Consumer Complaint: A debt was owed to XXXX XXXX Credit card, TSI took over the collection and initiated the garnishment on my checks of 15 percent per check, and I get paid weekly. At the end of XXXX out the debt, the total amount garnished was at {$5800.00}, what was owed at its highest point was at {$4100.00}. Called TSI, they stated what was owed was about {$5600.00}, however, I have an itemized spread sheet from XXXX XXXX credit, and it shows line by line of how much it was til XXXX. When I spoke to XXXXSI they didn't know how much I paid in, they only could see what was the last payment, seems a bit odd that they would not know how much i paid in. I do not not want to accused anyone for sure, however, no one on the phone can explain where the rest of the money went. My pay stubs keeps track of how much was garnished, and the total amount was at XXXX. Numbers are not adding up a major discrepancy has happen and no one can explain. Two things has happen, ( 1 ) I misunderstood the numbers or ( 2 ) someone took advantage of the checks coming in and didnt apply it to my account and kept it for themselves.

Issue: Improper use of your report
Subissue: Reporting company used your report improperly
Consumer Complaint: I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and submit a complaint to TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC regarding the improper use of my credit report and the reporting of inaccurate information on my file. I previously sent a letter to your office requesting an investigation into certain unverifiable accounts. Despite your assurance of conducting a proper investigation, upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered that inaccurate information persists. The discrepancies include but are not limited to, the date opened, date of last activity, date reported, account status, and payment history. It is disheartening to note that such inaccuracies continue to be reflected in my credit report, despite the initial request for investigation. I believe this situation infringes upon my rights as outlined in 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A, which emphasizes my right to privacy. Additionally, 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2 stipulates that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. I kindly request a thorough review of my case and the prompt correction of the inaccuracies in my credit report. Your cooperation in resolving this matter is highly appreciated. I trust that, as a reputable credit reporting agency, TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and ensure the accuracy of the information in my credit file. I have attached an FTC report with the report number XXXX to support this complaint.

Consumer Complaint: I was contacted through email by Transworld Systems Inc about an alleged owed debt amounting to {$110.00} with a specific account number on XX/XX/2023. I responded to the alleged debt by disputing the obligation of payment by me and requested a debt verification letter. To which there was no response in within XXXX days. I have recently received correspondence dated XX/XX/2023 and received it XX/XX/2023. There was an attempt to verify the {$110.00} account along side a added {$210.00} debt both associated with a different account from the first interaction. I contend that Transworld Systems XXXX has violated 15 USC 1692 H, J, F ( XXXX )

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 a debt was added to my credit file. I was given no previous correspondence as to the debt existing. I called XXXX XXXX that XXXX to inquire and promptly paid the balance. However Transworld is still reporting this dept and refuse to send me a deletion of account letter or paid in full letter. I am scheduled to close on a home in XXXX weeks and this collection has reduced my score to below the qualification level. I have a large earnest money deposit on the line. The original bill is not my home and I am doing further investigation to see where the charges are coming from. Meanwhile I have made the creditor whole and need this rectified immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter back on XX/XX/XXXX from tsi. ( Transworld Systems Inc. ) stating that they are a debt collector and that I needed to pay for {$150.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX ( at XXXX XXXX ) I called the # to tsi and spoke with a XXXX XXXX XXXX who explained to me that XXXX XXXX had sent this to them, based on a transaction back on XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed the transaction and she then mentioned that she'd put a hold on the debt collection. ( with a tsi account/reference # of XXXX ) I didn't have any other contact from tsi until XX/XX/XXXX, when I received a new debt letter that now stated that I owe {$1600.00}. ( with a tsi account/reference # XXXX ) ( all along, my wife and I have thought of this as a scam ) I called tsi on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with a representative and again filed a dispute. They again listed XXXX XXXX as the company enlisting tsi to collect money from me. She said that she took note, but ended up hanging up on me, when I started to ask questions. I have also sent a letter back to tsi to dispute the debt. I have never used XXXX XXXX ever in my life.

Consumer Complaint: I returned my modem to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and they could not cancel the service in the store so I cancelled it on the phone the next day XX/XX/XXXX. I informed them that I had already returned the modem to the store the day before. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a bill from XXXX for {$400.00} stating I didnt return the modem. I immediately called XXXX. The rep said I needed to go to the store where I returned the modem. The girl there said theyve had this happen before so she called XXXX on the phone and I was there at least an hour and a half with nothing resolved. They were claiming they couldnt locate the modem even though I have the receipt that it was returned and the account was cancelled. On XX/XX/XXXX I got another bill. Then XX/XX/XXXX I got another bill. Then on XX/XX/XXXX they sent a letter that I was now in collections. I also received another bill from XXXX on XX/XX/2024. I called the collection company on XX/XX/XXXX when I received the letter in the mail. The agent XXXX XXXX transferred me to XXXX. The rep said he couldnt help because the account has been closed and my password no longer worked so I was again told to go to a XXXX store. I went to another XXXX store and the rep called XXXX on the phone and I was there at least an hour and 1|2. They still wouldnt remove the balance again. Stating they didnt get the modem when I again showed them I had the letter stating I returned it. Now its affecting my credit and taking time out of my day trying to prove I returned this modem. Im not paying {$400.00} for something I no longer have. I dont know what else to do.
