Finally got probate decree and refuse to accept it and now says there is a deceased hold on account due to inactivity ( my father passed XX/XX/23 ) so it needs a full investigation and to make sure decree is valid and they refuse to close and disburse funds

Consumer Complaint: I contacted Bank of America because I've been approved for Unemployment benefits and someone has been collecting my benefits and using them from XXXX the total amount is XXXX I'm a single mom and struggling I need that money. I've done over XXXX claims with Bank Of America to get my money back. I was told I need to wait 90 days that is crazy I can't wait that long I'm a single mom of soon to be XXXX kids that can all benefit from this money that was taken from us. I had over XXXX taken from my taxes for an over payment from Unemployment that I never received. Bank Of America is being wrong for this I will reach out to more people and places for help with getting all of my money back! I'm not sure of the card information but this is my second complaint the first one states the card number I was given. I called to check on the status o my claim on XX/XX/2023 and was told my claim was denied and they claim I authorized these transactions you guys messed up & need to fix it. I asked for my case to be reopened because I didn't authorize these transactions nor have I ever received a card from Bank Of America until XX/XX/2023. I have been getting small deposits on my card so far I've gotten two for XXXX and five for XXXX I need all of my money back I've already got in contact with the local news and I will be contacting California State Representative XXXX XXXX tomorrow regarding this issue. Consumer Complaint: Bank of America closed my account out when I did a chargeback dispute with claim number XXXX on the unauthorized debiting of my account by XX/XX/XXXXwho proceeded to forge my signature and commit several crimes to justify the fraudulent and unauthorized transaction deduction. XXXX lost was {$1900.00}. XX/XX/XXXX appears to be a front for criminals committing debit and credit card fraud from XXXX on Americans. They may be protected by Bank of America. Bank of America denied my claim despite my proof that the signature on the bogus and falsified documents wasnt mine. The criminals modus operandi is clear. They trick you to deliver your debit card details for a vacation package and then fraudulently charge you bogus amounts. When you dispute, like you will, they forge your signature ( which they now have, since you signed the original voucher ) to pass scrutiny from the back handling the dispute. The disparity on the signatures was clear. BOA denied a claim denial appeal claiming they didnt know how to check signature differences despite having an 18 year relationship and a signature specimen different from the forged signature and a police report. BOA also denied the claim despite the fact that I had neither gone on any vacation, made any reservation, or received any service from this vendor to warrant not retrieving my funds back. Eventually, after I threatened arbitration and reporting BOA to CFPB, they closed all four of my accounts out without notice and without resolution of this claim. They, in doing this, prevented me from having a way to track this case, check on status, put in any new dispute for any other vendor ( a lot of fraudulent business activity going on these days ) during my use of my debit card. I think BOA should open my accounts up linked to that debit card usage just so I can see what is going on with my {$1900.00} claim, and allow me address any other issues with the use of the debit card in the past. BOA also needs to be aware that it is very suspicious when it acts like this, seemingly protecting fraudulent merchants like XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX is a front for a group of criminals who get your debit or credit card details pretending to sell vacation packages and then charge your card for bogus charges. They then forge your signature to make it seem you approved that second or third transaction. The public should be aware of this happening to Americans. They do this from XXXX although their phone numbers are made to look like from the USA. They may or may not have individuals in banks like BOA aiding them to evade punishment. BOA needs to check how the claim was denied, who authorized closure of my accounts during a fraud case investigation, who may be protecting these people. BOA should reopen all my accounts, maybe give new numbers to avoid fraud but not close out without notice. Finally, BOA should compensate in some way for denying what should be a simple claim ( has any service or benefit been provided by the merchant? Which is no! ) and there is a fraud element too & for suddenly closing out all my accounts without notice, leaving me without ability to receive funds. Although I think reopening my accounts and getting back my {$1900.00} is probably satisfactory.

They left a couple of messages to call back but when I call back it just goes to voicemail and I left several messages and they havent called back. It feels like They are using a robot to call and respond to my calls. They refunded me 2 months of monthly service fees and thats not enough. But thats also not what I asked for. I know what I signed up for. I just didnt sign up for them taking advantage of my low funds every month. And also low funds for other customers. And I want them to refund other customers they took advantage of and thats what I wanted to talk to them about but I cant send to get a hold of them. Every time they call me at work, I miss their call. They called 3 times and I keep trying to call back and leave messages. So I just put in another complaint. Consumer Complaint: A cellphone was fraudulently purchased with my Bank of America XXXX XXXX for {$940.00} from XXXX XXXX on Sat XX/XX/XXXX in the afternoon. It was picked up the following morning ( Sun ) around XXXX in XXXX XXXX CA XXXX ( I have email receipts from XXXX XXXX for all of this, since my email was tied to my CC number ) The phone was then taken to the XXXX, CA XXXX XXXX and exchanged for a laptop. The exchange happened on Sun evening around XXXX. I have the serial number of the fraudulently purchased laptop as well ( XXXX ) I noticed the activity later that week and called Bank of America. They did issue temporary funding back to my account but on XX/XX/XXXX, they closed the claim and recharged me the {$940.00}, citing a response from XXXX XXXX that the merchandise was shipped to me. They said I could see this letter at a Bank of America location, but the woman at the actual bank had no idea how to do this. The claim of shipment is an outright lie on XXXX XXXX part, nothing was shipped and I have the email chain to prove someone purchased online, picked up at XXXX and then exchanged in XXXX. I also called XXXX XXXX after I initially contacted Bank of America on XX/XX/19, they were not helpful at all and didn't even want the stolen laptop serial number. I reported this incident to the XXXX Police as well ( I am a XXXX resident, and the initial fraud took place in XXXX ). The incident number is XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX. BofA also has all of the email, they were faxed to them on XX/XX/XXXX ( after they sided with XXXX XXXX )
