I asked him please faster and how min I left for done, but this dark skin XXXX hair man not happy for that but they wasted my time XXXX for waiting even if I had an appointment. I had to say I have to go after he came back from processing my ID and Debit card for copy room. He said " OK bye bye '' for good. '' I was wondering simply bye bye and gave my ID back so. I was plan come back another time and next day I got XXXX mail XXXX appointment and I made an appointment XXXX XXXX of XX/XX/2023 again with other email and different phone number because they canceled again again when I was heading that location. I found out their computer screen shown my ID photo and Debit card As a blocking As a customer. I was talking manager she said I can't opening account forever this Wells Fargo but go other bank and ask. That's shocking me still. What did wrong? Why they have my XXXX still even if I m not opening account and why can't verifying my status? I have no problem they treated me as a criminal ID and Debit card on their computer system as a blocking something can't open Wells Fargo forever WHY? It's so mad me and depressed and shocking. They have no right to have my DATA on their computer system blocking photo treats.i want remove all my ID PHOTOS AND DEBIT CARD PHOTO.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo is reporting an account as a charge off on my credit report. They have not provided a 1099 to support their claim. If they have already received funds for this account via insurance, then this is subrogation. Further, I never received all disclosures or was informed clearly and conspicuously of my rights pursuant to 15 usc 6802 It was never explained to me that reporting this account to my credit was consensual. I was never told that Wells Fargo would traffic, transfer or sell my information to breach-prone companies where my information would be compromised which violates The Protection of Non-public Information laws.

Also tried making the minimum payment but Wells Fargo did not allow me to at the end when they automatically closed my card. This has really impacted me and my credit still is impacting my credit.
