Consumer Complaint: NOTICE FOR REQUEST OF CONFIRMATION ( 1 ) OF TERM S AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT And ADEQUATE ASSURANCE OF DUE PERFORMANCE THAT AMERICAN EXPRESS DID NOT BREACH AGREEMENT From : I, hereinafter " Borrower '' To : AMERICAN EXPRESS, hereinafter " Alleged Lender '' Notice to the Principal is Notice to the Agent. Notice to the Agent is Notice to the Principal. I, Borrower, hereby give notice to Alleged Lender for a request of confirmation of terms and conditions of the agreement and adequate assurance of due performance that Alleged Lender did not breach the agreement. Alleged Lender agreed to the following general terms and conditions of the credit card alleged agreement : 1 ) Alleged Lender must use their money or credit as adequate consideration to purchase the agreement from Borrower to repay the loan. 2 ) Alleged Lender involved in the alleged loan did not accept anything of value from Borrower that would be used to fund a check or similar instrument in approximately the amount of the alleged loan. 3 ) Alleged Lender must follow generally accepted accounting principles as required by CPA audit opinions. 4 ) The intent of the agreement is that the party who funded the loan is to be repaid the money. 5 ) All material facts are to be disclosed in the written agreement. 6 ) The cardholder must repay the loan in the same specie of money or credit or thing of value the financial institution involved in the loan used to fund the loan check or similar instrument, thus ending all interest and liens. 7 ) The loan transaction does not create the economics similar to stealing, counterfeiting and swindling. The agreement that I entered into has the above seven elements in it. According to the bookkeeping entries, Alleged Lender breached all seven basic elements of the alleged agreement and then Alleged Lender concealed material facts of the alleged agreement. I am demanding adequate assurance of due performance that the above seven elements are part of the alleged loan agreement or I demand that Alleged Lender return a zero loan balance. The proof that Alleged Lender breached the agreement is that both your assets and liabilities increased, proving that Alleged Lender recorded a loan from Borrower to Alleged Lender and then returned the loaned money from Alleged Lender back to Borrower, falsely claiming the money returned to Borrower is a loan from Alleged Lender to Borrower. Alleged Lender did the opposite of what was advertised and agreed to and then concealed the fact that Alleged Lender accepted money or credit or thing of value from Borrower that funded a check or similar instrument in the amount of the alleged loan. This notice will remain as fact of the elements of the alleged agreement and the breach of Alleged Lender unless Alleged Lender disputes this notice within 10 days. According to 15 USC 1602 only a natural person can extend credit. Banks do not extend credit. " Credit Card '' is defined as a license plate, ID, or social security card account number to extend credit. Signed, Authorized Representative XXXX https : XXXX

Consumer Complaint: American Express offered me XXXX Membership rewards points if I activated " Pay over time '', their version of extended payment option. I did that on the same day, have the proof that I did so, but Amex is refusing to issue the points citing that " the offer was not triggered for your account due to which you have not received the XXXX Membership Rewards points for activating Pay Over Time. '' When I asked if they could issue the points manually, the response was " I am afraid as we will be unable to manually add the points to the account because this is an automatic process, and the points are issued by the system automatically provided that the terms are met. '' Since I did what the email said I feel I'm absolutely entitled to the points and not responsible for Amex system issues.

Consumer Complaint: I have been an American Express cardholder since 1983 and I currently pay fees of {$5000.00} a year just for having the American Express XXXX ( XXXX ) card. I recently disputed a charge on my account ( Billing Error dispute # XXXX ) - I did not receive products provided by an online merchant. The original charge was {$210.00} and the amount in dispute was {$100.00} ; only hqalf of the goods were delivered. American Express sided with me in the dispute by issuing a credit, but only credited me back {$86.00}. No one at American Express can tell me why I was credited with this weird amount ( and not the full amount ) other than " that is what the computer told us to credit you with ''. The Fair Credit Billing Act ( section 1666 ( a ) ( B ) ( ii ) requires American Express : " In the case of a billing error where the obligor alleges that the creditor 's billing statement reflects goods not delivered to the obligor or his designee in accordance with the agreement made at the time of the transaction, a creditor may not construe such amount to be correctly shown unless he determines that such goods were actually delivered, mailed or otherwise sent to the obligor and provides the obligor with a statement of such determination. '' This was not done, but American Express refused to reopen the case. The American Express response to me stated simply : " Merchant has provided the enclosed documentation for your review. '' No shipping documentation was included

Consumer Complaint: I have had a bluebird account for nearly 10 years. I recently started having some of my payroll deposit put into this account. As soon as I switched this with my employer and had {$12000.00} deposited to my bluebird account, they locked my account, and then suspended my account. I am unable to access my money. They need to fix this immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I received an email offer to upgrade my credit card if I responded by as certain date. I complied with their procedures and submitted the upgrade request which was approved. As part of the promotional offer they were suppose to give a {$300.00} statement credit and an additional XXXX miles to my airline after I passed a purchase limit. When I did not receive the promotion offer I called in XXXX, XXXX and asked what happened. They first indicted that they could not find the offer to me. When I was able to provide them reservation number provided they then told me that I did not comply with the requirements. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. When he returned the call he provided me the same information. He said he would submit it for review and if it was approved I would find out when the next statement came out for the credit and when I received my monthly miles statement from the airline. What really drove me crazy is when I was asked to submit documentation of my request they had a standard block on what you were writing about that included " not receiving promotional offer ''. As of this date nothing has happened.

Consumer Complaint: American Express did not report my accounts as included in bankruptcy filing on XXXX XXXX so I had to file a dispute with XXXX that those accounts were included in Bankruptcy and NO BALANCE is due. ( Please review the attached document that American Express received from the Bankruptcy court. ) After my dispute with XXXX, American Express then sent FALSE non accurate information to XXXX that stated the accounts were charged off and balance due of {$13000.00} for credit card and {$6900.00} due for the other account. American Express also changed the account numbers to XXXX for credit card and XXXX for another account and reported that my year of birth was XXXX. These accounts do not belong to me and my year of birth is XXXX. I filed a complaint with the CFPB ( see attached complaint ) for the inaccurate information in my XXXX credit file and explained that my year of birth is XXXX and that I have NEVER had American Express accounts ending in XXXX nor XXXX. XXXX contacted American Express and then sent me a letter stating that American Express verified the information as accurate. ( See attached response from XXXX dispute ) Obliviously, this is a FCRA violation for American Express to report to XXXX accounts ending in XXXX and XXXX that do not belong to me and to report my year of birth of XXXX when in fact my year of birth is XXXX. It is also a violation of the automatic stay in Bankruptcy to report a balance due on accounts that were included in Bankruptcy. These errors and lack of proper investigation of a dispute have caused several problems. XXXX XXXX did an inquiry on my XXXX credit file on XX/XX/XXXX and then restricted my account due to my birth year not being accurate as they think that someone else other than myself applied for credit due to my application having my year of birth of XXXX and my XXXX file has my year of birth of XXXX. This whole mess is due to American Express reporting inaccurate information to XXXX. If American Express does not correct the erroneous information that they supplied to XXXX then I will have my attorney file suit against American Express and XXXX for violations of the FCRA and automatic stay in Bankruptcy.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I opened an account on American Express ' website with American express gold XXXX skymiles card. It offered XXXX welcome points once I spent {$2000.00} in qualifying purchases within the first 3 months. I spent {$3300.00} on XXXX flights that day. on XX/XX/XXXX I have chat history on the app confirming that Welcome bonus was correct. My first statement was XX/XX/XXXX, that was when I was told I should see the welcome points. I noticed I only received XXXX miles when it should have been XXXX, XXXX. I reached out to the company and spoke to 7 different customer service reps who all told me that my welcome offer was denied with little reason why. I was told I had to fill out a complaint and I did. I also provided them with the snap shot of the message history where on XX/XX/XXXX I confirmed the bonus program and I was eligible per the Customer rep on the chat.

Consumer Complaint: I have called several days to request that XXXX AMEX to remove the credit card account from my credit report because I am just the authorize user. I was told that they can not remove the account for several reason. The first was because my card was still active, so i asked to closed my card account. After I did this they still refused to remove the from my credit report. I called the XXXX AMEX credit bureau department and they stated that my marital status was the reason why the account will not be deleted. Every time I request to speak to a manager the call disconnects. I am again requesting for the account to be removed from all three credit bureaus because I am not the responsible party on the account and the account is closed. Please removes immediately.
