Consumer Complaint: First, I pay health insurance through my husband employer, and we have had XXXX XXXX as our primary insurance for over 20 years. What I understand about the process between the doctors office and the insurance is that there is a contracts between my provider, which is XXXX XXXX and Doctors facilities. In addition, I do have a secondary insurance through XXXX, which my provider is XXXX. I always make sure that after 20 years of problems to make sure the doctors office has all my insurance information, which includes the doctors office having a copy of both insurance cards. XXXX is my primary insurance. Im positive that is what I told XXXX XXXX billing. When I started to received bills from this office, I just threw them a way at first because I figured that this had to be a mistake and that they would eventually get everything straightened out on their end of things. Then I called the doctors office an asked what this was about. The employee was rude and disrespectful the whole time on the phone. The man whom I talked to in the billing department said that back when Covid was going on their employee who did the billing didnt come back to work, while I am thinking, I can not do anything about the doctors office procedures in billing. I literally can not produce invoices or file claims for a business of medicine to my insurance for payment because I dont know medical codes. Once I give the insurance information correctly to the billing office and because they have a contract with the insurance company, it now becomes a communication problem between the provider and the insurance company where I dont usually get involved. Knowing that the Doctors office has experience and good people who knows how to file claims to the insurance provider. If the doctors office make a mistake, usually filing XXXX first, when denied they turn around and file the claim with the other Insurance company, which always pays first. I have found out through XXXX XXXX and talking with XXXX XXXX on a chat call about this bill where she said that XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX office had never even filed a claim. I also found out that the doctors office must file the claim within an agreed time frame which they give up to a year to file with special circumstances. Also, the Insurance company pays the agreed amount between the two business not just what the office charges. According to XXXX the contract states that the provider agrees to correctly submit the claim in the amount of time given and that the balance is not required from the patient because the doctors office did not file within the time allocated. Please look this up on XXXX website..

Consumer Complaint: I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my client, an account from Transworld System Inc showed up on his credit report with a balance of {$3300.00}. He hired our company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to work on his behalf, we reached out to Transworld Systems to have them validate the account. The letter was successfully submitted on XX/XX/2022 via fax ( proof attached ) but up to this date we have not received an answer, but the account is still reporting on my client 's credit reports. I am requesting per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act that this account be deleted immediately off his credit reports since it can not be validated, plus the 30-day investigation window has expired. I have called but they have yet to remove the account. This is illegal and I hope you can offer some help in this situation.

Consumer Complaint: I received notice to pay a medical bill for XXXX XXXX back in XXXX. I paid the entire amount owed on XX/XX/22 in the amount of {$310.00}. I continued to received collection notices from XXXX into XXXX, ending with a XXXX notice and threat to send to collections. I called them on XX/XX/22 to let them know I had already paid, online through the XXXX portal on XX/XX/22. They called back on XX/XX/22 and left me a message that they received the payment. On XX/XX/22, I receive a debt collection notice from Transworld Systems , Inc for this debt to XXXX. I called TSI on XX/XX/22 and explained that I had paid this on XX/XX/22, they said XXXX will send an update about payment and they will close this out, but they have not yet received that update. I called XXXX on XX/XX/22 and left a message for a call back from a live person to discuss the incompetence with my account and that this must be resolved immediately. XXXX clearly has an incompetent billing department having sent 5 notice to pay after I had already paid the account.

Consumer Complaint: I have tried numerous times to make offers to pay off my credit card debt with XXXX and TSI. They disregarded my past offers and made an offer at a time I could not accept due to not having the funds available of {$5000.00}. They told me today I owe $ XXXX which simply isn't true. When I left service the card was left at {$7000.00}. I have made payments for almost 5 years totaling over {$4000.00}. Today I called them and offered to pay the deal of {$5000.00} and they told me no because time was up and I'd have to wait until next year. I'm trying to purchase a home and no lender will work with me until this ordeal is handled. If I need to contact legal representation, perhaps the CEO of XXXX and my local news channel I'm prepared to because this isn't right how I'm being treated. I am being shaken down for every possible XXXX they can obtain from me. I literally have thousands of dollars to pay them to rid this debt and move on with my life and this company refuses to budge! Where are their business ethics in all of this? TSI is trying to make this as difficult as humanly possible and I'm trying my hardest here to be polite but I am losing my patience.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX, Transworld Ststems filed a collections notice with XXXX credit reporting agency for {$490.00} on behalf of XXXX XXXX. We have disputed that this account was never a credit account. It was pay-as-you-go medical account. I had to negotiate a price and pay at the end of the session. I never asked for credit. Despite this, 6 months after my last visit I received a bill for {$490.00} with no explanation. Transworld sent several letters to a different address where we were living and after requesting documentation showing why I was responsible, I never received a response. Instead they filed a collection account with XXXX. Instead, every month, XXXX increases the amount due by {$4.00} per month. I have disputed this technique to intentionally damage my credit rating but XXXX has always sided with Transworld without providing documentation of this alleged credit account. I was never presented documentation that shows I signed a credit account with increasing monthly balance. As a professional in the financial services industry, the medical forms I filled out did not properly disclose the creation of a credit account with an interest rate. I need your help to have this account removed from all credit reporting agencies.

On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, a Cease and Desist Demand was emailed to XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX team as they were still requesting payment before the contract was signed. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX I received an email from XXXX and XXXX XXXX Manager stating that they were not seeking payment on my account, only asset, and as such my request for Cease and Desist Demand did not apply. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, the apartment keys were delivered to XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Manager confirm that the apartment keys were received via email. On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX, I emailed a signed copy of the Early Termination Balance Forgiveness Contract to XXXX and XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXXXXXX XXXX, I received a XXXX XXXX XXXX - Notification of Service for Case : XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, stating that all others for filing have been voluntarily dismissed its claim against Defendant WITHOUT prejudice. As of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX sold my private information to Transworld Systems which has reported inaccurate information to the 3 Major Credit Bureau and a balance of {$7200.00} to my credit report which has negatively impacted my overall score.
