Consumer Complaint: I dont have the energy to elaborate on this but they know what they did. My first stimulus payment was loaded onto Amex serve by direct deposit and almost immediately, along with the rest of my money on there, used fraudulently. The terms of use for serve guarantee no liability for unauthorized transactions, and the law requires them to provide consumers documentation on their disputes process on request. Neither their own contract nor the law were respected by this awful company. It has been unloaded to incomm since this happened but it was still under American Expresss ownership de jure when this occurred.

I have made requests with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX None of the requests have been honored and i continue to receive marketing materials from American Express. I am very upset that this continues to happen and i would like it to stop. I have applied for the The XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card from American Express and the The XXXX XXXX from American Express. I have been declined for both and i have asked not to get any further marketing from the companies because of this. I have every right to use the opt out and the XXXX to stop solicitations. Yet, American Express does not respect my requests and they continue to solicit at their leisure despite my requests.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XX/XX/2021, I contact the Hilton Honors program to claim my free night as per the credit card agreement and email from Amex on how to request a free night. I was told by Hilton that there were no free nights in the system. I called Amex and XXXX gave me the XXXX valid Hilton free night award certificate numbers, we then went on a conference call with Hilton. XXXX, from Hilton, stated that the numbers Amex was providing were not valid. On XXXX XX/XX/2021, I contacted Amex again and was told they were investigating. On XXXX XX/XX/2021, I contacted Hilton and they again said they numbers from Amex were invalid. What is the point of having a co-branded credit card with Hilton if Amex does not provide the free nights as promised? On XXXX XX/XX/2021, I again contacted Amex and was assured they are working on the case- but to contact them " back within XXXX days. '' It is unacceptable that what is described as a simple process on the Amex web page and the Hilton Honors site is not being followed by these XXXX companies.

Consumer Complaint: Signed up for Kabbage checking account offering a {$300.00} cash bonus if terms are met. Met the terms of the promotion. Account was then locked for security reasons for several weeks. After hours and hours on hold I finally got Kabbage to unlock the account and confirm that I met the terms of the {$300.00} cash bonus. Said that due to an " error '' the {$300.00} would need to manually credited. The bonus has still not been applied to the account and I'm afraid to use the checking account because it was locked for no reason. I can not get anybody in customer service to respond to me either by email or by phone. When I call the phone, I wait on hold for 30-60 minutes and then am automatically disconnected. This is the worst, most disorganize, most understaffed bank I've ever dealt with. Give me the {$300.00} bonus I am due, per your own promotion terms. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2021 XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX Along with several times during the year prior to this time with different transaction ranging from XXXX or more dollars This company has kept my direct deposit payment on hold for various reasons I have had my money refunded from a business or I have paid on the card directly from my paycheck this company will not give the money to the card directly from the bank of the company I had a refund with or without notifying me place a hold or restrictions on my money it's a prepaid card transaction when I call and have asked the company why I can't access my money on the account I get told they have rights to hold my money for over a week time frame they have left me in serious complicated financial delays on several occasions and I put my finances onto the card being it's prepaid not money given to me by the card services I have also been at a company where the cash back feature is offered and I requested a cash back with a purchase and the card accepted the money but then declined it but the card withdraw from my balance but the store stated the company declined the transaction the card services then would take XXXX days to correct the mistake although it was the mistake in the way the card company accepts or rejected transactions they claim to only have a limited use of services only after they give the money to the company but reject it because of the service available with the company so I don't understand how they allow the money to be withdrawn from my balance to the business if they don't offer that service with that card transaction I call ask him for my money to be released or refunded because of the company 's error several times during the year for several weeks before the company will acknowledge that they should not have taken my money and then without responding to my request per conversation with me they hold my money back until I have been without a balance for weeks
