Consumer Complaint: The insurance I correctly have stated that I do not ever owe anything. The bills that I have received in the mail have been sent back to insurance and reprocessed. I have spoke to a representative multiple times and they said this process can take a while. I have received many calls and a collections letter as a result when I should not owe anything. This has been an issue for almost a year now since I have delivered my son. My insurance is never being processed correctly or in a timely fashion and just creates stress on me. This situation could effect my credit.

Consumer Complaint: I took out 6 different student loans with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX while I was in graduate school from XXXX at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX These private student loans were taken out as direct consumer student loans, not certified by the school, and they were in excess of the federal student loans awarded to me by the school. After completing the XXXX XXXX program, I was gainfully employed and made good faith payments toward the 6 different private student loans ( serviced by AES ) from approximately XXXX through approximately XXXX. During that time period, I was laid off from my job in XXXX but still continued to make the payments for each loan. I contacted the servicer and tried to make arrangements to defer payments or lower the payments while I remained unemployed. The servicer denied my requests despite explaining my current financial situation. I was told private student loans do not have deferment plans or income-based repayment plans like federal student loans. By XXXX I had to sell my home just to continue making the loan payments and avoid default. My unemployment status had not changed and by XXXX, I could no longer keep up with the payments. I filed for XXXX XXXX bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX and the discharge was XX/XX/XXXX. I believe the private student loans should have been dischargeable under the XXXX XXXX bankruptcy order since they were Direct to Consumer loans. I am now being sued in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by National Collegiate Trust for each of the 6 private student loans.

This disputed accounts was previously removed off my reports but was recently re-insertec without any notice which is legally required. I have never received any documentation from TSI to support their alleged claim. I am incurring financial damages as a direct result of their willful violations of the FDCPA and FCRA. They have been non responsive. Unable to obtain any verification. My report was also not flagged as disputed by them. Their time to respond has passed.

Consumer Complaint: recently received a copy of my credit report and found proof that TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS is illegally reporting inaccurate information about me to XXXX. XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX The alleged collection account is not only listed as being open ( on report it states date opened XX/XX/2023 ) but also has reported a PAST DUE BALANCE of {$1300.00} with an update to all three credit bureaus regarding this alleged account being sent as recent as XX/XX/2023. This is a violation of the FCRA and is in violation of requisite XXXX Compliant reporting standards. According to the Fair credit Reporting Act I have a right to a completely accurate credit report, and the credit bureaus are required to remove any information that is not true, verifiable and accurate. I would like this account IMMEDIATELY removed from my credit report and I would like the company ( TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC/TSI ) to send me an updated report showing their compliance with all XXXX reporting standards and this account removed upon completion. This fraudulently collections account has SIGNIFICANTLY NEGATIVELY impaired my ability to get credit, life insurance, and capital funding. I have never heard of Transworld, until the collections appeared on my credit reports. I have received NO prior notification from Transworld via email, mail, or phone call and have no debt history or prior business relationship with this company. I found supporting documentation that the original signed contract from the original creditor is null and avoid. The original creditor presented false accounting information in addition. The original creditor presented a closed paid account as open and wrote a business loss of their on annual taxes to reduce their tax liability while apparently sending my file to collections. Again this account has been paid in full ad was closed several years ago. The original lease is null and void ( as co-lesses signatures are missing from the original signed contract ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The accounting history provided in full is fraudulent and full of errors. I would like TransWorld/TSI to remove all collections accounts being reported to all credit agencies immediately given the violation of the FRCA and failure to maintain compliance with strict XXXX XXXX requirements and regulations ( I would like to see an actual carbon copy of the files shared between the original creditor, third party agencies, XXXX XXXX and the three credit bureaus, all meeting XXXX compliance guidelines. I would like a list of all individuals ( full names and contact information for all team members who have personally reviewed my credit file, this alleged collection report, and the name of the person that ultimately made the decision to add this to my credit profile. I also need to see in great detail how your company TransWorld/TPI Inc has maintained XXXX compliant standards in your reporting and sharing of information regarding my credit file to all parties involved. Consumer Complaint: amount : {$2700.00} More than ten years ago, I opened a sole proprietorship business account with XXXX XXXX. However, in 2014, due to a failed XXXX XXXX XXXX that left me unable to work, I accumulated credit card debt. XXXX XXXX assigned the debt collection to XXXX XXXX XXXX, and eventually, I reached an agreement with them. I agreed to pay nearly 18 % interest plus the principal amount annually. In these years, I have never been delinquent on my payments. Last week, XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a letter demanding full repayment of the principal amount in one lump sum. They also threatened to seek court judgment if I didn't comply with their demands. Currently, 92 % to 94 % of my income is used to pay off two other credit card bills with interest rates as high as 26 %, and I expect to clear them by the end of XXXX. Since XXXX XXXX voluntarily closed my account, they can not increase the interest rate from 18 % to 26 %. Now, XXXX XXXX XXXX has changed its name to Transworld System Inc. and is sending letters urging full payment and threatening legal action to seek court judgment.
