In XX/XX/XXXX I signed up for coinbase.com and everything was fine until XXXX of this year ( XXXX ) when they asked me to verify my identity again, which I do and from then on the account under review appears to me and they tell me : " Your account is currently being reviewed and we need some time to verify your information. During this review, you will not be able to use Coinbase. Reviews usually take a few days. Please log in every day or every other day to check your status. " Last week I accessed the app again and in it they ask me again to verify my identity by taking a photo through the mobile device. I've done it repeatedly and it always ends up telling me that the verification failed, that the photo was too blurry, which is not true. It asks me to repeat the process again, I do it and it keeps failing. I wrote to the company several times and they always respond by saying : " Thank you for following up with us. Our team has received a high number of account review requests. However, we've asked them to expedite their review of your account, and will get to your inquiry as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Regards, Coinbase Support " The number of this latest incident that I created is : Case # XXXX - Pending verification. I have XXXX ETH blocked since then and I wish I could get it back. Thanks for your attention.

I have contacted the company on several occasions only to get a reply that the case is being reviewed. I first contacted the company via email XX/XX/XXXX. I have contact the company at least 9 times and I have attached their last email response. The remedy that I am looking for is for my coins to be returned which is XXXX coins at time my coins went missing the value for them was over {$7000.00} us dollars which I would like to receive the value of these coins at the time of disappearance.

We went ahead and provided all of the personal information including driver licence number and other information and went through the process over a month ago now and we still do not see {$5.00} XXXX deposited in the account that we created. We have made multiple attempts to reach them via their Support email, but all we get is a generated ticket # and then no ones responses.. there is no customer service number.. The last ticket that we created is XXXX # XXXX - " Where my {$5.00} Free XXXX '' Someone needs to look into this company and find out why they are nor honoring what they are stating in their ad and collecting personnel information from the consumer..

Consumer Complaint: Early on XXXX XXXX I received a text from Coinbase that my password had been changed, so I changed it agan to enter my account. I tried contacting customer service and of course its automated and I couldnt make any headway with Coinbase. I was given a sort of reference number for my complaint and was told I would be contacted. I went to my bank account and I come to find out whoever hacked into my Coinbase account was trying to empty my personal bank account. I immediately called my bank and froze the accounts. I was able to stop the theft at my personal account, but as far as my Coinbase account Ive had no progress. I had invested amount of {$10000.00} and had a value of about {$18000.00} at the time of the theft. Ive been reading about other Coinbase customers with the exact same problem. Many of those victims recommended I come here and also the FBI to file a complaint. Im in the process of hiring a lawyer. I would like some advice.

The reason stated for being locked out was potential suspicious activating. I followed all recommended steps posted on Coinbase 's website to regain access. All attempts failed. Coinbase does not have a technical support call number or the availability to chat with a service member. From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/2021, I have sent approximately 15 emails regarding my Coinbase case number. : To date, I have received no response from Coinbase or Coinbase Pro that provided any measures to gain access to my account and funds. Consumer Complaint: To whom is may concern, Coinbase Case Number : Complaint # XXXX On XXXX XXXX, I completed a deposit to my Coinbase wallet of USD XXXX} and the funds never posted to my Coinbase account. The USDT Crypto was sent from my XXXX account via the XXXX network vs the XXXX network which was in error. Though the crypto was transferred via the incorrect network, the funds were still deposited in the correct Coinbase USDT wallet which can be confirmed via the following txid : XXXX XXXX XXXX Coinbase is a public company and has the capacity to resolve the matter and post the deposit to my account and is choosing to ignore my requests for assistance. I have submitted over 12 general requests for assistance and submitted a formal complaint/ request which has gone unanswered. Coinbase will not provide the necessary key to recover the funds myself which leaves me seeking other means of holding them accountable. I am not the only investor that this has happened to and if Coinbase is to remain a public SEC regulated entity, they will need to do better. According to an independent investigator, the funds are not lost but Coinbase will need to properly investigate and resolve the matter. They need to pull the the deposit from the XXXX network and redirect to my Coinbase wallet. I would truly appreciate assistance in holding Coinbase accountable and getting my funds back.
