Consumer Complaint: I FIRST was informed of this debt XX/XX/2022. I have NEVER received a bill from this electric company saying I owe them. I never received a letter or bill or phone call from ANYONE including the " second '' creditor not this last one TransWORLD XXXX. when I saw this on my credit report I attempted to contact ALL of them to resolve this because a credit report should not be the first time I hear of a debt from 3 years ago. The fact of the matter is I am a single mother with XXXX in college and I got denied a Direct Plus loan for my sons tuition all because of this bill I am unaware of. I have XXXX debt aside from student loans and I am careful about this. That home at XXXX XXXX XXXX has MANY people living in there and they must have used my information without my knowledge. I really ; y dont know but I am trying to get it deleted so my sons loan may get approved. After I spoke to Transworld about this issue it is causing my son, they agreed to delete it, but then pressured me to give them my credit card info then used language to create a barrier and trick me into paying for something that does not belong to me. My son will get kicked out of University of XXXX XXXX if I dont get this resolved and it has contributed to XXXX for both him and I. Nothing is more important than my credit and his school right now. Please understand this is so unfair.

Under false pretenses, this company makes it appear as if there is a debt owed to them. As a consumer and traveler, there is no debt owed from simply traveling on Gods land. On XX/XX/2022 there is a first notice from this company stating, I owed a debt, and on XX/XX/XXXX, there was a cease and desist notice sent certified with return receipt to this company. XX/XX/2022 another notice was sent to me, stating I still owe a debt.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX has been harassing me by inaccurately trying to collect debt when I never signed up with them for any type of services. I called XXXX a while back to explain that they have the wrong person for the debt and i wish to not be contacted but XXXX continued to pursue me for debt that I don't know and has even turned it over to a third party Nationwide Credit , Inc in the amount of {$130.00}. XXXX and Nationwide Credit , Inc have violated the law by pursuing me when I never signed any documents or spoke to someone regarding the address I stay at. Furthermore I am not the lease holder nor do I hold a mortgage for the address they have on file so I don't know why they would be billing me especially since I never signed any documents nor did I have a written or verbal agreement. This is a violation of my rights from both of the companies for harrassing me and disrupting my right to privacy. This is a violation of my rights 15 US Code 1681 A4 There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. 15 US Code 1 A ) the consumer authorizes the agency to provide such report to such person. 15 US code 1692d ( 2 ) The use of obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer or reader.

They stated they were trying to collect the debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX. This debt has gone through 5 different collectors and paperwork was submitted 5 separate times via certified mail, that this debt is not mine and that it belongs to a deceased person 20 years ago. This company is abusing its power and misrepresenting themselves and their power to attempt to collect monies that are not owed to them. Please regulate them.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX Student Loan : I have reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX about my loans and the incorrect reporting since my loan went into forbearance late XXXX. I was told they would never ( and could never ) submit to change their error, regardless of fault. The maximum amount borrowed was less than {$75000.00}, but it is reported as over {$86000.00} that I borrowed, when that is not true. The line of credit was {$75000.00}, so that is not possible. I have made payments every month that they have been due and have not been delinquent. I called XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX again on XX/XX/XXXX and was told they would write to collections try to fix the issue. They stated that - on their end and in their system - my account shows it was closed in XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, with a maximum possible credit amount of {$75000.00}. They also informed me that they sold their loan to another lender that they called collections, which explains the incorrect reporting. I am not even the owner of the account, just an authorized user. My account was never Delinquent to go to a collections agency. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : I suffered from XXXX and XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and discussed closing my credit card with a monthly payoff payment. They informed me they can not close it, but reduced my payment from over {$80.00} down to {$47.00} and then sent me a letter telling me that paying $ XXXX won't pay off my card for 10 years. They also still reported XXXX - XXXX payments as delinquent, even when XXXX XXXX said it would not be reported because I paid the new minimum and kept up with payments/informing them. XXXX XXXX also informed my on XX/XX/XXXX that my XXXX payment was returned and threatened to go back and report it, even though I still paid it within the grace period. My debt has been increasing to a point I can not keep up with, and I informed them that it is keeping my credit score from being able to have a roof over my head. They still have not closed my credit card account.

Consumer Complaint: I reached out on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX to UAS to correct my enrollment and loan status. It is Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. I am currently enrolled full time in a graduate program and have been consecutively since XXXX XXXX ( and prior to the Fall XXXX semester, I was enrolled consecutively from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX ). I have been receiving emails imploring me to complete exit interviews for a loan for the last several months. I am enrolled full time and provided the enrollment verification form upon request, via email, on XX/XX/XXXX. Several days afterwards my credit score dropped significantly ; upon providing proof of my enrollment my status should have immediately been put on deferral until it was verified by an account specialist. At the time of writing this complaint, after reaching out to UAS multiple times, via email and phone, I presently still owe a payment on their portal. My status has not been adequately adjusted to reflect my enrollment, it has had a significant impact on my credit score, and it will continue to affect me. When I reached out by phone I was not given any time frame as to when my status would be corrected. have already provided proof of my enrollment and would be happy to provide any other supporting evidence. If they need further information from the school, UAS needs to contact the appropriate people/offices and do so, in a timely manner. I have never had any issue or difficulty getting someone to verify me enrollment status. And I will no longer wait idly while UAS 's incompetence continues to affect my credit.

I have received a response that does not indicate or prove : 1. I had this service. 2. What services I am being charged for. 3. What the cost of each service I am being charged for. Furthermore, Transworld Systems, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX did NOT provide me a HIPAA release that releases my medical information to them, therefore by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPAA rights. I am proceeding with legal action as prescribed by law against the above-named original creditor/collection agency. Should this item not be deleted within the required time allowed by law I will seek every legal remedy available to me and file suit against the credit bureau responsible for reporting this violation.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems Inc is trying collect service fees for telecheck services fees when I have not issued a check for the the last month or the period they were trying to insist I used their services. I called them but they dont want to give any information unless I give my address. I told them they wrote and sent me a letter to my address so I dont want to give anymore confidential information that are not needed. If they are truly legitimate they should know my address based on the name I gave them. They also provide a QR code on their letter which I believe maybe fraudulent to get more personal information.

Consumer Complaint: I sent TRANSWORLD SYSTEM this document certified mail and TRANSWORLD SYSTEM did not send the requested documents asked for in the validation request I mailed. TRANSWORLD SYSTEM sent me a document that was typed out on a plain piece of paper with TRANSWORLD SYSTEM logo on the top. I'm 200 % positive there is no agreement with my signature stating that I owe TRANSWORLD SYSTEM. Anyone create anything from a plain piece of paper. The response TRANSWORLD SYSTEM sent to CFPB is bogus! I know my rights as a consumer! Transworld system is a third party company who is to abide by the FDCPA laws. The validation request I sent goes as follows : I hereby dispute your claim and request validation of the alleged debt pursuant to the Fair Credit Debt Collection Practices Act. Please provide competent documentation as follows : Provide a copy of my signature on a contract or document that holds me responsible for this alleged debt. Document evidencing your company has the right to collect the alleged debt. The total debt balance with an explanation of all interest and fees. Date the debt became delinquent and/or the date of the last payment. The name and address of the creditor and the creditors account number associated with the debt. The name and last known address of the debtor as it appeared in the creditors records before the assignment of the debt to your company. The names and addresses of all persons or entities other than your company to which the debt was assigned. Send me proof that you are licensed to collect debt in my state. Cease any credit bureau reporting until the debt has been validated by me as required under the FCRA. Lastly, I hereby request no telephone contact be made by your offices to my home, cellular phone, workplace phone, telephone numbers of my family and friends.
