Consumer Complaint: I am filing a complaint against AMEX because my concern in my credit report is still not resolved. I have an account with AMEX that was opened in XX/XX/XXXX. Since then I have been 100 % on time with my payments. The account is always paid on time and always handled responsibly. I am an XXXX XXXX of the United States XXXX and usually travel according to my orders. I use the AutoPay feature to pay my bills automatically because while I am under orders, I am unable to predict the details of my mission. This account was under autopay but somehow this feature was removed or the terms were changed because the money was not taken from my account as originally agreed. I do not have any blemish on my credit except for this late payment that occurred in XX/XX/XXXX during the months of my deployment. The servicemembers Civil Relief Act usually covers and protects US soldiers from adverse effects to their finance and credit while serving in the military. I ask this to be looked into and removed from my credit report. This is the only late showing up and should not be reported because this was not my fault as I was XXXX during the change in terms and late payment. I am also filling a XXXX complaint since this is XXXX need the late only late payment reported in XX/XX/XXXX to be removed from my credit report.till not resolved by AMEX. I also attached the copies of my deployment that you can use for investigation.

Consumer Complaint: I have reached out the American Express several times attempting to remedy this situation. All times they have failed to comply. I applied for XXXX credit cards with American Express in XXXX of XXXX. After crediting them twice, I received nothing. Credit pursuant 15 USC 1602- the term credit means the RIGHT granted to a creditor by a debtor to incur debt or to incur debt and defer its payments. By American Express denying me of credit cards twice -blaming it on credit bureaus- they are acting as if they are XXXX. Only XXXX can take away my birth rights. I am the original creditor! I credited American Express to EXTEND credit to me. If you have an extension cord and plug in something, does the power come from the extension cord or the source the extension cord is plugged into? The answer is the latter. I have sent a letter to American Express by certified mail that was delivered XXXX weeks ago. As well as reaching out the representatives from the company expressing the fraud that has taken place. American Express has violated title 18 USC section 241- Conspiracy against rights! Title 18 USC section 242 - Deprivation of rights under XXXX of law! Title 42 USC section 1983 - Civil action for deprivation of rights! Title 42 USC 1985 - conspiracy to interfere with civil rights! Title 42 USC 1986 - Action for neglect to prevent!

Consumer Complaint: This is about a previous complaint to the bureau. I was told that I would have to refile, because the AMEX, went back on their resolution promise. That complaint number, is XXXX. This was about a dispute, that was mishandled by AMEX. After telling you, that they had resolved this, they AMEX undid what they did. They took back, Most of the credit given. They gave the merchant, numerous and too many chances, to defend this. As previously stated in the prior complaint, AMEX had to resolve this in 20 days, not 30, because in this case, they are the bank, and the card issuer. After many extensions, disregarding my rights, and not crediting this account, I filed the previous complaint. They credited {$1500.00}. They charged back the {$1500.00}, and issued a credit of {$260.00}. This is a difference, of {$1300.00}. This is not right. They are stating that because the merchant finally responded, with some sort of excuse. The merchant was out of time, and AMEX knew this, but they went ahead and dis-regarded the credit laws, and my rights. Therefore, since AMEX has done this, I want for you to order them to first stand by what they promised you, that they did, meaning credit the full amount, and because they have blatantly disregarded what is right and fair, I want {$10000.00} in monetary compensation paid to me, in addition to the proper crediting of this account. Our ( mine and the primary cardholder ) credit scores, haven been negatively affected by their actions, because the account is over the credit line. I even reached out to the CEO of this company, and he had a corporate associate reach out to me, and all she did was argue the point. She was rude, and argumentative. I have checked and this company has thousands of complaints filed against them, on numerous government websites. It is a disgrace.. Something must be done about them. I am asking for you, the government, to insist on what is right and fair.

Consumer Complaint: Summary : This is a complaint about the American Express golden card. I complain about two following things - 1 ) I didn't get the welcome bonus from American Express even though I already spend the required amount of money in the required timeframe ( {$4000.00} in 6 months ). This is a very severe problem that the bank record is not aligned with my personal spending record and they are not willing to share further detail. Here are the details : - The account started on XX/XX/XXXX. Based on the welcome bonus, if I spend {$4000.00} in 6 months, I am qualified to get XXXX points. - I tracked my spending ( see attachment ) and it clearly shows that I spent more than {$4000.00} from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX, XXXX XXXX. - I also talked to customer service people 3 times. Each time they mentioned that they can also see I spent more than {$4000.00} on their end. However, the final decision is made by the " complaint team ''. Based on the investigation from the complaint team, I am not qualified, without any further reason. 2 ) Bad service : I tried to resolve through customer service 3 times, each time the customer service people can see I spent more than {$4000.00}. But the investigation result from the " complaint team '' still tells me I'm not qualified. Also, on the last complaint, I filed on XX/XX/XXXX. They said the manager will call me back with a final response within 48 hours. After one full week until XX/XX/XXXX, I didn't hear back from anything.

As you may be aware, it is against federal law in accordance with Equal Credit Opportunity Act to proclaim an adverse action against a consumer. Pursuant 15 U.S Code 1691 ( C ) and you assume civil liability pursuant 15 U.S Code 1691 ( K ). American Express has violated my federally protected consumer rights : 1. 15 U.S Code 1642 2. 15 U.S Code 1681M 3. 12 CFR 1002 Since the letter you sent me dated XX/XX/XXXX is both a proof and evidence that I have been discriminated against, you are also criminally liable. American Express should resort to reasonable procedures to rectify this affair and compensate me for the use of my social security number. Otherwise, this would be considered an unauthorized use since I have received NO BENEFIT. Consumer Complaint: Since Bluebird chose to close or lock my prepaid accounts, I can't withdraw a remaining balance of about {$250.00} of my own fund from the accounts. I wasn't able to connect to any Bluebird employee after my calls got transferred then ultimately got disconnected. I submit this request to respectfully request that Bluebird will promptly return my remaining funds in the accounts. Thank you

The law states they have 30 days to do so if not or over the 30 days this account must be removed from the credit file and in this case, they fail to respond to the matter. It has been over 30 days with no response, and I did not open or authorize this account, and I therefore request that it be closed immediately. By the federal law requirement this account must be removed because you do not have proof or any evidence to support this matter and failure to respond.
