Capital has not sent any certified mail to the consumers nor have sent any notfication that a Repurchase Agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. To date Consumers have been without there private automobile and have no known whereabouts of its locations because all parties mentioned above have concealed the property and have acquiesced to my certified mail sent to there executives.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 capitol one took {$610.00} out of my checking account without authorizing it with me first. I had auto payments turned off, yet they took out the money anyways. I called Capitol one the same day as the money was taken out, and capitol one told me that i only turned off payments for XXXX month not a series of auto pay payments. So i filed a dispute with my bank and it was denied because capitol one told my bank ( first merchants ) i did Not call in time for the dispute to be approved, when i called capitol one the same exact day it was taken out. I had {$5.00} in my checking account i would not have approved a payment of {$610.00}. It left me negative for a week, adding more and more over draft fees. Now the dispute as also denied and capitol one is not refunding me my money they took without me approving it.

Consumer Complaint: This account that is with Capital One was a paid to delete account that has not been removed from my consumer reports. This account XXXX from capital one that has been paid for already and the company has also reported false late payments for the following account as well. The dates of XXXX XXXX are showing XXXX date late payments remarks which are illegal and inaccurate due to the fact that the account was closed on XXXX XXXX so how can I be responible for late payments being reported after the account was closed than paid off in full as contract of pay to delete stated. Not only did the credit company update the account as paid and closed they DID NOT remove this account off NONE of my XXXX credit profiles with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and this account was also charged off meaning they were made twice for this account, once by me and the other by IRS. I also never received my XXXX in the mail for this debt that has been paid twice for this account XXXX that has been paid for already. In According with the Fair Credit Reporting Act the following companies previously listed above has violated my rights. 15 USC 1681-602A states I have right to privacy. 15USC 1681-604A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX vehicle was repossessed and redeemed. When I redeemed vehicle from towing company capital one hired the brakes were damaged. I almost got into a car accident because brakes were not performing. Notified finance company and they initially advised it was not their problem and that I needed to discuss issue with tow company. I escalated call demanding compensation for undue financial hardship after repossession. They offered to refinance the loan and promised to adjust towing fees on the principle once refinanced and that the adjustment would be made at end of new loan along with old extensions prior to XX/XX/XXXX refinance. No adjustments were made as promised at end of loan causing balance to be higher to payback and old extensions fees and were not included into new refinance balance making payback loan terms increase unreasonably. original term was XXXX months paid XXXX months into terms at time of refinance new terms XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX amount to be adjusted at time of refinance to come off of balance due to brake issues from tow company {$430.00} at end of loan ( proof of damage attached ) New total loan terms with XXXX months paid : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX month extension in XXXX making loan maturity date XX/XX/XXXX no adjustments have been made as promised loan maturity date changed without consumer knowledge new terms online show XXXX months maturity date XX/XX/XXXX ( company added extensions prior to refinance to new agreement without explaining terms )
