Consumer Complaint: I am filing this complaint to CAPITAL ONE there are errors and inaccurate information in my reports such as the date of last activity, date opened, date reported, payment status, charges or amounts and etc. However, when I checked my report, I did not see any changes made at all. Inaccurate and erroneous information is still reporting. My rights have been violated numerous times. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2. It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction. Consumer Complaint: I am filing another complaint because the cfpb closes a case when there has been no resolution the company sent a letter saying they can cancel or terminate my card without any reason per the agreement. I have also read the same agreement and I have read the consumer protection laws and they clearly stated it is discriminatory to make major changes to ones credit card without giving 45 day written notice which they still have not. And they still have my acct as open they even filed with the three credit bureau as open So them saying they can cancel or close anytime would be fine. But if they choose to keep it open yet restricted. That is biased if they have it open I have a right to use it. I am legally right in every aspect and will do everything in my power to not let them get away with this these are the type of things we as consumers should be protected from regardless how big the company

Consumer Complaint: Payments that were marked late by your company for the following accounts : CAP ONE AUTO Account # XXXX It is my understanding that per 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) my consumer report should not contain information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer ( me ) and the person ( you ) making the report. Payment history and the late payments associated with payment history negatively impacts my consumer report and are considered as part of my transactions and experiences between your company and me. Furthermore, I am requesting that you provide me with, in writing, the reasonable procedures ( according to 15 USC 1666 ( b ) ) that you have adopted to ensure that each periodic statement is mailed to me ( the consumer ) not later than 21 days before the payment due date. Include also, all the information required by Section 1637 ( b ) of Title 15. You have 30 days from the date that you receive this letter to provide me with the information that I am requesting. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 i mailed Notice of Subrogation seperating the living man, XXXX XXXX XXXX, from the DEBTOR, XXXX XXXX XXXX, Therefore making the living man NOT responsible for the alleged DEBT. XXXX XXXX a Executive for Capital One received my documentation. XXXX XXXX never responded, so my contracts stands as a legal contract. Secondly, I was tricked into thinking i was getting a loan. I never received a check for {$24000.00}, therefore there is no DEBT. When I inked my signature on the security agreement it gave it value and paid in full for the value of goods received. Around XX/XX/2023, i called and requested 2 months be deferred to the back end of loan, they denied me. A few days later i called to make payment arrangements and was denied because i refused to give my banking information. I then requested a complete copy of the contract, the copy with my wet ink signature. I stated if they can not produce the original wet inked contract then it is voided. Consumer Complaint: Capital One card says that primary card holder is eligible for {$300.00} travel credit when booking through the portal, but does not specify that it has to be booked through the primary and holder portal. Authorized user booked flight for primary card holder through the portal and did not get the {$300.00} travel credit, even though in the fine print there was nothing indicating that this transaction was not eligible. Moreover, when the authorized user logs into the travel portal, one of the first travel benefits that pop up is the {$300.00} travel credit ( without disclosure that only primary card holder is eligible ). This feels highly deceptive as bank refuses to apply travel credit.
