Consumer Complaint: I attempted to withdraw {$50.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX ATM at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MA on XX/XX/2023. The machine gave an error message and did not issue any funds. I was still charged the {$50.00} plus the {$2.00} ATM fee. After notifying Bank of America, they issued me a temporary credit while they conduct their own investigation. After which they concluded they found no wrongdoing. I filed a complaint with the Dept of Banks which referred me to this site to try to resolve this issue.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX XXXX, I received a promotion to sign up for the Alaska XXXX XXXX XXXX card administered through Bank of America. The letter was dated XX/XX/2023. The main offer in the promotion was XXXX XXXX XXXX bonus miles upon spending {$3000.00} within the first 90 days of receipt of the card. This card has a {$95.00} annual fee. I promptly signed up for the offer, and don't hear anything back for a while until a letter dated XX/XX/2023 arrived from BofA asking me to provide a completed Form SSA-89 to authorize them to collect and confirm my SSN and income from the Social Security Administration XXXX I send them a filled out SSA-89 per their instructions and don't hear anything back until another letter dated XX/XX/2023, asking for the same information again. Once again I send them another completed SSA-89 form. I finally receive the card in the mail on XX/XX/2023 ( the letter was dated XX/XX/2023 ) - and noticed that it mentioned the sign-up bonus was only XXXX miles for spending {$3000.00} within the first 90 days. I immediately called BofA and spoke to multiple reps, and they all confirmed that they saw the XXXX miles sign-on bonus, not XXXX as was offered, and couldn't do anything about it from their side, despite me still having the original promotion letter that they had sent me during the summer.

Consumer Complaint: I have an ongoing complaint with your agency that ties in directly with my new complaint as I am being completely ignored and robbed of my rightful funds and this problem is now working on year number XXXX. As stated in my other complaint for now XXXX years plus I have disputes multiple transactions made with a Bank of America XXXX XXXX XXXX debit card without a security chip ( this is due to the banks negligence of not offering them for XXXX XXXX customers only " regular '' bankers, which is extremely insulting from the start ). See XXXX complaint CFPB ID XXXX which is still in progress sans a solution due to BOA asking for extended resolve time. However a few of the charges were finally returned only to make 3 days worth of call to them trying to get an update as well as access my funds and being told they can't verify me, yet asking me nothing but my name, being shifted from XXXX rep to the next, getting hung up on over half the time ( today after being on the phone with a rude woman from Oklahoma for XXXX mins ). Finally I was able to find out I could get a XXXX XXXX of XXXX dollars a maximum of twice in a XXXX week period. After XXXX hours on the XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX rep was finally able to verify me ( even though until I filed the XXXX complaint with your agency I've never had an issue doing so ). When I called to get the second and after XXXX XXXX and XXXX hours I was told they couldn't tell me the issue, they can't let me into my online account, they can't discuss anything, they can't release funds, that there is no supervisor nor manager after I repeatedly asked them was put on hold only to be hung up on with XXXX attempt at a callback. I am at my wits end with these people and should be entitles to my money after all this and now I'm being shunned all together as some of my returned money just sits in their bank. It's insane. I had to set up auto debits to get loan approvals for myself. over at least a year the withdrawals woyuld cause {$29.00} overdraft fees, sometimes three or more charges a day. I asked bank of america, even went to loacal brance, to please stop withdrawals, the companies would not. The branch was no help. by the fall of XXXX, there must have been close to {$1000.00} in fees taken. but no overdraft was ever paid. I -on my own, - realized i could put stop payments on these ewithdrawals and i did just that, at cost of {$220.00} On my business accountXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida it was similar. the fee was {$10.00} but must have occurred dozens of times. then the bank closed it bc it was negative, with only their fee. Finally, my Bank of America card fell behind. I paid down a good amount, but the bank closed it regardless. no rewards or points and fees added to balance.

My parents lost this home in XXXX due to past foreclosure. The bank sold the home to a couple, if the bank is using accurate information this will show as past homeowners. After negotiations which included finding the couple a comparable home, paying there closing close and {$100.00} over what they paid, they sold the property to me. Please see past attempts by bank of AMERICA to forclouse on said property and judicial rendered decisions pertaining to legal homeownership. in order to move forward, regarding the remaining Balance that Bank of AMERICA claims is owed. I would like to assist Bank of AMERICA by offering full REPAYMENT of said loan from the joint account held by the alleged borrower 's XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I expect to receive a release form if required to remit said funds from the account. I would like to resolve this matter within XXXX hours.
