I have over {$15000.00} in my accounts and capital one will not give XXXX XXXX reason or a time frame that my funds will be refunded to me. Consumer Complaint: I left 3 messages for a call back regarding this issue. The company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, would not return my calls. I didn't have an email address so I sent a Certified Letter requesting the company contact me or delete the item on my credit report. They did neither. I have attached a copy of my request letter and the proof of Certified mail being sent on my part and received on their part. This information is resulting in a denial for a mortgage to purchase a home. I don't know that the claim is correct. Consumer Complaint: I had a BJs warehouse credit card and cancelled the BJ membership. At the same time, BJs switched banks to Capital One and somewhere in the change, Capital One was not aware that my membership was cancelled. As such, Capital One billed me for the membership fees. I called Capital One who stated they did not have a record of my cancellation. I sent documents and communications to no avail. Now my credit score is being negatively impacted by this mess. I even called both Capital One and Bjs in a XXXX way call to handle this matter, to no avail.

Consumer Complaint: Capital one credit added multiple credits then double or multiple charges to my account internally. When I spoke to a supervisor about it yesterday he told me that they have evidence that I went to Mississippi gave XXXX XXXX my Credit card and drivers license and got a rental car, and because of this they are denying my fraud claims. I got off the phone wit him and called the XXXX XXXX he specified on the phone call, they said they had no record of me renting any car from them. I recorded the entire conversation with the reps from Capital one credit and with XXXX XXXX car at the Mississippi location specified by the capital one Supervisor named XXXX : XXXX : XXXX Capital one has a habit of lying, I noticed this for a long time but finally decided to make note of their actions and behaviors, as they are unprofessional and untrustworthy. I have also attached other issues with mas crediting then mass charges that disrupted my credit score and credit due to Capital one credit.
