I am a protected class of citizen under California Law, thus have discrimination charged to file against D, as Capital one is refusing me to access my online accounts to my primary checking account and 4 credit card accounts leading to damages, as can not access as capital one is primarily a online bank. I provided documentation of my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX is one and the same as XXXX XXXX XXXX in a court order XXXX XXXX filed in 2018 in California, yet capital one is defrauding me insofar as I do not have access to my accounts online, leading to harm, thus I have damages for a tort case. As I was a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I know credit card fraud. They allege I am committing credit card fraud or the like and preventing access when I gave them suitable information, thus liable for defamation, discrimination and other torts thus I have civil remedies by filing a civil unlimited court action in XXXX XXXX, Municipal court. As I was an expert XXXX XXXX in the courts, will be able to act as my own attorney and articulate my damages to a jury. Also, I need to official service of process in California as Capital One is doing business in Ca and they have to have a proper custodian of records on file with the California Secretary of state for proper service of process. Consumer Complaint: I had a capital one quicksilver card, which I don't use too often. I did however have rewards credit of {$140.00}, in cash, not miles. Whenever I would try to use the card I would get an error saying it was declined. I went to the website and ensured the card was activated as I recently received a letter saying the account would be closed due to inactivity. I just today got a message the account has been closed and I am not longer able to get the {$140.00} credit as the account has been closed. I asked them to open the account again, as I have proof of trying to use it or to somehow redeem the $ I had on the card, but they declined to offer any type of help. Seems unfair to not offer anything for a to keep the account open so I can at least use the money I had on the card. I have text messages showing the card was declined, even though it was in good standing and a XXXX balance.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I am aware I have a Daily Simple Interest Loan & I understand how that works/means ... for my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have paid my monthly payments early since day 1to minimize the total amount of interest I pay for the life of the loan. I paid my XX/XX/XXXX payment in XX/XX/XXXXXXXX which means I am paid ahead my next payment was not due again until XXXX which I paid on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX this payment in the amount of {$770.00} was paid online and scheduled as the XXXX Payment. Capital One applied it as an interest only payment and will not reverse it and apply it correctly as intended as the XX/XX/XXXXXXXX payment. I am being told the interest had to be bought current. However, what I don't understand is why am I being penalized and being charged compounded interest by paying early I have requested these monies be reversed and reapplied correctly as a regular monthly car payment as intended and they have refused to apply them correctly I have paid this loan early and never been late or missed a payment I only want what is fair how can they take my XXXX payment and apply it to interest when I was paid 2 months ahead in my payment obligation. Please help I do not have XXXX to just give away to Capital one and receive no benefit of my hard earned $ when I am paid ahead... Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated... Thank you

Consumer Complaint: Capital One did not inform me that my data had been at risk as a result of the data breach in 2019. Capital One also did not contact me regarding the Settlement. Because I was not properly informed, I can not join the settlement because the deadline has passed. It was Capital Ones responsibility to contact all users affected and failed to do so. Ive had issues with my personal data bring on the black market since this breach and wouldve liked to be contacted as well as compensated. I did not exclude myself from the settlement either.

Consumer Complaint: Capital one was involved in a data breach and my info was compromised. I had no idea there was lawsuit and payments were sent out to members. If it was not for social media I would not have had any idea to inquire. Reached out last week and spoke with a representative by the name of XXXX on their toll free # XXXX. Was advised that I was a class member and that I was eligible for the settlement but I never responded to an email that was sent to me. I never received an email from them or anything in the mail either. So needless to say there was nothing I could do and it was too late. But my info has been used numerous times because of this data breach for people to Open up bank accounts in my name using my ss # and address. They did not notify their customers properly and I am Not the only one who was not notified either. To me it seems pretty obvious and clear they did not want all of their members to know about the pay out.

Consumer Complaint: I paid my capital one credit card in full using my debit card on XXXX XXXX knowing I would have to have proof of a credit card when I picked my rental and be able to put deposit to get my hotel I booked for XXXX XXXX in XXXX The plan was to arrive in XXXX get a rental and drive down to XXXX because everything was cheaper that way ( I THOUGHT )... However upon arriving in XXXX to pick up the rental my capital one card hadn't recieved proof the money was available, which was a totally embarrassing experience I immediately called capital one and was given the run down by them, that it was a 4 day hold. I called my bank and was informed it was a direct deposit funds available immediately, I then called capital one back, and I explained to them by way of my bank that the money was a direct deposit not a check deposit I explained that my bank had informed me it was no longer pending as of XX/XX/XXXX and today is the XXXX They told me it was nothing they could do about this after they called and failed to speak with a rep at my bank, I offered and said I would call and merge the call and was told not an option I then explained to them I was stranded this company apologized and that was it... I explained again the seriousness and nature of the situation I told them I did my due diligence by paying 2 days early making sure it would post so I would be able to rent the car and gain access to the hotel. After all the pleading they said nothing they could do I asked them to refund they said they couldn't AND AS OF THIS PRESENT MOMENT XX/XX/XXXX THE FUNDS STILL ARE NOT AVAILABLE So Im stuck had to get Walmart dispatch in XXXX FL to send a XXXX for me so I could get a room... I am a Walmart private fleet truck driver and was SUGGESTED by Walmart legal assist to contact XXXX and file a complaint which legalized the initial correspondence I want to be reimbursed for money I have already spent on rental and room This is my first attempt, no one had called nor returned my original correspondence with them They basically said it's not my problem you stranded in Florida after the web site starts its a 2 day hold only at most

Consumer Complaint: Capital One sent me a card and it was a credit limit of {$300.00}! When I tried to use it, it declined. I called the company and asked why and the representative said, because I didn't meet their standards! How didn't I meet their standards, but they sent me a Capital One credit card! They got over on me and I will reach out to the attorney general, due to my credit being ran, deception and discrimination. I can not be denied credit due to the law. I even sent a Adverse Action, letter according to the law! And I still was denied credit. According to the law, Adverse Action 15 USC 1681 ( d ) ( 6 ) - is the law that they need to read. It is ILLEGAL TO BE DENIED, BUT yet.. they ran my credit... and was still denied! This is a LAW THAT WAS BROKEN! AND CAPTIAL ONE Frauded and discriminated against me, because I was an applicant. Therefore, banks are required by LAW TO provide funding! The have revoked my rights as a citizen and have broke the law! These acts have cause defamation of character and denial of credit! These are some of the damages that Capital One has done! That said, actual damages to my credit report has cause serious issues to my livelihood, because of their negligent which is a violation! These issues are under the FCRA and ought to be handled accordingly. I was basically discrimination against, 15 USC Code 1691 ( a ). It shall be unlawful for any creditor to discriminate against any applicant, with respect to any ASPECT OF CREDIT TRANSACTION. IN ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE LAW ... 1002.4 GENERAL RULES. Discrimination. A creditor shall not discriminate against an applicant on a prohibited basis regarding ANY aspect of a credit transaction. The Law speaks of creditworthiness, administration of accounts, and treatment of delinquent or slow accounts. This should also be taken up with the Attorney General and the FTC and Banking Institution, because Capital One is operating in FRAUD!
