Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, I sold my virtual currency of XXXX Bitcoin and XXXX XXXX, which was net worth of approximately {$1100.00}. Even after I sold the currency, no balance was shown up into my account. I contacted the customer service via email ( Since only method they offer is via email ) after 9 days ( XX/XX/2021, 7 business days ) of not seeing my balance into the account about this matter. Till then, since I did not receive a response from them, I sent another email on XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021, and then XX/XX/2021, but still receiving an automatic response from them that they are having a high volume of the inquiry. Still the issue is not resolved, and planning to claim a small case against the company soon. This company needs to close down.

Consumer Complaint: Hallo sir. My problem is XXXX I open a digital account by Coinbase. And since XXXX I received a message from Coinbase telling me I have to make a verification. Since I done this verification my account is under review. Its hundred percent ok, to do some verification to time to time but since XXXX I am triying get it solved I wrote at less 30 e-Mail or contact formula but nothing happened. Never get answer from human beings only XXXX bot telling me my case is closed. How can do big company like Coinbase be allowed to operate without customers support hotline or care. There are 10000 customers who these problems like mine. I think it is time for someone do something about Coinbase. Account under review Your account is currently being reviewed and we need some time to verify your info. During this review, you wont be able use Coinbase. Generally reviews take few days. So sign every day or two to check your Status. This is the massages I got when I signed in my account every day since XX/XX/XXXX. I hope you can help or someone will read it and help. Consumer Complaint: I believe Coinbase is trying to defraud me and steal my digital assets. I have given them opportunity to correct this issue for about 4 months and they have failed to do so. Re : Case # XXXX - Re : DO NOT CLOSE Ticket # XXXX It has Not Been resolved! - Buy/Sell Account and Send/Receive Disabled for more than 2 months with Zero Support from CB - Just ROBO auto responders XX/XX/2021, Ticket # XXXX was opened with Coinbase for Complaint of locking me out of features on my account. My assets amounted to about $ XXXX. Since then Coinbase disabled features on my account Buy/Sell as well as Send/Receive.Coinbase gave no viable reasons. I have repeatedly created tickets and got no help from Coinbase just the same Robo message that someone will contact me in 5 business days but its a lie!!!! On XX/XX/XXXX, they closed out ticket # XXXX and claimed they had resolved problem which was a lie I checked my account and the problem was not resolved. I reopened Ticket # XXXX and reiterated that they hadnt resolved my problem and to keep the previous ticket # XXXX opened. On the subject date of XX/XX/2021, I had added a new card payment ; my bank completed a purchase transaction into Coinbase account and Coinbase debited my account for the purchase - I have attachments to prove this. I then further investigated with my bank on XX/XX/XXXX and they confirmed that my bank 's customers have been experiencing a lot of payment issues with the Coinbase platformCoinbase isnt synching their security payment confirmation system with the banks. That is no fault of mine as a CB platform user! CB gave no reason why they are removing me off its platform, CB has prevented me access to my assets and from utilizing my assets to capitalize on investment opportunities for more than 4 months! CB has caused me emotional and financial stress. I can't transfer my assets or even withdraw to my bank ; CB enabled only Coinbase Vault account to force me to deposit into their custody account. Then funny enough and miraculously on XX/XX/XXXX they advised me to update my card that was expiring ; I did and their system won't confirm the 2 deposits they sent into my account!!! It just said Card verify failed. My identity has been verified multiple times and Okd by Coinbase. On XX/XX/XXXX, Coinbase sends me My account has been verified and I can now invest BUT it's still the same thing, My Buy.Sell as well as Send.Receive buttons are still disabled. COINBASE PLEASE ENABLE MY FEATURES SO I CAN ACCESS MY FUNDS!!!!!! I NEED TO GET THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED AND PROPERLY COMPENSATED FOR LOSS OF INCOME OPPORTUNITY.

Consumer Complaint: My. Name is XXXX XXXX and I am XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have invested over {$200000.00} in portfolio of various virtual currency with Coinbase Inc. I was last able to log inno the portfolio on XX/XX/XXXX. In the early morning of XX/XX/XXXX, I was denied log in and strayed the process of resetting my password. I was only getting automated emails with directions to wait for 24 hours. I have yet to receive the reset password link. Six or seven hours later, on XX/XX/XXXX, I called their automated line wirh requests and was not able to connect with anyone at all or recieve any answers. I locked the account acvitity via phone - only option available and am waiting for any sort of update until now. These were my life savings and since I used my institution to transfer the funds, I have proofs and can show the total amounts invested. I am looking for a resulution of this horrible situation, since this has driven me to suicidal thoughts. I appreciate your help.

Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/2021 I was locked out of my coinbase account due to a supposed suspicious activity. The last thing I did was place an order for about {$500.00} worth of Cardano. Within 2 days I attempted to change my password to regain access to my account. The password change seemed to work but I was still unable to access the account through my phone or the web portal. I have continuously received phone calls from people with XXXX accents who are claiming to be Coinbase support. They seem to have some way they can see what's happening in my account and know my name, but when I ask them what the process is for removing the security block they hang up on me. I've sent emails to coinbase support, coinbase security, and have filed a formal complaint with them. The last response I got from anyone was XX/XX/XXXX. They've been completely negligent with access to my funds as there has been no resolution to my problem.

Consumer Complaint: I have an account with Coinbase ( CB ) where I own XXXX XXXX cryptos valued at nearly {$XXXX}. On XX/XX/2021, at XXXX central time, I noticed that my XXXX XXXX were sold and the cash money were transferred to some account that I am not familiar with. Also they tried to transfer {$2000.00} from my XXXX to CB account. I contacted CB immediately and filed a complaint ticket ( Case # XXXX ). ( they do not have live support ). My account was locked and I had never heard from them since. CB has a policy that when someone initiate a cash withdrawal, it would take 1-5 days before the fund are fully transferred to the bank account. So CB has plenty of time to stop the fraud transaction since I informed them immediately. I use 2fa authentication security login and there is no evidence that my personal PC or phone were hacked.

Consumer Complaint: I signed up for Coinbase and Coinbase Pro on XX/XX/XXXX and withdrew {$2000.00} for Coinbase and {$1000.00} for Coinbase Pro. The money was deposited with Coinbase.com XX/XX/XXXX. I checked my investments several time XXXX and then attempted sign-in on XX/XX/XXXX x3. I was unsuccessful so changed my password. At 2-factor verification, it was clear that the phone number was not mine. So I reported it in their help section. I reported it again after it was not clear it got submitted and received an email back XXXX saying they would get back to me in 5-7 days. On the XXXX I began emailing them and eventually found that my case had been closed on XX/XX/XXXX. No explanation So I refiled on XX/XX/XXXX. Have heard nothing since except the obligatory " we'll get back to you 5-7 day '' email. I'm out {$3000.00} and a business on the XXXX with millions in investments should have better methods for dealing with obvious virtual issues or at least admit there is a huge problem.

Consumer Complaint: My Coinbase account was hacked on XX/XX/XXXX and alt coins were converted to bitcoin, I immediately attempted to freeze my account. Coinbase sent me a form letter email indicating which steps to take to re-instate my account. The Coinbase processes prevented me from completing those steps to even see what funds were stolen or if in fact they were moved out of my account. Coinbase sent another form letter email stating their customer service was escalating the issue to a specialist. Days later, coinbase did not respond. Again I contacted customer service, and received another form letter stating someone would get back to me in 4 to 5 days. On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a complaint within coinbase regarding their customer service and that form letter response said they would be in contact within 15 days. To date, I have not received any assistance from Coinbase. I can not get into my account or determine what funds have been stolen. Its been 33 days. I had 0.3 bitcoin, 7 or 8 alt coins, all totaling roughly $ XXXX $ XXXX at the time. This is business malpractice. There are no email addresses, no phone numbers to call, and I'm begging for your help.
