Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX : A payment was made in the amount of {$1000.00} per an telephone agent assuring me that this payment would not be deemed as late and later I found out it was. This was the only payment in my payment history with them that was ever reported late and it was hurt my credit score immensely. I wrote them a letter on XX/XX/XXXX asking them to remove the late payment from my credit report, especially due to the peak of coronavirus pandemic.I sent the letter Certified Mail and it was received by XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX with no answer back to my letter. I tried to dispute this through XXXX XXXX dispute with no answer back from XXXX XXXX due to closed account. I am asking for the removal of the late payment from my credit report. due to my exceptional payment history which is a wonderful indicator of my credit worthiness and this payment should have never been deemed late due to the information given to me by the telephone agent who took the payment. Bank of America Auto : One payment has been deemed late and dated to XX/XX/XXXX. I have been a bank of America customer for over 15 years ( mortgage and cars ) and this is the only late payment that I have with them. I also sent them a letter dated XXXX XX/XX/XXXX via certified mail and I never heard back from them. I am asking for this erroneous late payment to be removed from my account. When I contacted them via phone on XX/XX/XXXX, they stated that this account has been closed and there is nothing they can do, Because of my exceptional payment history, I am asking for this erroneous late payment to be removed from my account, especially during the peak of the coronavirus pandemic.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX XXXX XXXX On XXXX XXXX XXXX there was a series of unauthorized transactions that were charged on my Bank of America checking account. I did not receive any fraud alerts or notifications to confirm charges. On XX/XX/XXXX after login in to my online banking, I discovered the fraudulent charges and immediately notified Bank of America. I disputed the fraudulent transactions and was told that I would receive a residual credit in 10 days. On day XXXX they denied the dispute. I contacted Bank of America to find out the reason for the denial and the rep stated that the notes said that I " told the agent taking the claim that I wrote my pin number on the debit card. '' I told the rep that I never said this and that they could replay the phone call because I knew the calls were recorded. The rep stated that she would re-open the claim for reconsideration. 3 days later they denied the claim again but with different reasoning. This time I was told the reason for denial was because the account was never depleted. ( Basically stating that if a fraud had occurred, the account would be empty ) I was giving no other means of appeal. Unauthorized charged are listed : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I lost my phone and same day there were two transactions which I didnt authorize, moreover, I even dont know the names of these people to whom funds where transferred from my bank account ( bank of america ) by using XXXX : XXXX XXXX {$300.00} XXXX XXXX {$150.00} XXXX XXXX {$150.00} ( this one was transferred on XXXX XXXX, I have not authorized this transaction and I dont know this person as well ) Total of {$600.00} disappeared from my bank account ( bank of America ) . I have opened a fraudulent claim with Bank of America, after some time they denied the claim by saying it was valid transaction since it the transaction performed through a device from which transactions were performed before, they ignored my statement that I lost my phone and that Im sure that I never authorized those three transactions. I have been sending them evidences to Bank of America that I lost my phone, that I bought new one, as well as new cellphone number, in order to reopen the claim. Bank of America keeps denying and not considering my evidences. The claim has been reopened and closed 3-4 times already. Im tired of it. Seems like Bank of America supports fraudulent activities, doesnt care about their clients money, maybe they did these transactions themselves, maybe some Bank of America workers . I dont feel like Bank of America is safe and I cant rely on them anymore. I want to close my account with them and go to another bank, but before I do so, I need to receive the refund of {$600.00}, please help me. I sent Bank of America enough of significant evidences and the bank did not provide anything, they just keep saying that they cant refund because it was valid transaction through valid device and keep rejecting my words and my evidences that it was not me. Thank you in advance

Consumer Complaint: My income has been much lower this year due to the nature of my job. I am a XXXX XXXXXXXX. I have tried twice to get help with Bank of America. The first time the rep offered a higher payment then I already had, the second she tried to Push me into a debt management company. When I declined the rep said I really needed to make payments and offered no other solutions except payment my bill or enrolling in a 60 month program. Every other company has offered a reduced monthly payment till I catch back up. Please look into Bank of America and their practices. They should offer more solutions besides a debt management non affiliated 3rd party.
