Consumer Complaint: On Saturday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) - I submitted a payment for the amount of {$1700.00}, which is the LAST payment of the XXXX XXXX accounting interest and principal - On that day the website went into an error ( attached ), unaware if the payment went through ( due to no confirmation email or website payment activity ) I tried again. - The next day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I logged back to UASConnect.com ( lender website ) to check payment activity and noticed that the payment DID actually go through ( XXXX {$1700.00} ). I called the lender but customer service did not work over the weekend and my bank had no way to resolve it either. - On Monday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I called the bak ( XXXX ) to help me reverse the payment since I do not have the funds for those duplicate transactions. The bank places a stop payment on the lender for the payments to not go through. - On Monday ( XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX ) I called, emailed and secure message the lender to ask to reverse the duplicate transactions. the lender resolve was that " As per process the overpayment amount of {$3400.00} for your loan id. XXXX under XXXX University will be automatically refunded back within 45-60 days. Thank you! '' However, I mentioned to them I DO NOT have the funds to cover the duplicates and my account will be negative incurring fees if they do not expedite the process. - On Wednesday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) the payments go through. The bank bounced one of the three payments, however 2 were made to the lender. I called the lender again to please ask for a reversal of the ACH payment due to insufficient funds, no resolve. I called the bank and was advised to open a dispute to see if the lender can provide the funds back. Summary : My account now has a negative balance due to the lender lack of ability to reverse what is clearly duplicate payments, as well as the bank allowing my account to overdraft by more than {$1000.00} without my account having those funds and their inability to reverse ACH transactions that are clearly duplicates. I have attached : Bank statement, lender statement and lender website error.

Consumer Complaint: I am filing a report of Fraud in reference to an account that was placed in my name years ago and I reported to the company that I didn't open the account and it was supposed to have been deleted, but it wasn't and it was allowed to accumulate service fees and late charges that are still trying to be assessed to my name. The current holder of the fraudulent account, Transworld System Inc, continues to preform a dishonorable act by continuing to report this fraudulent account on my credit profile after years of dispute on my behalf and inconsistent, unverifiable documentation supplied by the said original creditor which is XXXX. The said fraudulent Account # XXXX needs to be removed from credit profile immediately, for it is not my account, so I bear no responsibility to this said fraudulent account.

Notified by XXXX a debt collector through XXXX on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Power account opened and closed XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. Notified by phone of amount due XXXX by Transworld Systems Inc a debt collector on XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted both energy companies about the fraud in my name and SSN. I am in the process of filing a police report here in Hawaii and will need to provide this report to both companies and collection agencies.

I also understand that knowing and willful misstatements or omissions of material facts constitutes a FEDERAL CRIMINAL VIOLATION punishable under 18 U.S.C. 1001. Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems popped up on my report on XXXX. I reached out to the company as I did not recognize this. I called and the woman I spoke to asked basic information. My name, phone number, etc. She then asked if I had any other names, said yes and gave my maiden name. She put me on hold and came back on, said she couldn't find anything. I said well it's on my credit report. She said, I understand and I even asked my supervisor to look and neither of us could find anything. It must be an error on your credit report. I told her thank you and she said to reach out to the credit bureaus. XXXX XXXX popped up on XXXX. Again not something I recognize and I immediately called XXXX and requested a fraud alert as this is the second item to pop up in less than 2 weeks. I was told an alert would be put on on three credit bureaus and I was transferred to the Fraud Dept. Was advised to complete a report on the FTC site.
