I disputed the information was disputed with the credit bureaus and the information came back as verified. Consumer Complaint: Between XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX ( there are no credit reports available to me between those dates for an exact date of the following ), an erroneous {$450.00} amount past due should up on my XXXX & XXXX credit reports. The erroneous creditor was XXXX XXXX - XXXX & the reported erroneous opening date of the account was XX/XX/XXXX. At that time, both my XXXX & XXXX credit scores dropped from XXXX to XXXX. There was also an erroneous hard inquiry by XXXX XXXX - XXXX on my XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, only, credit report. There was also an erroneous XXXX XXXX address listed as one of my past home addresses on both my XXXX & XXXX reports at this time. I assumed the address error was related to the past due error as I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN XXXX XXXX ; HAVE NEVER PURCHASED A SINGLE ITEM OR SERVICE FROM ANY XXXX XXXX ; & TO THE DAY OF SUBMITTING THIS CURRENT COMPLAINT, HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE CORRESPONDANCE FROM XXXX XXXX. ( For the record, I have lived at my current address since XX/XX/XXXX. ) At the time all of this showed up on my credit reports, XX/XX/XXXX, I reported all of this to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX. There are no XXXX or XXXX credit reports available to me between XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX for an exact date of the following, but as of the XX/XX/XXXX credit reports, the XXXX XXXX home address was removed from both of my credit reports ; the XXXX XXXX account remained on my XXXX report as Previously Disputed, but closed ; & on my XXXX report as 1 Missing Payment, but closed. And, both my XXXX & XXXX credit scores went up from XXXX to XXXX. This XXXX XXXX - XXXX record was completed deleted between XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX on both my XXXX & XXXX credit reports. And my XXXX credit score went up from XXXX to XXXX & my XXXX credit score went up from XXXX to XXXX. Around this time, I received a notice from a collection agency stating if they did not hear back from me within 30 days, they would put this same XXXX XXXX - XXXX collection on my credit report. Because this account had been marked as closed on both my XXXX & XXXX credit reports for almost two full years & removed completely for both of my credit reports by the time I received this correspondence, I assumed this notice was a fraudulent scammer trying to get my personal information to steal my identity ; so I shredded this notice. Then, on XX/XX/XXXX, this erroneous collection from XXXX XXXX - XXXX was once again reported on my XXXX, only, credit report by XXXX XXXX XXXX. And, my XXXX credit score dropped from XXXX to XXXX ; while as it should, my XXXX remained at XXXX. A person does not consistently earn a high 700s or 800+ credit scores at XXXX-years-old by not paying their legitimate bills & the one legitimate collection on each credit report was for medical services for which as soon as I was physically able, I paid in full as noted on my XXXX credit report! Please Note : I have no documents to attach because as noted, above, I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED A SINGLE ITEM OR SERVICE FROM ANY XXXX XXXX ; & TO THE DAY OF SUBMITTING THIS CURRENT COMPLAINT, HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE CORRESPONDANCE FROM XXXX XXXX & shredded the notice, now assumed to be from XXXX XXXX XXXX believing it to be from a fraudulent scammer trying to get my personal information to steal my identity.

Consumer Complaint: I get calls everyday and sometimes several times a day and when i spoke to them that i wanted to see what we spoke and agreed on over the phone in writing she said i would get an email and it would state that. I also wanted it to say that it would be removed from the credit report and she insisted i would get this email. Then she wanted to take my payment over the phone while i was driving and i told her i couldnt and that i still wanted to see this email and she insisted i pay and look at the email she never sent and i explained i wasnt going to put my life in danger just to read an email and i would read it when i got to my destination and she got upset and told me the deal was off and that it would go back to the original debt.

Consumer Complaint: I never opened this account. I don't know what it is. It appears to be a charge card. If it is it was opened fraudulently in my name. If they have my social security number I do not know how they got it. They are listed on my credit report in two different accounts with the same balance. It seems very odd. It says it is an online marketing company and that I owe {$710.00}. It says it was opened in XX/XX/2015. I've never purchased or received merchandise from this company. This must be a fraudulent account. I would like the company to either prove it was me that opened this charge account or please have it removed from my credit report. As it is negatively affecting my credit.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting on my credit reports that I owe them {$210.00} for an old bill from XXXX. The issue is that they refuse to verify that this account is mine / valid ALSO multiple collection agencies purchased this account and have put it on the credit reports of multiple people ( roommates ) who lived in the household ( four ). AND I've had another cell phone account for the last 15 years never had XXXX so?? Isn't it against the law for a collection agency to try to collect the same amount of money from multiple people and not provide any valid information showing the person who the account originally belongs to. I personally disputed this information with the credit agencies because I needed to see exactly who it belonged to since it's being reported on different household member 's report. They reported it as valid so I sent a letter asking how they validated it to provide information so that I can see who the account belonged to and so far they continue to refuse. This has been on my report for 3 years and has ruined my credit making the apr go up for any loans i've tried to apply for and in some cases keeping me from getting loans. I don't understand how a company will not show proof what the collection is and whom it belongs can continue to report this as valid. I'm currently considering my next moves but have reported it to multiple agencies and will send an email to the FTC and my local govt agency to report their unfair collection practices

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2016, this debt for {$2300.00} appeared on my credit report. I have no knowledge of this debt. I am requesting a signed confirmation with my signature that I opened this account. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting on my credit report. Please don't respond to my request by saying that this account has been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify this account. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of this disputed account then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness. Under the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i, all unverified accounts must be promptly deleted. Therefore, if you are unable to provide me with a copy of the verifiable proof that you have on file for the account listed within 15 days of receipt of this then you must remove the account from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX is charging me for {$5900.00} for a XXXX phone i never had. Someone stole my personal info and use it in XXXX Tx. Ive never been to Texas, dont know anyone from there and NEVER had a XXXX phone in my life. I summitted to them my proof of residence in the state of Florida for the past 31yrs of my life but the charge is still showing on my credit report. I need that removed as soon as possible.
