I added all up comes too {$230.00}, and available should be {$260.00}? when i was in XXXX Utah XXXX XXXX XXXX transaction was Declined for {$140.00}, So i paid {$100.00} cash for other items.Than {$41.00} transaction work on {$41.00} and only groceries i got is XXXX XXXX {$3.00}, and {$2.00} bag donuts ...... But XXXX i saw pending transaction {$61.00} XXXX XXXX for groceries..i never gave XXXX my credit card, only at checkout electronic checkout.Now i called in today XXXX XXXX got XXXX or someone dont speak XXXX to good, not clear, i ask to speak with someone else, i couldn't understand her.She refused to get me someone, understand XXXX guess XXXX owns Capital one, because capital one has to many illegals working there.Online when XXXX login it show balance {$390.00} and available {$150.00}, but when i spoke with them, say i only have {$40.00} available.If i got XXXX limit and i should have {$260.00} available, i supposed to get XXXX of free interested, i supposed to get checks on my account to pay bills.They capital one refused to send them, say they dont do that anymore.But they offer it when i applied for credit card.

Despite numerous attempts to contact Capital One and rectify this error, I have not received a satisfactory response or any action taken to correct the inaccurate information. This incorrect reporting has had a detrimental impact on my credit score and overall financial standing. Payment was sent to COAF in the form of a XXXX for fulfilment of payment defined by the IRS website which indicates that the recipient must file the form with the IRS to receive payment. Defined here : File Form XXXX, Acquisition of Secured Property, for each borrower in full or partial satisfaction of the debt, you acquire an interest in property that is security for the debt, You need not be in the business of lending money to be subject to this reporting requirement. Subsequent holder. A subsequent holder of a loan is treated as a lender and is required to report events occurring after the loan is transferred to the new holder. I was told that COAF does not accept XXXX as payment, however I was not given a reason why COAF could not accept the XXXX. Also by Postal Rule CAOF in fact have already accespted my offer of payment. I also sent a payment of Negotialbe Insrument money order payment coupon in which they also rejected : Definition- Negotiable instruments are mainly governed by state statutory law. Every state has adopted Article 3 of the Uniform Commercial Code ( UCC ), with some modifications, as the law governing negotiable instruments. The UCC defines a negotiable instrument as an unconditioned writing that promises or orders the payment of a fixed amount of money. so my case has note been properly handled by COAF.

Consumer Complaint: We have received numerous calls from Kohl 's ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) but have ignored them as we have never had a Kohl 's card, nor ever wanted a Kohl 's card, and haven't been in a Kohl 's store in decades. We finally called them back at the number they left in their voice mail and were told that someone had applied for a Kohl 's card and asked if we had applied for a Kohl 's card. When told NO we did NOT apply for a card they immediately wanted all kinds of personal information which we refused to give. They became very agitated as did we as it quickly became evident that this was a scam to get personal information from people and we hung up.

Consumer Complaint: Your corporation has been requiring and demanding the unlawful use of Federal Reserve Notes also known as Floating Rate Notes ( debt notes ) as payment, when in fact, the submitted application used to open the account, with access and use of my personal and private financial information ( SSN, social security card, which is an open-ended credit card pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1602 ( l ) along with my signature ) served as a financial asset, promissory note and security which in fact satisfies each monthly obligation pursuant to 12 CFR 360.6 ( 2 ) as well the application being self-liquidating paper pursuant to 17 CFR 260.11b-6. This is considered an unauthorized use since I have received NO BENEFIT. Please provide proof that you did not receive an advance for the application as a security. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 8, all coupons, bills, certificates of indebtness, both public and private used for personal, family and household use are the obligation of the United States. This will also serve as Notice of breach of fiduciary duty ( U.C.C. 3-307 ). I wrote an email on XX/XX/2023 informing them they fraudulently overcharged me. They agreed and change the {$48.00} to {$38.00}. After receiving the product I made the decision to get a refund and wrote another email stating so and their guarantee of 30 days was within 15 days when I contacted them. They responded asking for photos. I explained I could send them for I was on vacation less than two week later I sent pictures. Since then they have not responded to my email with any instructions. I filed a dispute with Capital One case # XXXX. I have sent 20 pages of information they requested and now they want proof of return. I explained that the seller isnt responding to me to give me any info. They said its not their fault and rejected my claim. This is so unfair.
