Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a payment on my bank of America credit card for XXXX dollars, thought everything was good as that's the due date, a day or XXXX later I'm hit with some late fee, which they've done before by the way I just never complained, which jacked up my minimum payment and finally I've just had enough of this nonsense I emailed them and there was no resolution. Now because my payment has gone way up the last few months I can no longer afford to pay it as it's a financial hardship and they just keep stacking up I have told them if they just removed those garbage fees and get my payment back down I would resume payment. Hasn't happened, it's hurting my credit score and I don't know what else to do

Consumer Complaint: I've had a mortgage with Bank of America for thirty years now. i got my monthly mortgage amount for XXXX and it was {$110.00} more a month than the previous month. I called and they said my taxes went up. My taxes only went up {$150.00} for the year. but they are charging me {$1300.00} for the year, saying there was an escrow shortage. They said they would look into it and reevaluate. I got an email back saying the new amount would be {$110.00} more a month or {$1300.00} for the year. This doesn't add up. Consumer Complaint: I received a call from XXXX from Bank of America and Merrill Lynch at XXXX about me wanting my bank funds and she had a problem with me accessing them to use as I like. So she placed a hold on {$16000.00} on XXXX XXXX and said that I should look for another bank to use. I have been dealing with Bank of America for many years and for this person to decide what she can do with my money is wrong. She claims shes the vice president of the bank and she can do as she pleases. This has caused my wife and family unnecessary stress and XXXX and hardship as I have to keep finding ways to pay my bills without being able to access my funds that are all ready in my account. Consumer Complaint: I have made a deposit in the amount of {$7100.00}. It was a check from my retirement 401k account. I went into the local branch and made the deposit with a bank teller. I received a receipt stating when my funds would be available. I have written documentation from the bank stating when my funds would be available. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX I had checked my balance and it was in the negative. The initial {$250.00} that was stated would be available was not available. I then called customer service and the representative stated the funds ( all {$7100.00} ) will be available on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX. This caused me to accrue penalty fees from my creditors due to the fact payments i made according to my fund release schedule to bounce back. I have also requested a hardship with the bank for my funds and all of a sudden they no longer do that.
