Consumer Complaint: I recieved notification that I had collections for an electric bill in texas with XXXX XXXX Phone # XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX The report came from Transworld Systems Inc XXXX # XXXX The electric company is located in Texas. I live in Washington and have for several years The collections company sent my bill to my washington residence. Once I contacted them and pointed out the difference in states, they immediately told me to report as fraud and informed me that they would remove from my report. It has been several months and I have called multiple times with no resolutions. I've also called the electric company and they can confirm that it was fraud but nobody has taken the steps to remove me from the debt. Both companies today have told me to make a report with this website

I've made repeated attempts to get this off my Credit file, which it was removed, ( after the7 years ) then it was Erroneously put back on my Report XX/XX/XXXX. THIS COLLECTION COMPANY tactics are above reproach, and as a United States Veteran who sacrificed for this Country I should not be treated like this by this Company.

Consumer Complaint: An outstanding bill is showing in my credit report that is with XXXX XXXX but has been sold to Transworld Systems. This debt is well over 7 years old, but Transworld Systems shows it as an active account open in 2020. But that is false, this account should have fallen off after 7 years because it is a very old account and I have since filed and been discharged in bankruptcy in which it should have cleared in the bankruptcy. This old account has been sold to a third party whose try to collect the debt. I have called XXXX XXXX and they have no record of an account in my name and the number I found for Transworld Systems on XXXX is disconnected.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I attempted to sale my house. I was notified that there was a second deed of trust held by XXXX. I had filed for bankruptcy some years back and was under the impression that the second mortgage was dissolved but it was not. It was transferred through multiple servicing companies and ended up at XXXX mortgage company. I was notified by them that it was charged off and sold to Nationwide Credit Inc ( NCI ). I have had numerous phone calls with NCI and can not get any information from them. The account is either on hold, closed or they can not find it. I have requested that IF there is a balance what are the options for for settlement and I am always told I will receive a call back or an email. In which I never receive. On XX/XX/2022 I was told they could not locate the account and I would have to speak to an offshore supervisor that was located in XXXX so he would have to call me back. I asked if I could hold to speak to him since I have yet to receive a call back. The individual I was speaking to raised his voice and told me that was not an option. At this point after several attempts to get the Deed released to my property I am frustrated and do not know where to turn. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
