Consumer Complaint: Unauthorized Credit Inquiry To Whom It May Concern : I recently received a copy of my credit report. The credit report showed a credit inquiry by your company that I do not recall authorizing. I understand that you shouldn't be allowed to put an inquiry on my file unless I have authorized it. Please have this inquiry removed from my credit file because it is making it very difficult for me to acquire credit. Upon supplying my information which included name, income, address and most importantly my social security number I was denied business for the extension of my credit. Its my understanding that per the Federal Reserve Act Section 16 that no application is denied and the amount of the application is received in legal tender. Its my understanding per that ACT that the application is money, and acts as money in this banking system. I applied for credit for an automobile with this institution and regardless of the reason for the denial I have a right to credit. Withholding my access to my securities is securities fraud. You are violating the Equal Credit Opportunity Act as well as the Consumer Credit Protection Act. Since you are denying me access to my credit, please retract my application.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, I have a Capital One credit card and I tried to pay through the website and when I entered the bank account from which Capital One can withdraw money from my bank account. I accidentally entered my bank account and also my check number, for example I entered the account number XXXX and also added XXXX which is my check number and that's why XXXX XXXX did not have the option to withdraw the money. And they wrote that I have a return payment And I called them several times and they understood the problem and they didn't want to help me open my account back I have a few complaints about this 1 Capital One did a great deal of damage to my business because I couldn't run the business as usual, buy things and sell and with that pay Capital One 2 They did me a great deal of damage that they put on the credit report that I have a credit card that was closed to me 3 Capital One did me harm, they also closed the private credit card I had at Capital One 4 Capital One When they closed my card I had points and cash back percentages for every dollar I use the card and they did not credit the money to my account 5 Capital One closed my account and the credit card was for 12 months without interest and because they closed my card I couldn't do well with the business which is why I want them to open my card back and give me another 24 months to pay the debt without interest. I have asked them several times to reopen my account and there is no answer Therefore, I appeal to you, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, to help me. The injustice that Capital One did to me is a great injustice and can not be forgiven. And I really hope to God That you help me open the voucher I had back and all the winnings I deserve I have no words to bless you Best regards XXXX
