Consumer Complaint: American Express decided to close the corporate credit card of our company without any reason. I have discussed this by phone, but nobody seems to be allowed to give an answer. I have asked to be communicated with somebody at management level who is able to give an answer, but you simply dont get one. We are clients for more than 10+ years, maybe even 15+. We have always paid our bills timely and completely. What are our rights as a consumer? It just feels so bad to be treated this way and that you do not receive a honest answer, it feels very unfair. We handle important provider payments through this credit card. Now we have to run to try to fix this and make sure our business will not be affected. The Annual Fee for the American Express Card is {$550.00}. The terms of the card have significantly changed, and I was not notified within 45 days as required by the Credit Card Protection AcXXXX of 2010. Additionally, significantly reducing the primary benefit of the card while continuing to charge an annual fee of {$550.00} is unfair, deceptive, and affect commerce.

Consumer Complaint: I paid a {$550.00} annual fee for the XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card from American Express. One of the key benefits is XXXX XXXX XXXX access, including on departure, connection, and arrival when flying XXXX. The fee was posted and paid in XXXX. After paying the fee, American Express and XXXX changed the terms of XXXX XXXX access rules, no longer allowing use more than 3 hours prior to departure and no longer allowing use on arrival. This change is scheduled to start XX/XX/2022, only about a month after paying the annual fee which was predicated on prior access rules. Upon contacting American Express, no recourse is being made by them.

Consumer Complaint: During a virtual call with XXXX XXXX XXXX moving and storage to get an estimate for an upcoming move. The sales person stated I would need a special crate for my glass dining room table. He stated the special crate would be built to protect my glass dining room table. XXXX XXXX XXXX moving sent over the estimate ; which, I was told included the cost of the special crate. On day of the move, they showed up without a crate, and used card board boxes to protect the table. Disputed the charges with All My Sons Moving and American Express, still no resolution. Explained to American Express the charges were not legitimate and came from deceptive and fraud practices. They charged for an item that wasnt delivered as promise and I agreed to the estimate based on them building a special crate to protect my glass table. Which, they did not deliver as promised. Disputed the charges with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX and American Express credit card company. Still no resolution..requested a refund of {$1200.00}.

Consumer Complaint: I received an e-mail promotional offer from American Express XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. I attempted to take advantage of that offer by calling the phone numbers posted or applying on-line but could not complete the application process for varying reasons. 3 different agents said that they did not have access to the special e-mail promotion that I received and when applying on-line I received a message that " Our systems are not responding. Please try later or call XXXX. But that number doesn't actually work. It then gives you a new number. When you call the new number that person tells you that they can not process your application because they don't have access to the offer made to me. I believe that they are reneging on their offer and I don't have any more time to spend on this.
