Consumer Complaint: different mortgage bills received weekly in XXXX, due to notifing the bank that my home was demolished, and the homeowner insurance the bank XXXX XXXX whom told me that she was the supervisor in that dept. for 5 years, on purpose kept the policy attached to my property, she was very un professional, had a bad attitude, no people skill or common sense, rude to me every time that I spoken to her via phone and will always over talk me instead of allowing me to finish discussing the issues, I received letters that confused me and caused my XXXX XXXX to rise when I saw the various mortgage bills, the following week after I spoken to the employee, which I feel was personal attacks, starting from XX/XX/XXXX, - {$3000.00} XXXX {$2000.00}, XXXX {$2000.00}, XXXX {$490.00} XXXX {$1900.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$1900.00}, each time I called to find out how much I have to pay on my mortgage there was some employees that took the time to review my information on their data base I was told around {$410.00} and so many others came up with payments over a XXXX, there were so many employees that I spoken to that acted very childish and made me feel less that an human, I was lied too by several employeesin XXXX after I found out my Insurance terminated my homeowners ins. policy without informing me prior to canceling it on XX/XX/XXXX, I was inform that it would not be renewed and no reason the bank nor insurance carrier from XXXX XXXX gave me, the build I reached out to and let them know what happen and I was told in XX/XX/XXXX, often the insurance company don't like duel policies placed on a customer home, my builder placed insurance on the new structure in XX/XX/XXXX, and the bank placed a LPI Policy on the home effective XXXX XXXX I found it strange that an employee went back 2 months and charged me {$3500.00} from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX, XXXX, I requested that automatic payments stop in XXXX and I was told they would but instead the employees during the month of XXXX continue trying to take funds out of my account, and I was charged with fees, even after I paid my mortgage in person at an nearby bank location, I had spoken to employees that handle complaints and while they started their investigation, in XX/XX/XXXX, I was told by a male employee to pay something toward my mortgage in good faith, until the bank advise me the amount that they decide I ask can it be {$410.00} and he said yes, so for the months of Nov- XXXX that payment was made and I received that in writing in XXXX along with an refund check over {$1000.00}, soon after that I received a mortgage bills and letters stating that I never paid my mortgage in the months of XXXX and XXXX in the amount of XXXX with that {$3000.00} insurance added onto my property, so as of this day every month that I pay I am told by bank employees various amounts and I am still either one or 3 months behind on my mortgage, also the bank prior to my home new construction I was informed by an bank employee that she had to fill out a stack of documents from the State of Texas General Land Office . many residents here in Texas had to reside in our damaged homes for more than XXXX years after XXXX XXXX hit our state my home was filled with mold and badly damaged my insurance company at that time only gave me {$2300.00}, well when the XXXX took over the project of repairing our homes, oh this was Federal Funds President Trump immediately sent to Texas but our Mayor XXXX refused to release the funds so the XXXX took the city mayor to court and won, and soon after homes were under construction, many of the bank employees would play dumb and question me why my insurance was cancel, some lied and said they were not aware I was in the process of getting my home demolished and a new construction would be taken place. well I was informed by an department head at the bank every time an employee pull up my information it's all there on the database, also one of the bank employees tresspassed onto my property and tried to enter, while it was still under construction, and a large sign was placed on the property informing All no Tresspass this included me unless I was given the ok by the builder, and that bank employee left on the door after they tried several times to break in the hose a large note glued on the front door for all whom passby to view, I had to peel the letter off and call the number on it, the bank employee whom I spoken to informed me that it was a letter informing me I was in default and a female from the insurance dept. requested that they go out to my home and place that onto my property. I filed that as a complaint also and when the XXXX XXXX employee searched to find out who may have done that, there was nothing in their database stating that I was in default, because I paid every month,, and this happen in XX/XX/XXXX oh the bank employees from the insurance department to the escrow doubled down and continue overcharging me and sending damaging information to my credit files stating I am months behind on my mortgage, trying to resolve these issues has caused me to now have important bills past due, suffer financially and have serious health issues caused by stress from all the problems that I have to endure, my credit is damaged, living off an small income, barely can feed my family hard for me to get a loan to pay needed bills, I will let HUD, MY Congress Official, news stations, podcasts, my state Governor and so forts. know how horrible I was mistreated as a loyal customer and seek Federal Law suit against XXXX XXXX Bank in hopes many other customers will come forward with similar experiences they had with employees at that company that feel comfortable displaying un professional attitudes, Signed ; XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I had recently opened a new account & reached out to Wells Fargo to open a dispute for a charge posted on XX/XX/2023 in the amount of {$3000.00} against the merchant XXXX XXXX and the payment processor XXXX. I had opened this dispute as I had returned merchandise to the Wells Fargo had originally provided a provisional credit on XX/XX/2023 which they later reversed their decision and rebilled my account. The reason given behind this was no proof was provided that the merchandise was returned to the merchant hence why a refund could not be issued. They had also provided some documentation that I had seen previously which did not support their stance at all as Ive refuted this previously in a Dispute Letter that I had provided to them which Ive attached again. Throughout the documentation provided by the merchant and payment processor they both had been vague, misleading and withholding information to which I had pointed out to Wells Fargo which should have been a red flag in the first place. First XXXX had been claiming a refund was issued which was untrue as they billed me again and this was especially the case with the merchant blatantly lying that gave the tracking history which showed nothing ever been shipped as they were very clever to show information that was erased as XXXX removes this information after a certain amount of time which I had to pay out of my own pocket to obtain the archived tracking information. I had provided to Wells Fargo a detailed letter with plenty of documentation that served as proof for not only the package being dropped off at my local post office, but the weight, address and label matching everything that the merchant had given to me to return the merchandise. Ultimately on top of the drop-off receipt that clearly is an indication the package was returned and being handled by the shipping carrier XXXX, XXXX had given the archived tracking information which I had recently given to Wells Fargo that shows that the package last update was UNABLE TO DELIVER OR RETURN, SENT TO MAIL RECOVERY CENTER. When you refer back to the shipping carrier website on further information regarding this status which indicates that the package being no longer available & the package is unable to be delivered nor returned back to either the merchant or myself. Now I had sent the package back to the merchant and given the proof of drop off to Wells Fargo along with the last update on the package, so if the merchant had insured the package/label then they should be able to file a claim to get their money from XXXX however if they hadnt then the burden of that irresponsibility falls upon the merchant. The merchant also never addressed if such an issue was to arise who would bear the burden of a lost package as its nowhere to be seen even in their return policy.

I have all of the documents that show what they did as well as the current letters that Wells Fargo continues to be exposed for there terrible practices of being a financial institution. I also I know that all the unauthorized information that was send to the FDIC is also wrong which makes this matter worse. The executive refuse to talk about the matter and continue to try to throw my matter under the bus. I kno for a fact that Wells Fargo is still doing bad buisness and in my matter they have been doing it for along time, I have been dealing with this matter sense XX/XX/XXXX and thru all the pain an suffering they still wont come to and agreement. I have everything in document. Even the executive admitted to the violation her name is XXXX XXXX and I have it documented she was supposed to get back with me but never did. She admitted over the phone that is was a unauthorized account created without my consent. Not to mention there was another party in the account who I didnt even know. XXXX XXXX XXXX Again they are ignoring my matter because they know I have 2 years before the statue of limitations takes place and they are refusing a remedy for their actions This is unlawful as well as unprofessional

Now because of these, my account is sitting at {$260.00} in the negative. I would expect that if you don't have any money in the bank, the bank wouldn't allow anything to be charged to my account.

Consumer Complaint: I noticed unusual activity in my account of XXXX transactions posted for {$3000.00} and {$1000.00}. These charges were made on XX/XX/2023 to whereas my only transaction was made early in the morning via digital wallet, aside from pending transactions that posted on XX/XX/2023. I gave Wells Fargo a call on XX/XX/2023 when I noticed this activity because I was about to purchase food, and also I needed funds to initiate a payments for upcoming bills, to realize my funds were depleted. Wells Fargo further closed card and account. I explained that I contacted merchant of {$3000.00} charge, and they further explained I needed to discuss this matter with my financial institution, as though transaction had already posted. I ask Wells Fargo what further steps do I need to take in order to recover my funds. Wells Fargo explained nothing else needed to be done. Wells Fargo immediately reversed {$3000.00} transaction, but not the {$1000.00}. I called Wells Fargo XXXX times to check on matter, as they explained everything is going good the situation is almost resolved we reversed {$3000.00} you receive your money back you are good, if anything I will receive correspondence via mail. I never received any further information from Wells Fargo. On XX/XX/2023, I went to pump gas for the transaction to decline. Wells Fargo had a pending reversal transaction in my account for {$3000.00}. I called Wells Fargo first thing in morning, and they explained to me nothing else could be done. Wells Fargo directed me to deposit funds to wiggle out of negative balance, and file a police report. I further explained to Wells Fargo I instantly received credit, and after claim is resolved it is reversed almost XXXX months later very odd to whereas I never received correspondence upon investigation, and I requested further information explaining their decision. I called Wells Fargo some more times asking for evidence via mail, which I never received. Now, I am being spam called by XXXX a debt collector of Wells Fargo.
