Consumer Complaint: Capital one has decided to stop excepting debit cards for payment and has not notified any of the customers. This is creating an extreme hardship for me as I am in the process of moving and do not have access to my banking details other than my card that I pay with every month. I am now unable to pay capital one because I dont have all my banking details handy right now. This makes me look bad and affects my credit score because they are incompetent.

Notice of subrogation, Back in XXXX, I " purchased '' a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, I was approved for the extension of my own credit from my cestui que vie account for the vehicle. A promissory note was presented to me and executed by me the " surety '' who is secondarily liable if the legal entity XXXX XXXX debtor/principal which is primarily liable don't take care of the obligation. The PROMISSORY NOTE is a financial asset/collateral which holds actual cash value which currently being securitized among other investors which was not fully disclosed.. I as the surety since the obligation was taken care of and the car " payment '' was satisfied. I am pleading for whats rightfully mine, I am entitled to receive in exclusive equity the collateral that the corporation took to hold as security. I am recouping the funds. It is unjust enrichment and not fair and just under equity. I look forward to the check to be sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ny XXXX. Do what's right BY GOD, THE ALMIGHTY, THE CREATOR. Consumer Complaint: I had been XXXX since XXXX, but made payments to my capital credit cards. After securing full time employment, and receiving a sum of money, On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid the highest and longest outstanding bill from Capital one down by {$4000.00} my credit limit was {$5000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. After the payment Capital one dropped my credit limit down from {$5000.00} to {$2000.00} and asked that in order to get the XXXX credit limit back, I would need to pay off an additional {$1600.00}. I was not notified in advance that this would happen, notification may have changed the payment that was made. After speaking with agents on XX/XX/XXXX to rectify the situation, they insisted there was nothing they could do and that I must comply with the request for payment in order to restore the limit. How disgusting is this practice. Credit by laws dictate there must be 45 day notification prior to changes, I received nothing by way of information or notification. I would like Capital One to restore the original account limits immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I noticed an account on my credit reports from a company called Capital One that I had no business relationship with. Capital One was attempting to collect on a an alleged debt in the amount of {$3800.00}. I have had my identity stolen and sent Capital One a letter via certified mail XX/XX/2023 notifying them about this fraudulent account including a copy of my Identity Theft report asking them to please delete the fraudulent account from my credit reports. I also disputed this fraudulent Capital One account with the credit bureaus. Capital One however continued reporting this fraudulent Capital One account with the credit bureaus. XX/XX/2023 I noticed Capital One still reporting this fraudulent Capital One account with the credit bureaus. I then sent Capital One a DEBT VALIDATION LETTER via certified mail XX/XX/2023 requesting the agreement between Capital One and myself and the original application for the account. Capital One violated the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681g ( d ) by failing to provide the evidence requested after being notified about the identity theft. FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681g ( e ) states .... a business entity that has provided credit to, provided for consideration products, goods, or services to, accepted payment from, or otherwise entered into a commercial transaction for consideration with, a person who has allegedly made unauthorized use of the means of identification of the victim, shall provide a copy of application and business transaction records in the control of the business entity, Pursuant to the FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ) Capital One was required to cease collection efforts until the alleged debt was validated but failed to do so. Capital One continued reporting the alleged debt to the credit bureaus in its attempts to collect on the alleged debt thereby violating the FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ). I saw the fraudulent Capital One account XX/XX/2023 on my credit reports. I then sent Capital One a FAILURE TO RESPOND letter via certified mail XX/XX/2023. Capital One violated the FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692e ( 2 ) In its attempt to collect on an alleged debt by falsely representing the character, amount, or legal status of any debt. Capital One violated the FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692f In their attempts to collect on the alleged debt by collecting an amount that was not expressly authorized by an agreement creating the debt or permitted by law. Capital One violated the FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ) by not ceasing collection efforts until the debt was validated. Case law is well settled that reporting an alleged debt to the credit reporting agencies is " an attempt to collect on a debt ''. Pursuant to the FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ) Capital One was required to cease collection efforts until the alleged debt was validated but failed to do so. Capital One continued reporting the alleged debt to the credit bureaus in its attempts to collect on the alleged debt thereby violating the FDCPA 15 U.S.C. 1692g ( b ). Additionally, Capital One FAILED TO RESPOND to the DEBT VALIDATION LETTER within 30 days causing me to send a FAILURE TO RESPOND letter via certified mail XX/XX/2023. Capital One violated the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i by not validating the alleged debt within 30 days. I saw the fraudulent Capital One account XX/XX/2023 on my credit reports and it is still there as of this filing.

Consumer Complaint: I ordered food from XXXX in XXXX the end of XX/XX/2023. They delivered a partial order, missing a sandwich. XXXX is useless because there is no one to speak to, only the app. Capital one gave credit for the missing item. Ubereats later rebilled THE ENTIRE amount in XXXX, which I again disputed. This continues to happen repeating itself for about 6 times. The disputes department in Cap One must work on " production '' because it's obvious within these chargebacks they don't pay attention to the details and have reversed the chargebacks on their own. The amount is almost XXXX XXXXXXXX ( it fluctuates because the purchase was made in XXXX ). I've spent numerous hours on the phone and emails to resolve a XXXX XXXX problem, am I the fool or is this by design in the banking systems... ..run us around until we give up? Hopefully this can be resolved once and for all, I've cancelled my XXXX account and previously written to the CEO of Cap One, which I thought would would be the final resolution, I was wrong. Please help!
