Consumer Complaint: I was Contacted By XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2018 Then Again XX/XX/2018. Which I have no contract with nor have received service from, reported a collection account against my SSN. I did ask for validation for this debt and account and my signature that I signed anything and was told that they didnt have anything to validate. However, the business does not have a contract with me. They have not provide adequate proof I am not obligated to pay for alleged debt. I Have Tried disputing multiple times.

XXXX XXXX XXXX reported a fraudulent XXXX XXXX account that was already removed from XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. This action violates the the Fair Credit Reporting Act [ 15 U.S.C. 1681 ]. Additionally XXXX XXXX XXXX did not send a written notification. This action violates the Federal Validation Notice [ 15 U.S. Code 1692 ]. On XX/XX/XXXX the per violation penalty increased from {$3500.00} to {$3700.00}. No debt collection company should operate above the law. Therefore I have submitted this complaint for investigation.

This new debt company reopened it and it got deleted off XXXX and XXXX. Now its back on XXXX and XXXX. The next one XXXX XXXX XXXX. That one needs to be deleted too. Its been deleted off my XXXX but not the other 2. ( XXXX and XXXX ). I am trying to clean my credit up to buy a house and I cant when these people keep adding them after theyve been closed and deleted! Please help!

Consumer Complaint: After already paying off the debt through XXXX XXXX over a year and half ago it was removed from my credit immediately and now we went to check my credit again today and it popped back up on there in the amount of {$1400.00} and when I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX they can not provide me with any information of phone calls, written notice, any account info. I provided that they give me all my info before going any further, spoke with my bank and they also do not understand why it popped back up on my credit when it has been paid for and already taken off my credit report once before. I am furious because this dropped my credit score of 43 points for no reason, they have no sent me any notice to dispute, no phone calls, no mailed forms etc. they have no info stored in their system that I owe this. Its very frustrating due to the fact I was suppose to be getting my loan for my house today and this stopped me because they have falsified information and have no proof of the debt still being owed. It was paid for once in the amount of {$840.00} and taken off my credit and now they jacked it up to {$1400.00} and no explanation of why or how it happened. Theyre clueless and if this isnt taken care of Im reporting to the XXXX and getting a attorney involved. XXXX

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2018 I reviewed my credit reports and found that there was an inaccurate report of an account that was not mine. I contacted the company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and requested full validation pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. My request for validation including competent evidence bearing my signature and instrument used to secure a contractual agreement where I am obligated to pay you. I made it clear in my letter that the negative marks found on my credit report from the ( 3 ) reporting bureaus from their company or any other company that they represent for this debt that I do not owe is a violation of the FCRA and FDCPA and I request that if this debt can not not be validated you must take steps to have all reporting bureaus delete this entry. In response I received the statement attached from XXXX XXXX along with details of the sale of this account to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I immediately contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX, I re addressed a copy of my letter sent to XXXX XXXX and mailed it delivery certification ( see attached ) on XXXX XX/XX/2018. I have not received a reply. It is over the 30 days time frame and out of compliance. Under advise, I wish to informed XXXX XXXX XXXX that I am prepared to take steps and file a small claim in my county small claims court. I would like to make this one last good faith effort and ask for the assistance of the CFPB in obtaining one of two things 1. that this company provide me with full debt validation as per FCRA & FDCPA 2. deletion of this invalidated account from my credit reports

I never opened an account with them with my authorized this account when the account was opened. The account was going to address that I am not even associated with at all. Please remove from my all three credit report promptly. I have contact over the phone and via certified mail to have this item removed with no response. I should not be penalized for an account that I never opened in the first place. It annoys me I have to go to these extreme to have this account removed. It seems that these companies should really do all they can not to adversely affect someone's credit unless absolutely necessary.
