Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2017 ( {$3100.00} ), and XX/XX/2017 ( {$1400.00} ) XXXX accounts were opened in my name and the debt was sold to " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. I have never opened an account with XXXX and furthermore, I never resided in the states of which they were opened in. The fact that these accounts were opened 8 months apart and this wasn't a red flag to XXXX is beyond me. The two accounts are reporting negatively on my credit report and I am only now becoming aware of them. I've tried disputing these accounts with the bureaus but the debt buyer responds verified with lack of sufficient information supporting the claim. If this debt is in fact my own, I would like the license and social security card on file compared to my own and I can ensure it doesn't come back validated. These accounts are causing me to suffer and I am feeling it is out of my control. Anything that I can do to assist XXXX in resolving this matter, I am open to.

I believe this to be for a XXXX debt that was already once removed from my credit report. Loan Type Debt Buyer Account. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit, this has negatively impacted my score which was on a slow climb towards mortgage ready. The date of first Delinquency is listed as XX/XX/XXXX before my account was open with them. The information they have posted on my credit report is inconsistent. They have made no attempt to contact me by mail. They are a predatory collector dredging up things past removed to add them to a credit report again.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX sold my old account to a collection service. I hired XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/2017 and disputed the collection account. It was removed in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/2017 from all credit reporting services. Most recently the account was sold to another agency XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of XXXX. They are attempting to collect a debt that was already disputed and found in favor of me the consumer and dropped from my reports. It has now been added once again under a new firm. I called and explained this to them and they acknowledged the dropped dispute but then proceeded to try and tell me this was for a second line. They provided no proof and i was never notified of such an account.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a mortgage and found an account from XXXX XXXX on my credit. I never got any collection letters from them giving me the right to dispute the debt. So i sent a dispute letter certified mail to them on XX/XX/2018. Never got a response. Than i sent another letter to them again certified on XX/XX/2018. Still never got a response. They think that because i am a XXXX XXXX living in this country that i do not know my rights or how to enforce them. Consumer Complaint: My identity was stolen in XX/XX/2015. My identity was stolen through XXXX and the amount on the account is XXXX. I am not sure when this account was created because I have had many things put into my name that are not mine. However, I estimate the account to be created around XX/XX/2015. I have contacted XXXX many times about this account not being mine and this is not my debt to be paid and they still put it on my credit score and ruin my credit. There has already been a police report file and I have all of the documents stating that this account is not mine and this is not my debt to be owed.
