Consumer Complaint: 1-American express refuse to give me waive of interest rate becuase of covid they give it to some other customers, they giving me high interest rate that they call it apr very high. 2-i signed up for XXXX XXXX XXXX and it was like voice phone calls but it was like people cant hear me and i cant hear them i complained many times and decided after long months to cancel but i noticed that canceling the service and dispute and change the card twice not enough to stop this XXXX XXXX from taking fees on my credit card i even got emails from XXXX XXXX that they made sure this service is no longer charge me but yet all of this is not enough ( attached email from XXXX they cancelled me on XXXX and attached American express charging me for XXXX so for example they charge me XXXX XXXX and they refund me, yet they charged me on XXXX where each time i had to contact credit card American express and XXXX XXXX and im tired from these calls so this service make my minimum payment goes up to XXXX $ interest rate is XXXX $ where its double comparing to other credit cards American express use the lowest credit score service i dont use American express card they say they wont waive the interest rate because of covid becuase they see my spending, i dont spend money the spend that they point at my car insurance for six month which i paid it to American express credit card before i pay for the car insurance which both occurred on the same day.i thought this way i make American express happy that i used their credit card instead they put back the interest rate and refuse to remove it since XXXX where i didnt pay attention that they completely stop using the waive interest rate because of covid where as you know car insurance is mandatory not choice and it didnt raise the balance its like the balance stayed the same.but it created activity and plz tell them that its like i paid the car insurance cost immediately to American express where the balance stayed the same on my account

Consumer Complaint: American Express has been reporting a debt to credit report for a credit card that was opened in XXXX of 2018. Said account was not opened by me, authorized to be open by me, nor does this account belong to me. Ive been in contact with American Express since learning of this account. Ive signed identity theft at American Express request however this negative account continues to appear on my credit report. At one point, American Express advised me that the account has been turned over to a debt collecting company, XXXX. Ive spoken with XXXX as well and told the account manager that this AMERICAN EXPRESS account does not belong to me, the account was not authorized to be opened by me, and I didn't have any knowledge of this account until reviewing my credit report. I was actually on active orders and deployed to XXXX when this account was opened.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX 2021 American Express processed a balance transfer to my account ending in XXXX. I never initiated a balance transfer. After days on the phone I found out that someone did a balance transfer to XXXX and for some unknown reason it was applied to my account. This was resolved but the balance transfer fee of {$350.00} keeps appearing and is now migrating to my other American Express account ending in XXXX. It is impossible to dispute a charge online with them. Instead I have to call and wait and one person tells me one thing and someone else tells me something else. This has cause me to be confused about the amount I owe monthly. Last month I paid {$35.00} and was told on the phone that it was supposed to be {$40.00} and they charged me a late fee of {$29.00}. For act ending in XXXX there were new charges of {$400.00} : {$350.00} Flexible Transfer. No one is telling me why this transfer done by someone else is now migrating into my accounts, causing confusion and fees.

Consumer Complaint: SP * XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$500.00} Ref. XXXX I purchased camera bags from them. It supposed to arrive within 2-3 days. It never did. They then sent me an email that they shipped something 2 weeks later or so. I was not waiting at home. Then eventually I got message from XXXX saying " delivered ''. Nothing was there. Then I got another email from company, again shipping. I thought ok, maybe they reshipping the same item. It then said again dropped on the street in the middle of the day.By the time I got back, nothing was here. Checked with neighbors, they said nothing was delivered to them either. The street here is lets say like XXXX XXXX, lots of people, lots of XXXX as well. Its main street of the neighborhood which has lots of stores. XXXX drops it off on the street if signature is not required.And you can ask them not to do it, they dont care. Then I contacted XXXX to check if they could provide any details, they said, its most likely " misdelivered ''. I contacted American Express, filled a non receipt claim. Claim was denied each time. After initial claim, i got email from XXXX from XXXX. I explained what happened. No more correspondence was received. However, Amex again denied my claim. About two weeks ago I spoke with supervisor. Explained the situation, supervisor said that he or she fully understood the situation and putting the noted. Spent 2 hours on chat. This morning I am getting email, saying claim was denied again! So basically with Amex right now, I have to pay for packages that are not received. Chat customer service promises to resolve. Then few weeks later case is denied. And game starts over. Is this normal with billing resolutions? I even had XXXX charge dispute with them. XXXX gave me bill of XXXX $ for 1lb item. Billed me XXXX XXXX ( Ref. XXXX ) Disputed maybe 5 times. Provided copies of receipts. Explained situation each time. Said to use common sense that 1lb doesnot cost XXXX. Told them how to go through their website and it still gives same XXXX bill.. Ok Ok... we willl resolve it for you! DENIED! Could you please look into their practice of claims investigation? It does not seem right.
