Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX we entered into a payment plan to pay our then cancelled XXXX XXXX account through XXXX XXXX partner agency XXXX XXXX XXXX. The account balance at this time was a little over {$11000.00}. The terms of the agreement was sent by XXXX XXXX in writing by mail to us. We were appreciative of the because we were dealing with the grief of losing our child. Every month XXXX deducted the monthly amount from our bank account {$240.00} and paid XXXX XXXX {$240.00} each month stated under AGENCY REMITTANCE on the account due date, which XXXX XXXX charged a {$40.00} late fee then reversed the {$40.00} fee on each statement. We received paper statements from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, each month with these details. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, transferred the servicing of the account to Transworld Systems Inc. and this information was received in writing through the mail from TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS formerly known as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The letter also stated the account balance was {$3000.00} payments would remain the same {$240.00} deducted from our account and sent to XXXX XXXX per usual. Payments were made as stated above until XX/XX/XXXX. At this point we were paying more than the minimum balance and the account balance was decreasing. We usually didn't check the XXXX XXXX statements each month due to the agreed upon plans and the money was automatically deducted from the accounts, so I believe there were no worries and we would be notified if changes were made in writing as we had been in previous years. The balance in XXXX was {$2300.00}. and the minimum payment was {$78.00}. All of a sudden sometime in XXXX, a credit score alert comes through that we were 30 days late on an XXXX XXXX Account. We thought this to be unbelievable considering the account is cancelled and the payments are being made through Transworld Systems, XXXX XXXX 3rd party debt collector. We then reach out to XXXX XXXX through chat who says the account with a 3rd party agency and to contact them. We contact Transworld Systems and the agent says they have NO RECORD of the account and to contact XXXX XXXX. The online account, the app, will not allow a payment due to the account being cancelled ( which is the dumbest thing ever, and makes it even harder for the consumer ). We call XXXX XXXX, in particular, my wife calls since she pays the bills, to make a payment to bring the account current and to see what occurred and XXXX XXXX apparently has a policy that the account holder is the only person who can pay an account, ( once again, a stupid policy to keep the consumer in debt ), a spouse who is authorized to make payments should be able to at least make a payment. This further delays payment for XXXX 's statement, ( which is MISSING, it was not received by mail nor is listed as a pdf to download in the online account ) a check for {$200.00} is immediately completed signed by my wife and sent to XXXX XXXX. In the month of XXXX and XXXX, my wife and I then draft letters of authorization for her to deal with the account and answers to these issues and emailed those with evidence of the errors to XXXX XXXX corporate. We also dispute with the Credit Bureaus. A rep from XXXX XXXX replies that they will investigate the matters. Someone called and said we would receive a letter on XX/XX/XXXX. The letter sent was from the Credit Bureau Unit to say they will not remove the delinquency because " as the delinquency was not a result of an XXXX XXXX error. '' The {$200.00} payment was applied on XX/XX/XXXX and the balance was {$2200.00}, along with no new charges, fees or interest. The XX/XX/XXXX statement stated a minimum due of {$85.00}. There should not have been a minimum due. It also stated, Includes the past due amount of {$40.00}. We have no clue what the XXXX statement says, because we never received an XXXX statement to send in a payment and it is not listed on the XXXX XXXX account website ( screen shot evidence ) as a pdf to download. A phone was attempted again to make a payment after the authorization was given to my wife to pay and she was still told she could not make a payment in XXXX. At this point nothing is resolved and there is still no information given or sent in writing to say why the account was transferred back to XXXX XXXX from Transworld Systems. XXXX said they have no record of the account. I have evidence that proves otherwise.

Consumer Complaint: My XXXX XXXX account was in good standing for years. Recently the bank added a few miscellaneous charges that totaled {$360.00}. I communicated with the bank informing them that this is not my debt. The bank said they made a mistake by paying me an extra {$360.00}. Therefore they want me to pay this amount. I do not owe the bank any funds. And even if I did, the bank made the mistake by paying me {$360.00} so that not my mistake. I have bank statements showing my account is in good standings and ever miscellaneous charge is incorrect. I am not responsible for the debt. Please tell the debt collector to dismiss this case and reinstate my lost credit scores.

You can simply provide someon'w social and you can start service. I also asked if they could flag my name and social to prevent someone else from using my private information to start a new account. They said no. This is ridiculous. These companies should not be able to operate if they can not protect everyone 's information.

Dispute # : XXXX via telephone to agent named XXXX. This will be my second time making a complaint about the transaction. I received an email stating that I can check the results of my dispute however, the only information that is given is the status of the complaint but not the actual results of the dispute. There is on pdf file attached displaying or explaining the results of the dispute. Additionally, the website XXXX states that you can view the XXXX however, the website just loops you back to the view dispute status page. The transaction was not removed and remains on my credit report. They also told me that they would not reivestigate this transaction. XXXX I requested validation versus verification of the debt as I don't have a contract, have never had a contract and don't owe Trans World Systems , Inc.XXXX This information has not been provided to me. Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems XXXX Inc ( TSI ) contacted me using US mails on XX/XX/2023. The solicitation was missing the required disclaimer per the Domestic Mail Manuel codified in 39 USC 3001 & 3005. The solicitation contained their symbol, which violates the Fair Debt collection practices act [ 15 usc 1692 ]. The solicitation came without my prior direct consent nor authorized by court order ; further violating the FDCPA [ 15 usc 1692c ]. The solicitation made claims that I owed them an alleged debt ; violation of FDCPA [ 15 USC 1692b ]. These are means of unfair practices to attempt to collect an alleged debt as we have no valid contract/agreement. My privacy rights have been violated as well as HIPPA laws. The creation of an account in my name without my prior approval nor consent constitutes identity theft. The servicer has not been helpful and has not shown any willingness to work with me unless I file a complaint. The reason for this complaint is that I received a letter that they are increasing my interest rate from the agreed upon 2 % to 10 % with no specific reason. My credit score is good, usually XXXX so my credit rating would not be a reason for the interest increase. I am unable to get any straight forward answers from the servicer so I am submitting a complaint to find out how they can increase my interest rate 8 percentage points with no reasoning. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX has been taken over by a new management company that is reporting on my credit report a delinquency of {$15000.00} from Transworld System collection agency. The new management company refused to give me any informtation and referred me to Transworld. I asked Transworld to send me an itemized statement of the debt to show the details, they stated they would but I have never received anything. I rented from XXXX and was sent a move out statement stating that my sister owed about ( {$1900.00}? ), we were both on the lease, the letter came to my new address in her name, after the company did a move out inspection. The envelope and letter did not have an address or any contact information to dispute any move out charges. I attempted to call and go to the office, they were no longer there. This year this outrageous fraudulent amount is now being reported on my credit report. The new company will not talk to me and the collection company has not sent any documentation. I filed a complaint with the States Attorney General and dsiputed with the credit bureaus. XXXX has sent a dispute resolution stating the collection agency has verified the debt is accurate. This is not accurate, it is fraudulent reporting and I am left trying to prove its false and the creditor has not provided any documentation of proof. I'm being given the run around because the collection agency is blaming the management company and the management company will not talk to me. No attempts were made to collect this debt, no calls, no letters it just appeared on my credit report. This is fraudulent and inaccurate and I need assistance to get this resolved.
