I informed them. There is no reason why I should not be able to access my money. To this day no real human has contacted me or reached out to me. I tried to file a formal complaint snd they punted me back to support. They are holding my money hostage and there is no way to get in touch with any human being. Please help me.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, my 2factor stopped working and it was trying to send a sms number to a phone number that does not belong. I called to suspend my account and they did. But little did I know that their support does not respond to tickets. I've read many posts where people have been trying to get their accounts back for months. It's like they are robbing people blind. I'm worried, I'll have the same issues. I've put in 5 tickets, I've emailed over and over asking for a status and I get automated replies like this one today. They do t get back to you in 4-5 days. I want to get my money out and close my account with them. Here are a few emails. I have more with the same jargon.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, email at XXXX In XX/XX/2021, I opened an account with Coinbase XXXX, a cryptocurrency exchange. I subsequently made an investment in cryptocurrency, totaling {$3000.00}. After a few weeks of watching the volatility of the cryptocurrency market and subsequent changes to my balance, I decided to sell my position and return my now lower balance of approximately {$2800.00}, back to my bank account. On XX/XX/2021, I followed the instructions provided by Coinbase to close my account and withdraw my balance. I converted my cryptocurrency back into fiat currency. I then tried to make a withdrawal and return my money to my bank account. However, the Coinbase software would not give me the option of returning the funds to my bank, but only allowed for a re-investment into another cryptocurrency in which I wasn't interested. Re-reading the Copinbase instructions, I understood that such a withdrawal could only occur after the closure of the investor 's account. So, I officially closed my account, thinking I was doing the right thing to get my funds. However, the closing of my account resulted in my inability to get access to my account, and most importantly, my funds. On XX/XX/2021, I began contacting Coinbase support for help. I opened a support case no. XXXX, as well as a formal complaint no. XXXX. Please read the email exchange I'm submitting. So far, they have not addressed my case and I'm asking for your assistance.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Coinbase disabled my account due to security reasons. I simply asked about a charge on my account that I totally forgot I made! The charge was for XXXX dollars. After asking about the charge coinbase automatically disabled my account without even investigating or anything!! This is totally not right when Ive got A LOT of money on there. Now here it is 19 business days and 25 total days that I havent had access to my account! This is a problem that I should be able to call coinbase talk to a live person and get this issue fixed within 30 minutes! Coinbase doesnt have a customer support team at all! There is no one to talk to ive only gotten generic emails back saying they are working on the issue and usually takes 4-5 business days to resolve. Ive emailed them at least 10 times and only get the same email back. Please please please help me in any way you can! That money I have on coinbase is a lot of my life savings.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2017 I opened coinbase ( https : //www.coinbase.com/ ) account to start investing in crypto currency. Then I submitted XXXX separate transactions for {$3000.00} each on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and only those XXXX transactions were authorized by me. Later I looked at the history of my account and there were XXXX transactions to coinbase account {$3000.00} each instead of XXXX! I went to XXXX XXXX Bank and cancelled these XXXX transactions. I never authorized the other XXXX transactions that coinbase shows took place in my account from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. To be clear, my XXXX XXXX account should have only had XXXX transactions for a total of {$6000.00} and I should have roughly XXXX litecoins. When the unauthorized incorrect transactions were reversed, only the unauthorized transactions should have been reversed. Looking at my account it seems my litecoins were taken from my account sold at the current market price on XX/XX/XXXX to recoup the loss on the unauthorized transactions initiated by coinbase and not me. I asked litecoin company XXXX litecoins be returned to my coinbase account. It is not my fault that coinbase wrongfully created additional transactions and it is not my liability. Instead of that they closed my account where now I see XXXX Litecoins remaining Instead of XXXX. I am upset at the way this business was conducted and seems completely fraudulent in nature. Please make an investigation.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/21 my Coinbase account was hacked. I received an email that my password was changed, which I did not initiate. So I called the " customer service '' number, which was a recording asking if I'd like to lock my account. I did. I can not recieve emails from Coinbase, as it appears the hackers changed my email address associated with the account as well. So I opened another account with a new email address, filed a support claim and received a case #. I have emailed, send DMs on XXXX and XXXX, and heard nothing back, other than an email with instructions to protect my account, which I have no access too. My fear is that my identity information has been compromised, and that my funds are being stolen. There is no way to speak to anyone associated with this company. It is as if my money has just disappeared, and I am beyond XXXX out and emotionally distraught. I am being harassed by scammers as well, who are falsely claiming to work for Coinbase. This situation is a disaster and I am not being helped by anyone. I am desperate for help.

So when I logged in I saw that my acct went up tp XXXX dallars in bit coin and it was stolen a while ago. I can not access the account anymore cause they wont let me!!! I did not authorize or make this withdrawl and my acct was supposed to be locked! So it also told me that if I had not withdrawn the money, today, or at that time it would have been worth XXXX!!!
