Consumer Complaint: Last payment made to Wells Fargo on auto loan was XX/XX/XXXX. Next payment promised was made from myself for XX/XX/XXXX. Yet, on XX/XX/XXXX, I went outside to leave in my vehicle and it was not there. I called Wells Fargo auto loans to find out where my truck is located. They informed me at that time they did in fact repossess my truck yet they not know where it is nor how this happened. WF customer service told that WF redemption center was closed over the weekend and we had no information regarding the asset recovery vendor. On XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, we learned that Wells Fargo had changed their repo terms from 90 days during Covid to 75 days. We received NO advance written notice of this policy change. We contacted the recovery vendor and were attempting to retrieve our personal items from the vehicle. We believe that we have a valid complaint in that the lien-holder, Wells Fargo , knowingly issued a recovery order, without any attempt to contact us even though consistent payments had been made every two weeks with the next payment scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo does not respect or honor the funds of its customers like it regards its own money. This bank would still expect to be reimbursed for this money if it were their money. Wells Fargo would never just let someone keep the bank 's {$4000.00} regardless of how long or where the other party had possession of it. Several of my bank accounts and other online accounts have been hacked over the past 3 years or so by the same people. There were several charges that should have been credited as I complained shortly after they occurred in XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. My other banks investigated and took care of the credits to my accounts. But Wells Fargo said they would look into the issue and get back to me. But nothing ever happened. When I went into the bank in XXXX they said they filed another complaint. However, they denied my claims. Still several outstanding charges remain unpaid. I want Wells Fargo to credit my account for the over {$4000.00} in unpaid claims for fraudulent charges occurring in 2022. This has become an urgent situation now.

Consumer Complaint: My debit card was used around XXXX XXXX XXXX fraudulently. There were purchases made totaling {$870.00}. I reported to the bank I did not make these charges. The gave me credit then " investigated '' the claim. After approximately 30 days they took {$870.00} from my account which left me overdraft # XXXX. After contacting them they informed me they believed that either myself or someone I know made the charges because whoever used my card knew my pin. That's odd because no one knows my PIN and the many food establishments it was used at does not ask for a pin especially if ordering online. So how did they determine this information. They have ripped me off and now I have taken my business elsewhere but I will have this overdrawn account over my head.

Pursuant to the Wells Fargo Home XXXX agreement d/b/a XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Payments received by XXXX XXXX local time at the Payment Address will be credited as of the date of receipt. '' This payment posted on XX/XX/23 the same date of statement closing on XX/XX/23. Wells Fargo incorrectly reported the balance as {$3300.00} to XXXX and XXXX. When it should have been {$1800.00}. This error incurred by Wells Fargo caused a drop in credit score. My account balance reporting should reflect {$1800.00} per your agreement and paying on time. Second issue, this was a no interest no payment credit line available for 12 months ( no interest paid in full ). When viewing my account minimum payment due was {$65.00} for XX/XX/2023. I paid this today ( XX/XX/2023 ) but why is your credit product offering and marketing different than what has occurred on my account? Thank you for your time.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I was supposed to receive a direct deposit from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The next day, on XX/XX/XXXX I discovered my account was closed by Wells Fargo. I contacted them and spoke with a represenative that confirmed my direct deposit will be rejected and be sent back to the sender ( XXXX ) in XXXX business days. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX to see if the funds were returned and they were not. I contacted Wells Fargo to see if they returned the funds. A represenative from Wells Fargo said they are unable to see if the funds were rejected because my account was closed. I asked if there was an account the rejected funds would go into and then be sent out of and the representative said they do not withhold the funds when the account is closed and it immediately rejects back to the sender in XXXX business days. The sender ( XXXX ) confirmed with me they have not received any of the funds back from Wells Fargo. The rep from Well Fargo also said there no is possible way to search where the funds are and there was nothing they can do. It has been roughly 6 days and no one is apparently able to investigate where my funds are. My school still has not received the money back from Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo states the funds were sent out in XXXX business days and there is nothing more they can do. I do not believe this. I believe Wells Fargo has my funds that were sent by my school. They have been extremely unhelpful and rude about this serious matter. It is XX/XX/XXXX and I have yet to receive my funds nor has my school received the funds back from Wells Fargo.

Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB, I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint against Wells Fargo Bank for abusing their position by setting a trap to disable my linked payment card on the due date, allowing them to profit from daily interest rates of over 20 %. I am deeply concerned about this matter. On XX/XX/XXXX, which is the interest-free due date for my credit card, I made a timely payment using my linked payment card, which had been successfully used for payments multiple times before. Astonishingly, Wells Fargo chose this moment to unlink my payment card, revealing a sinister side of capitalism that sets traps to extract exorbitant interest rates of over 20 %, all while preventing me from making a manual payment. I have consistently made on-time payments, and my statements confirm the success of these payments. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted the bank via telephone, and they informed me that an explanation would be provided by the Office of the President. My XXXX XXXX savings payment card has more than sufficient funds, and I made no alterations to its settings. I hereby file this complaint and request that the bank promptly restore my linked card so that I can make manual payments once again. Additionally, any interest or adverse effects on my credit score resulting from Wells Fargos error must be rectified by Wells Fargo.
