Consumer Complaint: I have five ( 5 ) hard inquiries from Capital One on both of my credit reports from XXXX and XXXX. Said inquiries were not from my initation and nor do I have any knowledge, involvement, or complicity in them. I have never applied for any credit with Capital One and nor have I authorized Capital One to pull my credit reports from XXXX or XXXX. These hard inquiries are affecting my credit scores, are violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and are violating due process of law. I have filed disputes with both credit bureaus and said disputes were denied. I also called both credit bureaus and was told that they are to remain on record for two years and that the only way I could have them removed is to contact Capital One and request that they notify the bureaus to delete them. I have also called Capital One numerous times requesting for help and Capital One beats around the XXXX or states they have nothing on record about the inquiries. The inquiries are related to applications for a credit card and if Capital One has no records of the inquiries, then why does both credit bureaus have them down on my credit reports. A complaint is also being filed with the federal trade commission and Dep. Of Treasury against Capital One if no assistance or rectification is given. Said inquiries were conducted by Capital One on said dates of : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Consumer Complaint: My credit card had {$89.00} transaction on XX/XX/2023. I have not used this card in XXXX in Bj 's and any other place. So, I have tried to dispute transactions in online banking, which was denied by capital one. After that, I have called capital one to dispute the transaction and in the first thing, the call center has also denied to dispute this transaction. At the end, they filed a dispute on XX/XX/2023 and I showed credit for this disputed transaction and again, next day, I showed the debit of this disputed amount. Once, transaction is disputed, then, the bank should provide temporary credit and should not charge that disputed amount to the customer, but, here, capital one has denied to provide that temporary credit also. Right after seeing this, I have again called the contact center and they said they will look into this. Even after 4 week, I have not received any letters and updates regarding my dispute and complaint. Bank should not charge and should provide temporary credit for disputed transactions, but, here, capital one has failed and refused to do that. Capital one should refund me back the disputed transaction amount along with interest. I have also mentioned during my calls that, I will complain to CFPB and OCC regulators regarding this matters, but, still, there are no any updates from Capital one. Here, Capital one is violated several rules for dispute and harming to millions of customer like me. I am requesting CFPB to help me resolve this matters and also investigate disputing practice of Capital one. I believed, Capital one is doing harm to millions of customer like me.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I went to Kohl 's with my mother to buy some clothing. The cashier who I believe was named XXXX, assisted us. I held my phone out to use a coupon that was from the Kohl 's app, and the cashier said to my mother " he's must be crazy if he thinks I'm going to look at his phone '' I replied and said " I have a coupon from the app '' he said " says who? '' I replied and said " The Kokl 's app '' he ignored me and continued to ring up our purchases. He continued to mock me for having my coupon and at the end said he has the coupon already. I put my phone away. When he was done ringing up the purchase, he applied a discount to show me the savings I could have if I applied for a Kohl 's card. I thanked him and declined. He said it's not a credit card and I could save money this way. I declined again. He removed the discount and told me that I could just pay {$1.00} on the Kohl 's card and then the rest on my credit card to get the savings. He said that was the way to do it if I was smart. I declined a third time. I felt pressured into applying for this card and misled into believing this was not a credit product. I don't feel comfortable going back to Kohler 's knowing the harassment I'll be subjected to for not applying for an unwanted credit product. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 RE : Requested wave from Late payment 30days from Capital one account. If you explain the 30 -day Late Payment issue, I found that a company that I didn't know in the private account of the bank had automatically deployed {$34.00} for five months. I immediately contacted the bank and stopped the Debit Card. But there was a passing without knowing that Capital Payment was paid. I continued to receive a message that I couldn't pay for it in Capital One, but I thought it was a wrong message. Later, I found out that Debit Card had a capital one payment on a card that was stopped, but I knew that it was already reported to the credit -related company. I admit that I made my mistake, but I am disappointed that the credit score has go down over 100 points. I want to make a good credit and I will ask you to exclude the credit company.
