Consumer Complaint: I previously filed a complaint about Transworld debt collection contacting me about XXXX XXXX account. Today they sent people to my HOME. And I was forced to show identification, I was accused of being her over broke down cars in my driveway and I was humiliated in front of my neighbors. In XXXX my father XXXX XXXX passed away, he lived with me, wether he was affiliated with XXXX I do not know its not my responsibility to assist a debt collection company. My mothers name is XXXX I finally sent them to her house after beating on my door 3 times in a 10 min period. Attacking someone who has never had buisness with them AT MY OWN HOME is absolutely not ok and against multiple laws. I was told unless I paid her debt or found her for them or accepted documents for her they would not stop. I work nights they are disrupting my sleep and a man XXXX XXXX XXXX when I live alone as a woman is not ok. I will be staying in a hotel I expect them to pay for until they cease.

Consumer Complaint: We received a " debt collections notice from Transworld systems , inc. for an {$84.00} supposedly from XXXX XXXX XXXX. We never received ANY communication from XXXX XXXX XXXX and when we looked at our XXXX EOB 's only one claim was filed with our insurance in the past 2 years, leaving a balance of {$12.00}. We have no way of verifying any of this to know if we actually owe this amount, and had we received a bill or any communication ( written or by phone ) we would have simply paid the bill. It seems as though this is either a scam, or at the very least, a poor attempt to collect a debt that we may or may not be responsible for. XXXX XXXX XXXX should have supplied the basic information of date of service, what was paid by insurance, and what was remaining so that we could arrange payment to them. This did NOT happen, and instead, they sent it to a collection agency with no attempts to contact us. We are not certain that we owe this amount, and can not verify it as it is past the time that we can obtain documentation from our insurance carrier. I am not even sure how to get proof that we do or do not owe this amount. It's beyond ridiculous that XXXX would not simply pick up the phone and call us prior to sending to a debt collector.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern : I am writing to dispute the debt you claim I owe you. I have never signed any contract with your organization or purchased any goods or services from you. Therefore, I need clarification as to why you are attempting to collect a debt from me that I do not owe. As far as I know, I have no outstanding debts with your company. Furthermore, I have not received any bills or notices of overdue payments from you. Therefore, this is a mistaken identity or a fraudulent attempt to collect money from me. Consumer Complaint: In summary I was never provided with written, emailed or phone call notification by the original creditor or Transworld that I had an unresolved account or outstanding debt. I had no knowledge that the account with the original creditor XXXX XXXX was un- resolved, and not closed. As I have not received written, email or phone communication from XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX, I assumed my account was closed, all debts were paid and that my account was in good standing. Although I never received the promised " security deposit authorization '' letter from XXXX XXXX within 30 days of XX/XX/XXXX, of XXXX, I assumed the entirety of my security deposit was applied to any outstanding expenses owed to XXXX XXXX and that they closed the resolved account and that is why they never sent the letter. ( I was not aware of the law requiring this letter to be sent out within 30 days regardless of the status of the account ) I have never received written communication or phone calls from Transworld notifying me of an unresolved account or debt either. If I had received any written communication or phone communication from either the original creditor XXXX XXXX or the debt collector Transworld prior to this account being placed on my credit report as a collections account, I would have sought to validate the debt, and if validated would have resolved the account with payment, as I am diligent in regards to ensuring that all of my accounts are up to date and paid on time. Instead of providing advanced notification of an unresolved account Transworld posted this account to all XXXX credit bureaus which I was made aware of on XX/XX/XXXX. Prior to this date this account was not listed on my credit reports and I had never heard of Transworld. I look at my credit reports weekly, and have never seen XXXX XXXX nor Transworld listed on my credit reports until the aforementioned date. Transworld, In response to your last response : Thank you for sending the full lease agreement including the animal addendum as this document in its entirety was not sent upon initial request for a copy of the complete original signed and executed contract. Your statement posted on XX/XX/XXXX that XXXX XXXX provided appropriate notice that my security deposit was deposited in XXXX Bank is simply false. The law requires that a landlord provide the name and address of the bank a tenant 's security deposit is held in. There are multiple XXXX banks around the country -- -and many XXXX branches in the XXXX XXXX XXXX, so XXXX XXXX simply listing XXXX as the bank is insufficient and inconsistent with what is required by law in terms of disclosure of where tenant security deposits are held. As proof that XXXX XXXX did not violate the law by not placing the security deposit in an interest earning account, please send the full account history from the XXXX account my security deposit was held in along with the address of the specific XXXX bank branch that the security deposit was deposited in, in XXXX of XXXX. Also please provide evidence of the earned interest accrued on the security deposit as required by law by providing the full accounting history of the account my security deposit was placed in. If XXXX XXXX in fact followed the law and placed my security deposit in an interest earning account which per your own written response would have totaled {$24.00} in earned interest on the security deposit, then the total amount of security deposit applied to alleged expenses owed on this alleged collections account would have had to total {$240.00}. Yet on the accounting record you sent which was created by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX has shown that only {$2400.00}, the amount of the original security deposit provided to XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX was applied to alleged expenses, proving that XXXX XXXX did not follow the law and place this security deposit in an interest earning bank account. Given your response and this finding it also shows that there are inaccuracies within the full account report history XXXX XXXX created on XX/XX/XXXX. You have stated over the phone and via your written response that XXXX XXXX sent a list of damages within 30 days of the original email notification that the property was officially leased. My husband and I were informed by phone call from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX that a tenant for the property was found. I received an email on the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX indicating that the property was officially leased and that we were no longer responsible for rent and utilities and would receive the " security deposit authorization '' letter within 30 days of XX/XX/XXXX. I never received this " security deposit authorization '' letter as XXXX XXXX the original creditor alleges. I have USPS Informed delivery, with visual records of all pieces of mail and packages received between XX/XX/XXXX through this present date ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I have kept meticulous records of every single USPS informed delivery visual notification record file in data storage. XXXX XXXX never sent mail to my forwarding address as evidenced by no USPS Informed Delivery visual record of mail sent from XXXX XXXX at any time in XXXX of XXXX or at any point in XXXX or beyond. I repeat, I have ALL OF THE NOTIFICATION VISUAL RECORDS stored as proof. Please send physical proof that XXXX XXXX actually sent the " security deposit authorization '' letter to my forwarding address within XXXX days of XX/XX/XXXX as required by law. Physical proof includes either a copy of signed certified mail delivery statement and receipt, or an USPS tracking number with delivery confirmation of this alleged letter that XXXX XXXX claims they sent to my forwarding address within the XXXX days required by law. If you are unable to produce the requested physical verification as outlined above, XXXX XXXX 's claim that this letter was sent and received is false and unverifiable. Again I am in possession of ALL of the visual USPS Informed delivery email notifications dating back to early XX/XX/XXXX through to present day. There is NO RECORD of any mail sent within XXXX days of XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX. In fact review of all USPS Informed Notifications has revealed that I in fact never received written communication from XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX until present day. The last written communication I received from XXXX XXXX was via email on XX/XX/XXXX as outlined above. Despite my email, and cell phone numbers never changing, I have NEVER received any communication from XXXX XXXX. I was never informed of an outstanding balance, and never informed that this account was not resolved and closed. Furthermore your company Transworld did not notify me that I had an alleged outstanding debt owed to XXXX XXXX. I received no written communication from your company nor phone calls informing me that there was an owed debt to the original creditor or unresolved account. Thus I had no opportunity to respond to your company, seek debt validation letter and resolve any validated debt through payment which would have provided the opportunity for me to resolve this account, that I previously had no knowledge of. Instead your company skipped those important steps, that are aimed protect consumers and allow them a chance to resolve validated debts before they have negative impacts on their credit -- -and posted the alleged collections account to my credit reports with all credit bureaus. If I was aware of any validated debt I would have paid it, and resolved the account to prevent this from being added to my credit report. Prior to you placing this collections account on my credit report without prior notification of an outstanding debt, I had a very good payment history. I have left no accounts unresolved when I am aware of debts or unresolved accounts. ( I have not had issues with known unresolved accounts or known unpaid debts within the last 8 years ). Despite this, without prior proper advanced notification of this unresolved account you posted this account to all XXXX credit bureaus as a collections account, significantly hurting my credit scores, credit profile, access to credit and capital funding. XX/XX/XXXX was the first time ever that I learned anything about any debt owed to XXXX XXXX. Without written mailed, emailed or phone communication from XXXX XXXX I had no awareness that this account was unresolved and not closed. For XXXX years I have received NO information or communication from the original creditor, have never received notification from your company and was completely unaware of any issues until this account appeared on my credit reports on XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 XXXX am I was harassed by Rep XXXX with XXXX also known as Transworld Systems Inc of an alleged debt. I informed the rep that I was at work and was asked numerous times to not contact me of this debt as to I have no knowledge of. XX/XX/2023 I sent them a notice to request information due to them placing this negativity on my consumer report. I never received any information from them before the notice or a response after the notice. I did not consent a contract with company. They have violated many of the FDCPA laws trying to collect on an allege debt.

Consumer Complaint: Company called TSI ( Transworld Systems Inc ) sent me mail about some debt I apparently owe from last year. I attempted to create an account with them to complete payment but was unable to for no given reason. This leads me to believe the debt collection attempt is a scam. Please see attached. I can pay the debt, but I want to make sure I'm not being scammed first.
