Consumer Complaint: I have a Wells Fargo account that is a joint loan with me and my son. Wells Fargo has kicked back payments my son has made and then charged him late fees and processing fees etc... They just impounded the car after bouncing back a payment he made. I find this to be extremely fraudulent activity on the part of Wells Fargo. They also incorrectly state on the credit reports that the payments are behind. They also further incorrectly state on the credit reports that payments are late. They are only late because they kick them back then charge late fees. This is pure extortion!! If you look at my credit record it is spotless except for Wells Fargo and they are causing distress and financial XXXX to me due to this. I have contacted them to no avail. It is a pointless activity to try and get someone who can do something about it. I have disputed the activity being incorrect but then it comes back with even more late payments which is retaliatory actions on their part.

Consumer Complaint: I started a home mortgage with Wells Fargo in XXXX when I needed to pay off a home equity line of credit for XXXX and they can not give me documentation of my my mortgage started at XXXX. After making almost 20 years of payments and a mortgage statement dated XX/XX/XXXX for the amount of {$140000.00} When I finally sold the house on XX/XX/XXXX, I owed supposedly {$150000.00}. I have been trying to contact Wells Fargo since XXXX and Ive spoken to at least a dozen specialist that can not give me answers on why my original mortgage started out at {$170000.00} XXXX contacted the title company and first they said that there was cash given out to me at the time of closing, which is totally false, and I know for a fact that the title company does not give out cash when refinancing. Please contact me on my cell phone XXXX if you need any help or further information. Respectfully, XXXX I had the loan almost 20 years with Wells Fargo. Around XX/XX/XXXX I was facing forclosure after being told by Wells Fargo that I would qualify for XXXX of their repayment plans because of the coronavirus, but was forced to sell my property to satisfy the loan that was very fishy & included over {$56000.00} worth of payments which I paid through my bankruptcy in XXXX. I honestly believe that they took a vantage of me and I was charged over {$50000.00} in additional mortgage principal

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 got approved for a Wells Fargo XXXX Credit Card, I received the card after 6 days with 2 blank checks for the Balance Transfer offer so i used the first check and paid the amount back on XX/XX/2023, and wrote a second check and deposited in my wells fargo Checking Account # XXXX, then called the customer service on same for inquiry how long takes to payment posted in my credit card before depositing the check in my checking to do a balance transfer from credit card Ending XXXX to my checking Account # XXXX so the payment posted in my credit card on XX/XX/XXXX, and i wrote the check and deposit on XX/XX/2023 went to the branch on XX/XX/XXXX, to withdraw the money with no issue Later on the bank returned the check for no reason and charged my checking account for overdraft fee {$35.00} plus the negative amount of the returned check from my Wells Fargo credit card the bank all the car is, i have to pay the negative balance plus overdraft fee i will never do that, won't take any action of my side let this worst bank in the USA close the negative account and i will file a dispute with XXXX and XXXX XXXX i'm attaching all the docs to show the dates didn't do anything wrong in this transaction but this scam bank all they want charge me an overdraft and tried to convince me its was my fault

They stated the account was deleted. They have removed the account from all bureaus, except XXXX. As of XXXX, XXXX, both XXXX and WellsFargo, reposted the information as updated on my credit file. XXXX has actively violated FCRA reporting standards, they have been provided with information and continue stalling with a request for extensive time to investigate only to repost after thirty days. Per XXXX, on my call today, they are rereporting because XXXX has not given them permission to delete the information.

I paid {$1700.00} to XXXX XXXX ( shipper of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( thru XXXX to XXXX XXXX - ( XXXX ) XXXX - REF # XXXX ). I communicate with him thru phone ( XXXX ) XXXX and email : XXXX. He said that it is 95 % refundable upon the arrival of the puppy at home. Later, XXXX XXXX informed me that the puppy is put on hold because the pet needs insurance at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I paid {$1500.00} to XXXX XXXX ( shipper of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( {$700.00} - thru XXXX to XXXX XXXX - ( XXXX ) XXXX - REF # XXXX and {$800.00} - XXXX XXXX to XXXX REF # XXXX ). He said that it is 95 % refundable upon the arrival of the puppy at home. It's too late for me that my relatives and friends told me that XXXX is a SCAM and it is included in the list of Pet Scams at the websites. Again after XXXX hours, XXXX XXXX informed me that the puppy is put on hold again because the pet needs Vaccination and Rabies Shot at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I need to send {$1300.00} and It is refundable also upon the arrival of the pet. I didn't send a money anymore because I learned that it is a SCAM. I tried to call him for the refund of the money that I send but he refused to give my money back. According to him that the puppy is already at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. He said also that if I don't send a payment, FBI will arrest me for the abandonment of a puppy at the airport. I lost for the total of {$820.00} + {$1700.00} + {$1500.00} = {$4100.00}. This is a big lesson for me. As of now, many online websites are fraud. I need to be careful next time especially when I send the money. I tried to contact my bank, Wells Fargo to dispute or reverse my payments thru XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Since those apps are considered as cash payment, they can't reverse my payments and the money that I send to them are totally lost. Sadly, the address of the breeder, XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX belongs to the real owner, XXXX XXXX. The address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX belongs to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I would like to request for your help. My bank told me that the payment transactions that I did will be reversed if I have a police report and FBI reports. I hope that you can help me to arrest the scammers and help the victims of XXXX
