Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX is in blatant violation of the law in their attempt to re-age an alleged debt that they claim we owe XXXX XXXX. We have not established any agreements which would allow XXXX XXXX to report that the {$390.00} debt was established on XX/XX/2018. We fully dispute this amount and would like verifiable PROOF that this amount is owed. If proof can't be provided that this debt is valid, we want all remarks removed from the CRA 's databases. Re-aging debt is a clear violation of the law and I intend to seek legal recourse for damages resulting from XXXX XXXX 's actions unless we find a solution.

Consumer Complaint: I have been contacted every day for months about this account. On several occasions I have asked for the original creditor XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX to provide proof showing why I owe this amount and neither have been able to provide me anything. I spoke with a representative in XXXX and asked for this information and was told " we do not have that on file for your debt '' I advised I was sure the amount was wrong and she asked me " how much do you think you owe or what do you think the correct balance is '' At that time she wanted to set me up on a payment plan but I was still weary about this debt because I know for a fact this debt owed is incorrect and I want proof for the debt reporting on my credit. I have also disputed this with XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is the current creditor for a XXXX XXXX account. The total amount of the debt was {$1000.00}. On XX/XX/2018 I called XXXX XXXX and spoke with a supervisor named XXXX XXXX. He told me more than once we were on a recorded line. We agreed to a settlement in full amount of {$520.00}. I asked him to email me this information before I agree to it. He explained he couldn't for security reasons. He went on to say I would receive this agreement via the US mail system and another notice saying it was settled in full once the {$520.00} was paid. I haven't received either one. He also said my credit report would say settled in full. Again he said I had nothing to worry about as we were on a recorded line. I agreed to the {$520.00} which was paid on XX/XX/2018 as agreed settled in full. My XXXX credit report shows my payment but still shows I have a balance due of {$520.00}. This balance due needs to be removed and show settled in full and I need to receive the notice my debt is settled. I filed a dispute with XXXX with no resolution.
