The amount that is being reported to the credit bureaus is not the same balance that I have with the original creditor. This letter will again request that you follow guidelines of The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), 15 U.S.C. 1692 and please provide the following : Validation of Debt Request - Proof of your right to own/collect this alleged debt -Balance claimed including all fees, interest and penalties -Provide me of the amount of which the debt was purchased. Per the CFPB, I have this right as a consumer. -Contract bearing my personal signature -License proof to collect debts in my state As you certainly are aware, " Admission by Silence '' means that you had a legal duty to defend your position but failed to do so and if my claims were untrue, you would have been compelled to deny my charges. I will use the Admission by Silence in my defense should I be summoned to court or take action against you. I expect to receive proof requested above, within 15 days of this letter. Should you continue to ignore my request for this validation of debt I reserve the right to sue your company for violations of my consumer rights as indicated under both the FDCPA and the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: Between XXXX and XXXX I rented a room. I then moved from the address XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, UT XXXX. A couple of years after I got a call from a collection agency called TransWorld Services stating I had a collection for a XXXX XXXX account that I never opened. I was informed that the account closed on XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to explain to the collector it was not my account that I had moved out months earlier and that someone in the house where I rented a room, might have opened the account under my name since I had not lived at that address for over one year, and had received calls from other collection agencies claiming that I had balances owing. Even after disputing the account Transworld would not remove it from my credit. I ended up paying for a service that I never opened. I am requesting your assistance to have this negative reporting be removed from my credit since it is not accurate reporting as it has been stated to Transworld for years.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/year> I was charged exorbitant international fees totaling over {$10000.00} on account # XXXX to a phone line assigned to a XXXX I am uncertain if these charges were incurred by the XXXX that was assigned to that account, but clear that I did not authorize such substantial fees. I find it disconcerting that, unlike other consumer focused companies, XXXX does not suspend services or seek verbal consent from the account holder before charging excessive fees. This lack of precautionary measures places an undue burden on consumers. I also was proactive and contacted a XXXX representative before embarking on a cruise clearly outlining my destination, XXXX. I was assured that no extra protection was necessary to avoid charges as international fees would not be incurred in XXXX. Regrettably, this information was inaccurate, and the resulting fees have now been added to my credit report. This has led to the denial of access to credit and is impeding my ability to make necessary life changes. I request an immediate investigation into this matter, the removal of the unjust charges, and rectification of the impact on my credit report. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
