Consumer Complaint: XXXX left my newborn baby, my wife, and myself without electricity for over two weeks while just giving us the runaround. Every day they said they would send someone to fix the electricity until they just stopped answering our phone calls. I finally had an electrician come out and change the main fuse of the house because I work from home, we have a newborn and the house runs completely on electricity, so we were even without hot water. I sent the bill to XXXX and they refused to pay it. I took it out of the rent and they continued to give me late fees. After covid hit, they tried to have me illegally evicted even though I had submitted the covid-19 memorandum. I was already leaving on the move-out date in the contract because they refused to renew my lease ( which is illegal under the covid-19 memorandum ). The day before the move-out day they said I could renew my lease, I said I only need two more weeks and they said that is fine but I needed to sign the contract or they wouldn't let me on to the gated community. On the last day of the two weeks, they came and served me with eviction papers, which I responded to and received a court date. Two days before the court day, XXXX dropped the case ( case number : XXXX ). Then I received a debt collection for {$15000.00} and when submitted the request for verification to Transworld Systems, they only sent me a photocopy of the two-week lease, which I was forced to sign or I would not be able to leave the property and if I did, I wouldn't be able to get back onto it. They are pulling {$15000.00} out of thin air. XXXX is actually fighting a class action lawsuit for forcing tenants to pay out of pocket for repairs on their dilapidated houses.

Consumer Complaint: I received a debt collection notice from XXXX. In order to dispute the debt, XXXX required me to create a login and password. It seemed like a scam and I believe I need to be able to communicate without creating a login or password. Unfortunately, XXXX does not put an email address on their website to dispute the debt. Additionally, I don't believe I owe the money they are asking for.

Consumer Complaint: When I got to know about the debt collection via credit karma notification, I immediately called the debt collector company TSI ( trans world systems inc ) to get more information on the debt. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called TSI and was informed to me that there is a debt on my account and if it is cleared, this will not be reported to any of the credit bureaus and the account will be closed. I was given a discounted price to pay of the debt and I was under the impression that by paying off, I will be safe as they will not report it to any of the credit agencies. So I settled the account on the same call and thought everything is settled per my community with the TSI agent. On XX/XX/XXXX when my loan officer tried to pull the scores, I got to know that the debt collection has been reported on your credit history and I was shocked to see that. I was under the impression that the account will be settled and it will not be reported to anyof the credit agencies but TSI has reported to credit agencies even after me settling the amount. Please look into this at the earliest as I was almost about to buy a home and die to this unexpected reason, I had to hold off from buying a home for my family.. I got penalized even after settling the account. I also reported this to TSI and they are doing an investigation on this from there side. Paid off the account on XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX reported to credit agencies : XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( as paid status ) where they told me they will not report after me settling the account

Issue: Dealing with your lender or servicer
Subissue: Trouble with how payments are being handled
Consumer Complaint: I'm XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, Ohio XXXX. The company that collects the direct loan for XXXX XXXX is UAS XXXX. My Account # is XXXX. UAS debits my bank account 3 full days before the due date. I've written to them several times about this and their response was to change the due date, which obviously doesn't solve the problem. I recently changed the due date of my last payment to XX/XX/2023. I changed the due date 3 days in advance of the scheduled payment, which was XX/XX/2023. I subsequently received 3 voicemails and several emails inquiring about my " missed payment '', when in fact all I did was move the due date-as I was instructed to do by UAS when I wrote to them previously. They debited the account 3 days before my scheduled due date. This month, XXXX, UAS moved the due date back to the XXXX. I didn't realize this until the XXXX of XXXX-1 full day ahead of the due date. I tried to change the due date but UAS had already debited my account. Now I am hundreds of dollars negative in my bank until my next pay date. The aggressive payment schedule, which is $ XXXX dollars a month is non negotiable-meaning I can't lower the payment. Paying back this loan, which was for education, demands 10 % of my total salary. These practices of early debiting are unacceptable, and according to XXXX 3 day cycle are illegal.

Consumer Complaint: After receiving a recent copy of my credit report I noticed, a company shown as : XXXX XXXX was reported to my credit report per XXXX XXXX I have never signed any written agreement with them. Nor never heard of them. Upon further research, debtors ' creditor did not verify this collection, also there was NO written form of communication/contract or written signature for this accused debt at ALL. A bill without a ( written ) signature does not validate the debt as anybody can send a bill and say its mine. According to FCRA, this company has violated my rights as a consumer and I'm requesting legal actions to remove this fallacious account to be removed from my credit report immediately!
