Consumer Complaint: My identity was stolen and so I have multiple police reports and a FTC report that proves that I didnt open an account with Comenity/ XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX They didnt have none of my correct information on file. Not my address. Not my phone number. Nothing. All they did was update it and verify it, but cant show me proof of verification. I literally sent so many different documents to prove it wasnt me and they ignored it and only update the information. These reports should not be on my credit file. These are fraudulent accounts and I took the proper steps to get it removed, so they shouldve been gone. Not updated.

Consumer Complaint: I'm being Stalked by someone high up in government. I most recently began to gather proof of being stalked with credit card and credit reporting issues. Here 's an example of what they are and have done and here is the issue for this report. I opened a XXXX and company credit card around XXXX, XXXX. My closing date was XX/XX/XXXX. I received my first-time statement in the amount of {$110.00} with was legitimate charges. A week later, I go to pay my bill and it stated on-line that my balance was XXXX. I knew immediately that someone committed fraud on my account. I contacted the merchant and immediately they submitted a fraud investigation. On around XX/XX/XXXX the fraud charges where reversed and balance was corrected. The only statement that I have received with this company is one statement which was the correct amount of XXXX. My balance as of XX/XX/XXXX was {$1.00}. On XXXX XXXX it was reported to the credit bureaus that I had a balance of $ XXXXThey never reported the real statement balance of {$110.00} The fraudulent charges were even removed before they reported and it's not even time for me to receive a statement again because it does not close until XX/XX/XXXX. It took my credit score down XXXX points. You may say, oh no that's one instance. No, this has happened to me on several of my credit cards and loan accounts. My score was lowered on one of them because my balance decreases XXXX points because on one of my credit card balances went from {$1.00} to {$2.00}. yes, just a dollar. I have superb payment history. But XXXX transfer our mortgage loan for the said timeshare to a third party financial services which is the Comenity bank. Comenity bank keep bugging us to pay. We wrote to Commenity bank that we do not owe the money anymore as XXXX took the timeshare back in satisfaction of money owed. Consumer Complaint: I was in the process of purchasing a home and needed to clear out credit card balances. My bank sent a check directly to Comenity bank Childrens Place to pay off my balance. The check was mailed out around XX/XX/XXXX. My bank has confirmed the check was endorsed by Comenity on the XXXX of XXXX. I have called customer service multiple times and continue to get the run around. I finally was able to file a dispute with them on XX/XX/2023 and they requested for me to submit proof. I sent a copy of the check and the endorsed copy. My bank also sent the same thing via USPS. Its been over XXXX weeks that I have tried to get a response from them as I submitted proof and continue to just get automated responses that they will need to investigate. Not sure what else they need to investigate when they received {$360.00} payment and never applied it to my account. I am really frustrated about this situation, i keep getting phone calls to make a payment as I am late on a payment, however they received my money and if it would have been applied to my account my balance would be {$0.00} right now. I need help as their customer service dept isnt helpful. I even filed a complaint with XXXX which provided your website.

Consumer Complaint: ok XXXX comenity bank. in XXXX or XXXX they announce that the credit card program would close. so I ordered quite a few things. well in XXXX I called XXXX and told them I wanted to return stuff cuz I could not use them so I sent XXXX items back XXXX XXXX XXXX cost over XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX cost over XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX cost XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX cost XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX another XXXX XXXX total XXXX well XXXX delivered it back to them and they have NEVER CREDITED my account. then I had let them know about being in Louisiana during hurricane at end of XXXX. but again as they have done with my other cards refused to work with me. comenity no longer has XXXX but yet I'm still paying on account. I have paid the payment every month XXXX and I dont know what they are doing with my payments. they aren't applying them to my account. in all accounts my credit score has dropped immensely due to comenkty Bank aka breadfinamcial is really messing up my credit. they closed everyone 's account approx in XXXX. so the limit that I should owe is roughly XXXX not XXXX like they said. they have charged me for late fees etc. plus they have messed up my credit. I have never been late with them for over 7 years but just today I saw on credit report they have reported me 30 days late There is no way
