Consumer Complaint: My identity was stolen- my car was broken into and my wallet that contain my ssn and id was stolen. almost a year later two credit cards was open and started being reported as charge off to CRA. The original creditors are Comenity bank. I disputed the account with the original creditor and the CRAs multiple time. I made them aware that this account was open with out my consent and I provided the identity theft report filed with the FTC. Both accounts are being reported as charge account and one account was sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX and now being reported as a collection. I file a dispute requesting validation and did not receive any proof that the account was mine. The name and address on the account is incorrect.

Consumer Complaint: I would like to submit a complaint against : XXXX and Comenity Capital Bank ( which is part of Bread Financial ) to remove the additional interest they are trying to charge : {$490.00}, as I only agree to pay the remaining of the balance : {$840.00} ( {$1200.00} [ total purchase price ] - {$370.00} [ I already paid ] ). XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I have purchased a computer from XXXX for {$1200.00} on credit/loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( simply to improve my credit score ). I have signed up for a {$150.00} fixed payment amount each month and got a confirmation over an email. With auto-pay setup - I assumed it will be paid on time and I honestly do not recall such outrageous " deal '' where if the loan is not paid in 1 year - all the interest from that year will be charged at once. I do not recall such conditions when I was purchasing the computer. Consumer Complaint: I got a letter in the mail about a credit card I was supposedly applying for, but I havent been. After running a credit report check, I actually noticed several accounts that were not mine. I immediately contacted the companies ( Sephora & XXXX ) to close any accounts & dispute all charges. I spoke to XXXX in Sephoras account protection division on XX/XX/XXXX, in order to close that account. No documents were requested by the company, but I did ask for a confirmation letter stating that this account was not opened by me & that I would not be responsible for any charges made to it. I was told that I would receive that letter in the mail within 14 days. Today, XXXX emailed to let me know that Sephoras investigation is closed and they claim it is my account. It is not my account, nor are any of the three others that have been opened or tried to open in my name. Im not sure how much of an investigation was done, but I was not contacted again for any further information. I was only asked to verify personal information & if I had shopped at the store before.

Then from what I have been told there were no less than XXXX charges of {$1.00} or under before I finally get a fraud notice on XXXX, to which i replied that i didnt do those charges as I dont think Ive used this card in at least a month. I call in XXXX ( been really busy as I was recently in a bad collision with a drunk driver ) to try and pay my bill/ review statement and find all this out and that the new card was sent to someone elses address which was probably the whole time and on top of that they want to charge me {$9.00} to pay my bill by phone since icant get into online.
