Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any and all accounts you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) you have on file of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the accounts listed below. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX and I am a living woman making this complaint without any influence from any third party or its agency. I was contacted by US mail from Nationwide Credit , Inc ( NCI ) on XXXX XXXX demanding payment for an alleged debt that is not owed and in active dispute/arbitration. I did not consent to a signed binding contract with NCI nor agreed to pay them. NCI having my personal identifying information was obtain by way of aggravated identity theft. NCI is violating my federally protected rights under FDCPA, FTC and the United States Code/Statue. I have reason to believed that NCI is engaging in unlawful extortionate means theft by deception by knowingly/willfully furnishing to me false and deceptive documents. I also have reason to believe that NCI is also in violations of the false claims act and is engaging in racketeering activity by attempting to collect on extension of credit by extortionate means. NCI contacting me in my private capacity without first validating if their claim is indeed true and accurate to demand payment from me has caused me severe mental and emotional distress. Consumer Complaint: TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC Reached out To me through a letter attempts to collect a debt of {$830.00} that was originally the XXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX debtI spoke to someone from Transworld systems Ask them how did they get this information about me and who did they get this information from because I did not sign any contract or give anyone any permission to give my information to a 3rd party debt collector which is you guys they said to me that the XXXXXXXX XXXX internal turned it over to them I told them by law they can not accept it because I did not give them any Right to give a 3rd party my information I did not get any mail or any phone call asking me is it OK to give my information to a 3rd party or giving me a chance to opt out from the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and you guys want {$830.00} that is not the original debt that I owe so can you please turn it back over to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Because I don't know who you are and like I said I did not give anyone the right to give you my information you are a 3rd party company which they verify that to me on the phone so now my rights as a consumer is being violated because XXXX decided to give by information to a 3rd party that collector without giving me a chance to opt out And explaining to me that I can opt out I do not order these people any money they're trying to get more money out of me and I never contracted with these people on any level.

The account showed closed in XXXX, but in XXXX XXXX XXXX account reflects open until today. I have contacted XXXX XXXX multiple times, XXXX has provided documentation of a " XXXX '' balance, and those documents were submitted to XXXX. However, they have not removed the charge from the account. Also, The amount is still increasing and hurting my credit score ; I need this to be removed and resolved promptly. The amount in dispute is $ XXXXdocuments attached from XXXX XXXX XXXX financial Page. They also showed the account in collection, removed it, and reopened it.

Consumer Complaint: I received notice on about XX/XX/XXXX about a debt owed to XXXX XXXX. Notice was from Transworld Systems Inc dated XX/XX/XXXX. I called Transworld Systems Inc on XX/XX/XXXX to request validation of debt. I was informed that XXXX XXXX will send and I was also told collection will be placed on hold. I called Transworld Systems Inc again on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX asking to remove my debt and name from debt collection due to not receiving any validation of debt. Representative from Transworld Systems Inc stated they will accept my dispute and will forward the debt back to XXXX XXXX. Representative also stated there will not be any further communication from Transworld Systems Inc. However, after after 6 months since I was told from Transworld Systems Inc that the communication will be stopped, I still received communication mail from Transworld Systems Inc on XX/XX/XXXX with letter dating XX/XX/XXXX. Letter showed balance still due to creditor, where half of the data is missing from final settlement. Nothing certified showed any balance due. Settlement sheet has missing information and is not acceptable evidence showing balance. I do not accept the evidence presented. After request and acceptance of no further communication from XX/XX/XXXX I feel I am being harassed by Transworld Systems Inc and XXXX XXXX. I would like Transworld Systems Inc and XXXX to cease and desist all further communications.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, My son went to XXXX XXXX in XXXX in XXXX. He was not eligible for a government loan so applied for a loan from the college. He was given a loan and graduated in XX/XX/XXXX with a degree in XXXX XXXX. He then went to the XXXX XXXX at XXXX and graduated in XX/XX/XXXX. He received 3 student loans and a cost of living loan. I was a co-signer to the loans. I worked with -- - XXXX - XXXX | Financial Planner | * XXXX -- - until XXXX XXXX, which XXXX had become a part of, was declared a failed college. The CFPB charged XXXX XXXX with predatory lending and exaggerated claims of employment and ruled that 40 % of the Federal student loans were to be repaid. XXXX XXXX XXXX a percentage of the XXXX XXXX. My son 's loans were in that group. I received notice that the loans had been bought by UAS- University Accounting Services . XXXX, Thank you for your help yesterday on student debt relief. Unfortunately when I call and spoke with the them I found this is for federally funded loans only. XXXX had a private loan serviced by XXXX XXXX. They do not service these loans anymore ; as of XX/XX/XXXX University Accounting Service, LC ( UAS ) will collect all payments. I have been unable to contact UAS by phone. The menu comes up, I give the info, and then I am disconnected. I receive an email from UAS but the only web address directs me to set up acct info before I can be assisted... I had called the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and found that the information I had was correct, but they said I have to go thru the loan servicer who should have contacted all students by XXXX, XXXX. At that time the loan servicer was XXXX... After speaking with a representative from UAS, XXXX XXXX XXXX, I find that some of the private loans from XXXX were eligible for debt relief and some weren't. The loans that were eligible are being serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX... If XXXX was purchased by XXXX and students who borrowed through XXXX 's now defunct XXXX loan program are to see an immediate 40 percent reduction in the principal balances, then I don't understand why some loans are eligible and some aren't. The representative stated that the student 's account information was late getting to UAS. The information from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said that eligible students would be notified by their loan servicer, XXXX. Because we have not been notified he said we must not be eligible? No contact number is available for XXXX XXXX XXXX yet... I finally was able to contact UAS in XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX we were sent notices about the 3 loans saying that we were eligible to re-amortize the loans.Longer time to pay off the loans but overall the loans cost more. We did elect to re-amortize. In XX/XX/XXXX, Calvillo Manriquez v DeVos, the court finds the policy limiting debt relief for some XXXX XXXX students illegal. I contacted UAS about this and we were not eligible. Here is the contact information for the current lender... Consumer Complaint: Their sending me a letter saying that their sending my name to a collection agency. The problem is, this is NOT MY DEBT. Their trying to say I was a co signer to medical bills. I have NEVER co signed for anybody 's Doctors bills. ( wouldn't I have to sign a form, anyways? ) I told them to take my name off of this and they said NO, THEY WILL NOT. I told them I was going to sue them for harassment if they didn't stop harassing me.. I am XXXX years old with children over XXXX years old and I don't need this aggravation. I want them to take my name off of this because my credit is excellent and this is NOT MY BILL!!! Thank you!!
