Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX my company charged my customer credit card for amount of {$29000.00} through Wells Fargo Merchant services ( my Company had used this merchant service more that 2 years, since XXXX As a normal Wells Fargo Bank should transfer my money to my Business checking account in 48 Hours. After that Transaction I had other customer the next business day and I charged his credit card for amount of XXXX and Wells Fargo should transfer my money to my Business checking account. After 2 business day I haven't received my money and I called to Wells Fargo Bank to see why they don't transfer my money, they told me my merchant account is under Risk Department review and they will hold my money until the review complete. After that Wells Fargo Merchant Services sent mr an email and ask for some verification documents ( Customer Name, Address, Email, invoice ). I have sent that all requested documents to them but haven't heard back from them. I called them and they told me they gon na hold that money ( total XXXX $ ) for the risk of Dispute. Now after 14 months from that Transactions they still hold my money and never give me a date when they will release that. I asked them if you have any dispute charge on my Merchant account for 3 years and their answer was NEGATIVE. ( NONE DISPUTE ON MY MERCHUNT ACCOUNT AT ALL ). I have hired a Lawyer for follow uo my case, he had some conversations with them but still they don't give us any date for release my money. It is SCAM how they can hold my money if there is no risk for dilute ( 15 months gone from my transactions and if someone would dispute this transactions has done already, but as I said there is NO dispute at all )

Consumer Complaint: Cash deposits are not recorded on time I recently made a cash deposit to cover an overdraft which Wells Fargo sent out an email that I had that so call extra day deposit which I did. What I thought was funny is when I made the cash deposit in the bank ATM, I did not get a text receipt. So, at XXXX I login to my account I was charged XXXX overdraft fees that I made a cash deposit for the night before at XXXX. I called the customer service and explained that I made a cash deposit into the bank ATM to cover the overdraft. I customer service rep tried to give me a hard time. And offered to refund me {$52.00}. I said No I did my part and made the deposit. So, the rep said we will refund the fees this XXXX time. This happened to me last month and I let it go. It's the time of the year for Wells Fargo to take money. Please keep your eye on them.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/, I paid {$6500.00} toward my mortgage with Wells Fargo. This is way above the minimum required payment, which is {$1400.00}. According to the web portal, Wells Fargo applied the following amounts to my mortgage -- Escrow : {$600.00} Interest : {$140.00} Principal : {$690.00} Additional Principal : {$3600.00} The above amounts do not add up to {$6500.00}. {$1400.00} is missing, coincidentally, the same amount as my minimum payment. I called Wells Fargo customer service. They explained that their systems applied the additional {$1400.00} to my XXXX XXXX, XXXX payment. Frist, I complained that this should not happen - all additional amount should be applied to principal immediately so I am paying less interest going forward. The agent said they would work with the system to adjust the payment amounts and apply the extra to the principal as requested. Second, I complained that the incorrect payment logic has happened before, and I have reported this problem before, too. This should not have happened again. The agent said they were making some note on my account to fix this issue, but I am not confident in the fix. Finally, I complained that the company should clearly list payment applications in the web portal. Thankfully, the statement itself was correct after I reviewed the statement later. The web portal and statement should align. Even if the web portal doesn't report all the same detail, it should not make it seem like money vanishes.

Consumer Complaint: Was informed I was mailed mortgage modification by mail and I broke the agreement by not making the required payments. I did not receive the Trial modification agreement by mail. I have spoken with customer service to let them know this. I also found out my mortgage loan is a line of credit that can not be modified because of the type of loan. I trusted Wells Fargo to give me a XXXX FHA loan , but they did not. Wells Fargo should be investigated for deceiving me and putting me in this position to lose my home to foreclosure. My mortgage assistance request has been sitting in the intake dept, with Wells Fargo. They refuse to process my mortgage assistance request. I have not received a foreclosure letter from the foreclosure attorney. I was told about the foreclosure by a person that contacted me to purchase my home. Please Help

XX/XX/XXXX a cash advancement of {$5900.00} was authorized from my credit card ( an action not done by me ) On XX/XX/XXXX towards XXXX, I noticed these transactions and called Wells Fargo to issue a fraud claim and to close those accounts affected and create new ones. XX/XX/XXXX when the new checking account was created all the tele transfers that were made, were posted there. XX/XX/XXXX {$9800.00} was taken from my account ( an action not done by me ), I assume because it was such a huge transaction it needed a day to post to my account. a couple of days prior to all this happening I received a notification from XXXX stating I was part of a data leak. Both my credit card and debit card were on my XXXX connected to XXXX XXXX. Both my username and password saved onto my XXXX allowing access to my online banking. XX/XX/XXXX I called the credit card department to file a fraud claim, and they stated they'd notify me of the investigation status within 10 business days. I never received a phone call, so I called to realize they didn't properly filed the fraud claim, so it was never made. I went through the process again with them, and made sure the properly made the claim. I'm currently waiting the status. XX/XX/XXXX the claims department for Wells Fargo contacted me and notified me stating they found no fraudulent transactions.

I logged in my account and noticed the unusual amount taken and immediately called and disputed. Later they sent me a letter via mail and closed the claim saying they determined the transaction was authorized.
