Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX broke a 1 year contract with a price guarantee 3 months before the end of contract. The contract ended XX/XX/2023. During that time they had a ransom ware attack that lasted a number of weeks. I repeatedly tried to cancel my service. Telephone and online service was nonexistent. They continued to bill my credit card. Finally after weeks of trying to contact them I told the representative I wanted to cancel my subscription. They give me a credit and that everything was taken care of. Now 8 months later they sent me a bill for {$72.00}.
