Consumer Complaint: I went to log on to my Coinbase account and upon doing so, the screen started blinking and went " white '' ... .over the course of time, I found out that there were unauthorized transactions of converting my XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX, then moving the XXXX XXXX out of my account, leaving my account balance at XXXX from {$55000.00}. I held XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. All were converted to XXXX, then sent to external address XXXX. All of these transacttions took place in less than two minutes. Coinbase showed no evidence of knowing their customer, halting these transactions or even questioning them. I have never sold my holdings in the life of my account.

Consumer Complaint: I created an account with Coinbase. They have a recurring purchase feature. I intended to purchase on the XXXX and XXXX as described on the sales page. What was not disclosed is that when you set up a recurring purchase you will also initiate an additional purchase on the same day. That is not what a recurring purchase is. In fact it is a one time purchase plus additional recurring purchases. I sent several email to coinbase asking them to retun the money from the additional purchase and the did not respond directly. Consumer Complaint: I recently withdraw Bitcoins ( BTCs ) to be sent to my account on Coinbase on BTC address " whitelisted '' according my banks 's ( XXXX ) procedure. - XXXX requires crypto addresses to be whitelisted before allowing any transaction in/out of the bank - The whitelisting process requires a transfer of a small amount of cryptos from the source address ( Coinbase ) to a XXXX predetermined address - I executed this transaction on Coinbase transferring the required little amount of BTC - After successful transfer of the above-mentioned small amount of BTC, XXXX properly whitelisted the Coinbase 's address used for the transaction - On XXXX, XXXX I submitted an order to XXXX, so to transfer my XXXXBTCs ( XXXX $ ) to Coinbase into the address generated by Coinbase and whitelisted by XXXX My BTC never arrived at Coinbase ; asked for support, but still no answer received after several attempts to get one. Talking about XXXX $!

Consumer Complaint: This is my second complaint. My first one was XXXX I have my account under review since more than 3 weeks! I sent all the documents and information and I started operating and I've sent XXXX euros and after operating for the first time they blocked my account with my money freezing. I cant operate, I cant withdraw my money. Its unacceptable. When it was my first CFPB complaint was completed they unblock my account and gave me XXXX for the inconveniences. 8 hours later they blocked my account again. I couldn't believe. Consumer Complaint: COINBASE ACCOUNT COMPRIMISED CASE # XXXX On Friday XX/XX/2021 my personal Coinbase account was hacked and 8 Crypto Currencies from my account. Access to my account began on this particular evening and 43 login failures were logged onto my Coinbase Account activity before Coinbase granted access on the 44 attempts at XXXX XXXX that evening. Over the course of 20 minutes the hacker proceeded to drain my account of 8 Crypto Currencies valued at just over {$3.00} XXXX USD. Upon the time I figured out my account was hacked and property stolen I had my account locked and reported this incident to Coinbase. I received a couple generic replies to my 9 emails to Coinbase, I can not get anyone from the Company to discuss this terrible event with me. LIST OF MY CRYPTO STOLEN : 1- ETH Ethereum XXXX Coins ( Value $ XXXXUSD ) 2- BTC Bitcoin XXXX Coins ( Value {$600000.00} USD ) 3- BCH Bitcoin Cash XXXX Coins ( Value {$410000.00} USD ) 4- LINK Chain Link XXXX Coins ( Value {$140000.00} USD ) 5XXXX SNX Synthetic Network XXXX Coins ( Value {$96000.00} USD ) 6- XTZ Tezos XXXX Coins ( Value {$51000.00} USD ) 7- SUSHI Sushi Swap XXXX Coins ( Value {$24000.00} USD ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Coins ( Value {$57000.00} USD XXXX Total Value of withdrawals on XX/XX/2021 = {>= $1,000,000} It has been 26 days since my account was hacked and money stolen and still no communication with Coinbase.
